Sorry.
Show me where it says otherwise...
Show me where it says you don't have to hold those shares on the day of the pay-out.
Sorry.
Show me where it says otherwise...
call your broker, he will tell you. if you were a share holder of record on the 16th you are entiteled to those shares wether you maintain your position or not, I HAVE recieved shares in this manner in the past from positions i liquidated after the record date and before the distirbition date. dont take my word for it, it`s your money, make the call.

It's not the SEC's fault. Even after something like this, the stock always returns to what its book value is.
Now, the only question is: is the book value what Rufus says or is it not. What the SEC did only affected people's opinions on Rufus' honesty. And frankly, if there is doubt on the value of the company you're invested in, it's your fault for taking the risk.
So you guys think Rufus will prove it once and for all, you should not worry at all about temporary price changes-because if Rufus does prove the book value is high, then the stock price will naturally get there.
That's why owners of stocks like MSFT don't worry about shorters/etc, because they know that no matter what, the stock will eventually be set by its book value.
So it's not the SEC's fault that they didn't extend the suspension due to an ongoing investigation which resulted in this stock trading on the greysheets and tanking? Then why did they even bother suspending it in the 1st place? Especially if it was their reasoning that it was in the stockholders best interest.
Returning to book value? This stock has never traded at it's true book value.

I am going to be perfectly honest with you all.
I want this stock cheaper before the end of the week.
I have not placed a buy order today. I will place one tomorrow and into next week.
I will not confirm or deny the additional 6.
I do not think in any way shape or form Mike A. has sold shares into the market.
I will tell you I have not sold and in fact I have not worried about the price today...Other than I did not get the buy on either the .25 or .05 (fat finger).
The longer we channel this way the more likely I am to accumulate.
Take that FWIW. I am contrarian to the market thus far on this stock and I continue to be so.
I have not yet lost money on this stock.
Right now assuming the 6 additional this is a bit pricey compared to pre 10/16 trading.
The shorts cannot cover until they have true liquidity.
I do think Rufus is in real trouble. he made some mistakes. I still like the guy a lot.
I gotta tell ya...I am amazed this is trading this high today.
the way some of you are *****ing while holding is hilarious to me. Yes, that means you The Source. People who hate the stock and those associated as much as some of you are professing and are still holding have lost it man.
Just sell and kick the dog and be done with it. Don't blow an artery out over it.
Those sound in their DD are calm today. I see they are few and far between...but I do take note.
A lot of those people are at a BBQ...enjoy all!

We don't and won't know for sure until or If it actually happens. But I seriously doubt that anyone who does not hold shares would get 6 credited to their account.

I've been very critical about this stock since the $hit hit the fan but I think i am going to hold off until the revised 10K and the 10Q come out or NOV 15th . I'll either lose it all by then , picked up some super cheap shares along the way or hit a home run on it with the 6 for 1 deal . Personally , I believe Rufus is full of crap and this deal is a scam but feel like its worth a shot to hold it until the 15th just to make sure .
I'm done posting anymore on this thread but will continue to monitor it for new details and such .

Chart ~ All I am saying is that Rufus "said" alot of things on SPR. So have we all on this stock board.
I heard Rufus say it. I also heard him say the SEC wanted to settle. And I am looking for a lawyer who is a bulldog. I heard him say lots of things and for the most part I believe he was trying to be honest and as forth comming as possible. But... I also have heard him backtrack, and correct statements in an effort not to break SEC rules and regulations. If someone on a radio show asks him if it is alright to sell if a shareholder wants too. Then he HAS to say "yes". He can not give buy or sell recomendations. Additionally, it is not written in the 10KSBA so it is implied that it is alright to sell and still recieve the 6:1.
All I am pointing out is IF the distribution is regulated, then there are regulations. I have not seen them that cover a threshold price reset. As of yet. I am not taking a chance... Especailly... especially, since I do not have the full picture right now.

Read the statements, they only say shareholders as of the 16th... Nothing about holding.

Well ladies and gents, i officially sold and got out. Congrats to all of you if you hold and i hope it turns out for the best. Again the best I can hope for is the 6 for 1 deal to go through where i get extra shares but i wont count on that... Theres no way thats coming to the table. At least now i can do my work and live my life without worrying about some penny stock running me. GLTA

The SEC can only limit trading for 10 days (1930s law)
THe only reason you say that this has not traded at book value is because you and I have different beliefs on this book value. Mine is that the book value is less than zero, yours is that the book value is ~$70 a share, right???
Well, there is no conclusive proof as to what it actually is (and Rufus hasn't done that). Until that happens, the book value is up to speculation. And that;s why the stock never made it that high-most people did not believe this was legit, like it or not.

10 I am not argueing... I am just pointing out one person's opinion that this is a good time to sell and protect is still based on specualtion and heresay according to the DD on the board.
Telling people it is alright to duck and cover with no implications, and then backing off by saying I don't care what people do it is their money. Is not completely thought out.
I respect Chartwalker but I do not agree that we have answered ALL the questions regarding the 6:1 share pay-out.
Additionally, I don not think this is the time to discuss it either. I want a MM first and a PR first.

as I posted before, I have in the past recieved divy shares for stock i owned on the record date and sold BEFORE the distribution date. HOWEVER rufus said this 6 for 1 was not a divy or forward split, claimed it was the reset adjustment. I like many here had never heard of such a distribution before so the divy/F/S rules may or may not apply, as i said before-call your broker FIRST. they should know if the record date makes you eligable for the distribution if you decide to sell before that date.

Chart I agree with the honesty, and truth you bring to this board. I just think it is good to follow some comments with IMO or JMHO if it isn't of record.

Looks like many sold out. Admittedly, I had a percentage of mine for sale for .60 for 6 hours and not a single share was bought. What's up with that?
