It's not something that i like... They never added Mike to the directors page...and it just seems that they are distancing themselves from the whole thing... i am waiting for a "pr" that states the meger was not complete...kinda crappy...and yes very negative...sorry guys... A Grey Sheet Shell Company is a Pink Sheet that has not filed a 15c2-11. Due to this fact, all orders to purchase the accompanying stock must be unsolicited and the issue is “non-piggyback” qualified for market makers. This means that each market maker is responsible for conducting their own due diligence and cannot rely upon the due diligence of another market maker who has previously quoted a bid or ask price for the stock.
A Grey Sheet is a non-reporting entity and is sought out by companies who are interested in going public in the sense that they have a symbol, transfer agent and shareholder base, but do not have the immediate need for high liquidity and high trading volume of their stock. It is a sound vehicle for companies in need of capital in the amount of $1 million or less and can be ideal for conducting Rule 504 registered public offerings; Rule 504 accredited investor offerings and similar exempt intra-state offerings.
Grey Sheet Shells and their relevant offerings are generally for young or start-up companies that do not want to actively trade their stock and attract attention from the street until they have completed acquisitions; generated increased revenues or completed other short-term (less than five years) plans, but still desire the benefits of being a publicly traded company. These companies have the ability to: attract investors who want to know that there is an exit strategy in place for the near future; increase acquisition strength; attract venture capitalists; and enjoy the general status benefits of being a public entity.
Grey Sheets are also used by companies that already have a small number of shareholders to help them establish a larger shareholder base by conducting a 504 offering as discussed above. Typically, the NASD considers a shareholder base as a factor in approving 15c2-11 applications for market maker quotations on either the pink sheets or bulletin board. Consequently, and importantly, Grey Sheet Shells can assist companies establish a trading history * through the 504 offering and with sophisticated investors, without the added expense of being a reported entity.
Since Grey Sheets do not qualify for short sales, the fear of short selling by the street is also eliminated. Also, because market makers may only quote unsolicited bids and asks and cannot “make a market” in a grey sheet stock, there is no concern of a market maker short selling the Grey Sheet stock either.
Grey Sheets can evolve into Pink Sheet Shells or Bulletin Board Shells by filing a Form 10 or similar registrations statement as well as a 15c2-11 application to be quoted on the bulletin board, and may even bypass the application to be quoted on the pink sheets.
Grey Sheets can range in price from $50,000 to $90,000.

The buying and selling has slowed down considerably. I'm not buying any more. If they can't make me a ton of money on the shares I have it is'nt worth it.

I don't want to pull the trigger until it gets to $1.... This is so crappy... Mike A is not a good CEO for this company... any other CEO would have put out a PR knowing this was coming out trading this morning, on the days events.... Even Rufus would have done that.

Can anyone honestly say that they thought this thing would come out smelling like a rose ? The very fact that CSHD and Rufus signed off with the SEC is basically telling us all we need to know IMO .
I hope things turn around but if they do , its going to be alot longer than a few weeks IMO . Maybe 6 months or longer if that soon .

I just got off the phone with Ben. I asked if there was going to be a PR or any news today. He said he didn't know and that he was on his way down to meet with the rest of the folks. He did say that court was cancelled and people were meeting at the ranch and that he didn't have any more information than that.
He did not sound very enthusiastic but then again, I’ve never have heard him speak before. Maybe he always sounds like that.

Catia... Testing the waters and bought 500 * .80 at 10AM via online Scottrade order but still have not filled .65 for another 500 ( this order was placed earlier than the .80. Per our earlier discussions with you, I was not able to get in the freebie 6:1 share with much quantity ( if it comes to fruition) and this will enable me to get the cheapie shares to meet that offering after the fact. Wonder how the BBQ is going? Are they laughing or being consoled and calm.

OK ...... Lets see. Court is canceled.... Ben is on his way to a BBQ. We are on the Pink Sheet and the most important thing that we need ....A PR ....... We are still waiting on. Screw the BBQ. Start getting the stockholders informed. I believe that a lot of this could have been avoided. I realize that this is characteristic of the Pinks, but some type of explanation should have been given to us officially by the company. Sorry for the tantrum people but I find it a very discouraging that no statement has been given even though we were promised that we would be updated regularly.

jmoe- There has been zero press releases nor any new financials etc.. filed by the company. Until we read them you speculating nobody gets 6:1 is the same as someone else speculating we WILL get 6:1.
Until something official comes out we are in a holding pattern. Same as we were last week. Considering RPH wasn't hauled off in handcuffs and the company immediately shut down I consider this actually a pretty good week.
I personally picked up another 1200 shares in this mayhem
