I can't help to think back about how this could have all been avoided . Rufus really stuck it to us . Now he's kicking back and enjoying some BBQ'd lobsters on his ranch .

The thing is,, If the shorts are taking this down hard to cause panic,, Who the hell is gunna sell this low....I mean if this is trading at a nickle,,,, I'm gunna go for broke...I'd rather lose it than give it to them at that price...
But it's all good,,,,Because it is'nt gunna fail!!

the only way they could have kept it from trading would have been to file additional charges. IF this turns out to be a scam then they HAVE protected future potential buyers, nothing they can do about those who bought before they became suspicious of the companies claims.

OK I'm bringing this from that site which is not to be named...anyone care to comment? I've heard enough conspiracy theory for anything to be possible...
"Mike Alexander got to exercise his preferred shares since a clause in the merger agreement was violated. Rufus talked about it last night on subpenny. Remember that 159,000,000 o/s that suddenly appeared in that latest PR? and it used to be 110m per Rufus - well because of the Fraud Charges, Mike got to exercise his preferred. It's all in the 8k merger agreement. Rufus said he would have done the same thing if the reverse was true. (If Fhal had violated the merger agreement) Remember Rufus mentioned(at DFW meeting?) a buyer on the Berlin Exchange had bought 41 million shares ? Last night someone on Subpenny asked Rufus whether it was just a coincidence that it was almost the same amount as the number of preferred shares held by Mike Alexander and Rufus joked and said - wouldn't that be interesting to find out."

Ok, im heading out of the office for the day and im not sure when ill check back in.
Ive kinda posted this before but ill post it again. All along this has been called a scam and all along it has been said that........
"If we dont file the 10k in time we will get an E and that will kill the stock" "If we get the E we will be delisted and trade on the pink sheets IF we are lucky"
A good one here.....
"If the SEC suspends us we will likely never trade again"
Or
"Once the SEC decides to investigate CSHD Rufus will vanish never to be seen again"
I understand that we arent trading as most had hoped. Yes, YES YES YES blame the SEC IMO!! This is the anger and the noise I feel this company needs right now! They suspended us apparently without doing their DD and then lifted the suspension without a word whether or not they suspended us lawfully! As a result...we are bleeding, and bleeding badly. I dont feel that CSHD should be scrambling to explain anything to us, NOTHING wrong was found or documented! This has been the companies stance all along.
I dont mean to sound like a pumper and ive tried to keep my emotions off the boards for the past couple of weeks but ive watched this stock tank AT LEAST 4 times in the near 5 months ive been onboard and every time there is total chaos for a day or two then everyone feels foolish for overreacting. I may eat my words in a day or two but for now im not going to question what Mike is doing with his time. He has more than any of us riding on this so im guessing he is probably trying to resolve the "issues" so we can move on.
This is just my opinion....sorry thats all ive got.

Chart ~ You sell and protect, I will hold and wait. And when the 6:1 comes down the pipe, and you don't get it don't come whining to me.
I promise if I don't sell right now and the 6:1 never materializes I am not out a whole lot. But if it does and I was dumb enough to listen to a stock board post or a CEO with the gift of gabb rather than seeing a rule in written in ink. Then I am the stupid one.
No way am I dumping a single share with out doing the math of what it "could" cost me for not waiting.
Just because my DD has not found where it says something is right, it also has not found it saying that something is wrong.

Do i question the shares on the Berlin market? Yup. I have my theories about that as well but it will all come out if there was foul play in that situation.

Yes Cat...you mentioned the berlin before... BUT? How would Mike have gotten the shares only trading on the Berlin exchange? I didn't hear SPR last night..AND? Seems there would still have to be filings of insider trading/selling even if it was on the Berlin...AND? Mike would be the one going to the pokey...IMO... Just another theory...like the rest of them...
Sandusky? where was that post from?

If this was really done...people would NOT be buying it...everyone that has sold has just said..."I quit...don't want to play any more..." BUT? all the shorts just covered there a$$... However...I do not blaim anyone for getting out with what they could...AND? they may kick themselves down the road...or they may say "phew...glad I was able to sell while I could..." Everyone has a different view on chance...

As for the 0.05 trade of a hundred shares. I think someone was testing my theory about giving their shares away for FREE... Like I said if you are willing to do so, without an MM it will very much happen on the OTO.

Maybe thats why Mike A. is going to Europe . Its to collect his cash on 41 million shares he sold over there . This would also explain Dufus's comment about him dancing . I'd be pretty darn happy with 41 million shares X $2.00 a share as well for a crappy trucking company not worth .10 a share .

Oh, maybe I should call CSHD - I'm sure they could give me a good reference.

It's not the SEC's fault. Even after something like this, the stock always returns to what its book value is.
Now, the only question is: is the book value what Rufus says or is it not. What the SEC did only affected people's opinions on Rufus' honesty. And frankly, if there is doubt on the value of the company you're invested in, it's your fault for taking the risk.
So you guys think Rufus will prove it once and for all, you should not worry at all about temporary price changes-because if Rufus does prove the book value is high, then the stock price will naturally get there.
That's why owners of stocks like MSFT don't worry about shorters/etc, because they know that no matter what, the stock will eventually be set by its book value.
