Here is a question I have not seen addressed previously. How is it that our previous CFO managed to stay under the radar in the SEC investigation? I mean they are crying fraud to a Federal Court, and nobody even mentions the guy who's title is CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER... shouldn't he have been a major player in something like this?

Well since we are giving out homework assignments , here's something for you as well . Go to HSM and do a search for the building that ECOWOOD is based out of , there's an actual picture of it that a board member on there took since they live down the street from the address given . I'll give you a clue , the place looks like a damn dump . I run a business that does about 500K a year in sales and it looks a 100 times better than that shack .
My point is this ...... if they have all these contracts for underwater timber worth trillions , you'd think they could fix the place up a bit . My guess is the whole Ecowood thing is BOGUS as well .

This stock has been hyped for many reasons: bonds, carbon credits, connections. To date, and I challenge anyone to disprove this statement - None of the long term business assets and goals of CSHD have been compromised or proven unattainable. All attacks have been refuted. The company and all crucial officers ae positioned to move forward. All assets have been validated by the very best DD our collective minds can muster.
If the removal of RPH causes you to lose all faith in your investment then you have only yourself to blame for making it this far based solely on the charismatic of one individual.
Conversion Solutions is an asset management company. They make money by leveraging money. Investors in this company have only seen the early stages of this business. We have only seen the initial fund raising. The reason we are here, the information we should all really want to see, is what we are going to do with that money. That information is still to come and should prove to be the most exciting news to date.
Things may seem uncertain because we are not yet privy to the rest of the equation - anxiety is at a premium in the absence of information. I wish RPH the best for what he has contributed to CSDH but my money rides with the company, not one man. I am staying until the money drawn from those bonds is invested.
By the way, let's not forget that the work Rufus did in bringing the short situation to light is not lost. All of the eyes watching this unfold have not shut. As I mentioned before, some of the wheels set in motion are past the point of return.

I did not dislike Rufus. He opened his mouth one too many times and set too perfect a trap. I do like him and wish him well. He and his family would be welcome in my home any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
I do like Mike and the same goes for him. If you read ConCarne's posts on HSM tonight you will get a good feel from my feelings.
I am not ConCarne or Tut. I have no inside information on this deal as it stands. I did suspect certain things. It was the only way to really be as safe as possible and preserve the company once in court. You had to know that after reading the complaint and TRO. Rufus telegraphed his ouster more often than a rookie QB.
I can't say it will definitely be all right because I do not know that for sure. This IS a stock and a play.
I also know the SEC is watching all of these boards and knows what we think of them. I also know they do not really care what we think of them. That is made clear by the lack of effort in investigating the short position to date.
From my personal perspective I think we have a very solid company if all our DD prevails. If we were wrong then this is the best scam ever.
When I posted earlier that I was not nervous...I was serious. If this all comforts you that is good for now.
Know this...I expect based on the mere fact that the guard is changing that we may have DD to do moving forward hopefully with enough time prior to trading again to get the data we need to take the right actions moving forward.
This deal was always about pulling the deal off. It will either be pulled off or it will not be.
Time Will Tell...and no amount of speculation or negative articles or bashing will change what it will be. They may decide for you whether you are with or without. But each investor/trader has to choose that path themselves. If it is too hot in the kitchen and you start talking nonsense....it is time to get out of the kitchen.

Thank you for the comments on my boys . They are my greatest success story . As for my mom , she's a good person that would no doubt defend me as any good mom would but she realizes that I am a man and can fight my own battles . I've been in business for myself for going on 8 years and you learn quick who your friends are and who's trying to get over on you .
