Well when I say there are hundreds of supporting docs on this guy I mean it. The only thing wrong is it takes hours to pour through them and pick out specifics. If the Search engine on the BCV web site worked this would be over.
I know there are at least 50 documents or more on that site that reference ERT and I am sure one has his signature. I am continueing my dig.
Besides it helps keep my eyes off the price while I wait for the next PR.

I have heard more than a few people comment on Rufus's southern drawl and demeanor as evidence of fraud. Being folksy does not mean no education, it means he lived a different life.
Anyone ever listen to Ross Perot? The man builds profitable multinationals for breakfast.

Being from Alabama, I can say that happens to a lot of people...some of the most brilliant people I have ever met were down-to-earth and had a very thick accent, and "having an education" sometimes is no substitute for experience.
(Note: I do have one (education AND accent) myself before you all start jumping on that bandwagon)

"The one thing she brought up was whether or not CSHD had FULL ownership of the bonds as stated in the 8k and p.r.'s."
AT THIS POINT... the fact that the SEC is questioning the amount owned on the bond(s) by CSHD could be taken as an ADMITION by the SEC or at least an acknowledgement that they realize they do indeed own it at least in part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone else see this. This seems to be the direction their case is going! I take that as great!!!!!

I don't think the question on the SEC's part was to the bonds actually existing, just did CSHD have the connection to them as they filed and in pr. As of yet, no one of official company nature has stepped up to the plate with that evidence to refute the SEC
