also, by the end of the third quarter, pitt players huffn and puffn. wv is on of the best conditioned teams that has two thoroughbred speed demons on offense. arguably since peterson went down at ou, slaton has to be one the best backs in the country.

So everyone is in agreeance that the motion was filed but we do not know if the court has answered, and MA filed an extension earlier on Friday but we don't know why it wasn't added on Pacer.

I am sick of extensions. What do these people do all day?

stock was suspended but thats OK rufus has all his ducks in a row and everything will be taken care of at court!! oops rufus went to court with no lawyer but thats OK he had all the papers for the judge everything will be straightened out on the 7th!!. rufus singed a discovery agreement? the SEC has nothing as soon as they file the 10K/10Q everthing will be fine, in the mean time rufus has stepped down for the good of the company wow what a guy! everthings great!! new BOD we are golden!!.no filings on the 15th!! oops BOD stepped down wished the company well!! rufus is back!! fantastic!! Mike A is gone! did he file the extention before he left? oops maybe not! no worries we have until the 4th? is rufus the CEO? no 8K yet but hey they have 4 days to file right? wow what a great stock! think i will mortgage the house today to buy more while it`s low!!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! this sucks!!!!!!

We for the most part are good people. We want to believe what our corporate officers say, and do. We want to trust their judgement, listen to their excuses, keep the faith so to speak. Even when they keep hitting us in the head with a 2x4.... Shame on them.

Here's a question: Do you guys think they are even going to bother filing a 10Q on Monday? Personally I think that will be the ultimate death blow to this, I don't believe that's going to happen.
Who is even running the company ? Rufus ? Who else is even in it ? This has just become so insane.
I really wish I had sold at $3.50, I almost did, every trading bone in my body said "sell, take you gains and walk". But I TRUSTED what RPH was telling us; stupid stupid stupid !
I will tell you what; this experience has made me a much better trader and I have some new rules:
# 1. All PK and OTCBB CEO's are liars and pumpers; guilty until proven innocent.
# 2. Trade Pennies - don't invest and get out during the run.
Simple rules !
What amazes me is that there are THOUSANDS of investors who have their money tied up in this and who are now screwed. I don't know how RPH can ever show his face in public, or ever be trusted again. He is the new "Frank Olsen" , the new "Mario Pino" in my view.
Anyway I really hope no one get too hurt on this, I lost a nice chunk but I won't starve.

Only greed will cause you to go against what you know is the correct trading techniques for pennies. If you never flipped to get at least your initial investment out then you (you in general not personally) have no one to blame but your own greed.
There is ZERO risk in holding freebies.

Every stock I have been in with ya Smelly...the same mantra is spoken by those who have trading experience.

I won't be trading emotionally anymore, lol. CSHD has been the cold water wake-up call in my face. Yes I lost money and I didn't trade this well.
However, I have health, wealth, happiness and a great life so really I can't complain.
I actually feel sorry for Rufus, he is hated by thousands. He is going to be in court for a long time, possibly jail. The legacy he has left to his family is that he lost thousand of investors money due to his incompitence. He's probably going to be sued for a long time by private investors over this charade. He can't ever come close to running a company - his name joins the 'Penny Stock Wall of Shame'.
