6-1 is still on, and is part of the problems with the SEC. Hasn't spoken to SEC since the injunction. First priority is draw down on the bonds, line of credit 3-5 days.

I just think that if Mike went over everything and found all to be legit then things are looking much better to me. If there were issues with the SEC investigation extention and Mike thought there was a chance that Rufus could still be in trouble I don't think he would turn the reigns back over to him at this point. It just makes me feel better about the whole SEC issue.
