Relevant to CSHD? not that I've found tonight. I really wish Rufus would have either avoided that post or given some more information. Leaving it like he did is not helpfull

Yeah i agree with that spooky. Ive been watching this and HSM all day to try to hear some decent news. I about did a reverse back flip when Rufus made that post. Just kind of turned around right now ya know.

no. it is still halted, just put to the pink sheets until the trial is over and the MMs back the stock again, putting us onto the NASDAQ (feel free to correct me if im wrong people).

more accurately, it was *suspended* -- big difference between a NASDAQ "halt" and an SEC "suspension." lol, yes, I know peeps use "halt" informally, but I'm not sure who all is reading along, now...may have some newbs here.
I'm playing catch-up (windstorm knocked out my DSL, offline since early Sunday am), but unless something drastic has intervened, what you're seeing is Yahoo! has no way to append a suffix for an issue headed to greys. As far as I know? Yahoo! is the only "service" to use the "OB" and "PK" distinctions for their software systems. Because it's such a murky, literally grey, area...I doubt they'll ever attempt a ".GY" suffix.
Am still searching around to see if something supercalifragilisticexpealidicios has occurred for the company...

If Euroclear was a no-show, then we probably won't have a hearing on the 7th which is what that jerk wanted all along. If there is one, I will be there. The bonds are real? Anyone make a call lately to the "officers" of the company? Anyone answering? Thought not. Thanks redneck!

What CEO have you ever seen post to ****s- one that is a brainchild of a multi-billion dollar idea and compnay- and then to leave his stockholders worried like this? He-he.. Is he drunk? You guys can keep talking and trying to make one another feel better, which is one reason why I joined in. But at some point you have to wake up and think no matter how much we listen and how much we write, this car is dead in the road. We are grasping for straws. Committees and appointed personnel for shareholder rights, blah, blah. We have been had. Someone asked me why I am do negative and what is my purpose earlier. Maybe it's me trying to convince myself I am not a 'sheeple'.

A recommendation... Since there isn't a damn thing you or anyone else can do about what is going on until trading resumes, why not just sit back and see what happens.
IMHO if you have an investment here, then being optimistic instead of pessimistic will be better for your health/karma/wellbeing.
