i will go out on a limb here with a suggestion, if this thing is a scam and these guys are BBQing with shareholders today, after all the promises they have made than this is not a scam or they are the bravest people in the world because when you mess with peoples money and future they get crazy and someone might end up on the BBQ pit today!

You all know I'm a CSHD "Cheerleader" & you couldn't pry my shares from me...I still believe in this company-BUT- we have done what they say - we stick together we hold strong, but how come no news? I find that to be disappointing... I feel like we are being takin' advantage of (that may be to harsh) but just give us something. Think about all the shareholders that do not read message boards, they are completely in the dark & that's not fair!!!
I'd much rather hear why there was no court rather than if Rufie is serving corn - on- the - cob.....
The people at the BBQ better be hearing some spectacular news to make up for the absence of news this mornin'....

That's actually a good point. If I was at a Barbecue with someone who had conned me out of Thousands of dollars, I would kick the living crap out of that person.

Jenna, there isn't much point in putting out news until we are back on a more orderly market. The greys are up and down. We could go up to $4 on news, and then right back to .25

This is my GTC on Scott to test the waters. It is accepting sells, but I haven't tried to buy. Also, Scoot says we are trading on the pinks, so jmoe where do you get grey -- copy and paste.

Theres always the "hiding out in the open" theory. Rufus has gained the empathy of the shareholders, no one there wants to kick his butt. Keep in mind im no where near selling my shares but its food for thought at the very least

This is B.S. from the brokerage stand point.
I get the "Halted message" also after I try placing the order.
Then I go into "View Orders" and its placed anyways. I was able to buy another 1200 so its definately working. Just with that halted message-

Milliam just called. He was in court...There were 4 SEC attorney's and no rep from CSHD. The case continues and the SEC was not satisfied as to the Bonds being owned By CSHD and the Judge is allowing them more time. Both Mike A and Rufus signed a "consent" (that's what Milliam called it) to continue the investigation... There was no attorney for CSHD and the court was not happy with that.
Sounds like the SEC did talk to Euroclear and the SEC is still not convinced with the bonds being "CSHD's"
Surfer Milliam is calling you now...perhaps you will have more to add...and Milliam is going on to the BBQ...

Penny - I understand what you are saying & it's not even about the "market" right now...When Mike A. took over on Thurs. he said there will be frequent PR's keeping shareholders informed....it's been 5 days & nothing... In that time Rufus & company have signed some mystery paper from the SEC & there has been no court when it was scheduled for today...& trading has resumed....& how do we know that??? From the message board... not a PR...what about the other shareholders that do not read message boards- do you think they have any clue what's going on? Do you think when Mike A. said he would update frequently that maybe he could've picked one of these events that I named earlier and PR'd it?
Don't take this the wrong way....you have to understand all I'm asking for is a simple statement....even an "I'll get back to the shareholders later" would work....very simple...very easy...that's it...
Believe me I hope the news we get is sooo great that I won't even care about there being nothing said this morning...I really do...

Ok folks REEEEELAX. I just spoke with Dog, he is in the stables with roughly 20 people as well as Rufus himself. The word is, meetings with the SEC were still taking place last night (7pm ish) and there is nothing yet to PR!!! Wait for it, itll come.
They know the current PPS they are watching it. No one there is concerned.
