I asked them why HSM members were the only ones being considered and that there were qualified people on allstocks that could be beneficial.
Needless to say I didn't get a reply

just big talk to divert attention away from what is really happening. JMHO. big hat - no cattle.

It changes everything. It forces to SEC to not continue to overstep their power here (in my opinion, they already have). It forces them to say..."Hey, they do owe the bonds...we better stop digging around or this could get ugly for us". The point is, they did not do their DD before the halt. They took the word of a criminal and ran with it. That shouldn't have happned. We CAN and WILL sue them for that. It gives us more leverage once they find out the bonds are legit. In other words...they have to start acting more like a Basset Hound than a Bulldog.
I agree St. Matt. The job of a regulating body is to make sure everyone is following regulations, not jump to conclusions based on unfounded complaints and accusations.

They should have investigated more. Even if Rufus did not want to play with them privately, they should have been able to get to the bottom of the bond questions and have them satisfied even without Rufus's help. They are the SEC for crying out loud. How difficult is it to take the bit of information gien them by Rufus and make a few phone calls.

IMO they dropped the ball on this one and we the shareholders are paying the price.

I guess they just figured Timmothy Mile is a "Pump and Dumper" and it takes one to know one. So Rufus must be one too. LOL It was a seriously bad call IMO. Who ever did it... well i bet their chair is pretty uncomfortable right now.

I think it is time we took some solid action to help this along for Rufus and I have certain things that can help this along with some solid forward movement because of who I am. You don't know who or what I am yet, but it is time someone took a more solid stance here. Do not take this message as a negative by any means. We are going to win this and you will be the winners by the time this comes to a head.

HSM is making a list of people from HSM only to be representatives of the shareholder committee....

Yea, i saw that. He said the same thing the day we got the "E" i think. Im not trying to come down on the guy im just a little tired of his riddles. [Smile]

And, you need to be from HSM to be a rep? I know, this is a slow process thats being rapidly sped up but it needs to be thought through to SOME level. Im anxious to see what the next few days will bring but ill remain cautious.

i dont think this shareholder commitee thing is a good idea. SO FAR there has been no talk about a secure voting platform (which is VERY important), there can be multiple shareholders assuming different names possibly assuming more than one vote, commitee would be vulnerable to corruption,.... and i just dont like the smell of it....Period. am i the only one that feels this way?

No, youre not. Hence my cautious behavior [Smile]

And, im especially concerned about the HSM comment. Did i misunderstand that or are they really looking for HSM members for that? Cuz thats BS and wont fly. Whats to stop me or someone else for lobbying against HSM and get on board with the other boards and make our own committee. I hope thats just an oversight...a shareholder is a shareholder regardless of what board they use.

First. Shareholders call Ronald Crawford at the Georgia division of the SEC at 404-842-7600 - Extension 7630 and lay your concerns very firmly. Do not take no for an answer and demand to speak to Ronald Crawford directly and do not settle for leaving a message. In the alternative also call Debbie Hampton also at the Georgia division at 404-842-7635 - direct line.

Secondly, call your Congressman and Senators and the Attorney General's office.

Burn up their phone lines.

let's hope the sec isn't commiitted to go all the way on this and lets us go with a slap on the wrist.

I agree with you on this point. I'm afraid they (SEC) might have no other choice because they are the ones that have been allowing 'Naked Shorting' for years now (because they look the other way). They do not want the investing public to know this. Their credibility would be completely ruined. We're talking about a complete overhaul of the SEC....and then a committee would have to be formed to investigate them on an ongoing basis.

Like Rufus says often...I think they made a HUGE mistake by halting the stock without solid evidence and then asked for the company to be disbanded as a result of their accusations.

I'm sure that right about now, they are sitting there looking at each other (at the Euro Clear deposition) scratching their heads saying "uh oh...what the hell have we done?" You heard what Rufus said...they were shocked when they found out HE has a Euro Clear password.

Assuming Rufus is telling the truth about all of this...and I have no reason to believe he would be crazy enough to be lying...I would have to think he has more on them (SEC) than they have on Rufus. JMHO

That is pretty funny New2 you would think they would want this thing to succeed. Getting the politics seperated from the boards imediately would be the best course of action. It would take me less than a day to build a secure site of real names and a true voting console if delivered the database that has been created.

By no means do I want to represent the commitee but I will say that it is BS that they are assuming anyone will vote for screen names. I want real names, and background info of the key people interested in reporting to the BOD.

That is another thing I noticed about Dogmando post. He said he was recomending Tut to be on the BOD... Does he even know how this works? Rufus said last night it will be 3 people and they will report only to the BOD. They don't vote or sit on the BOD.

There is also no definitive answer as to how many shares people own. I could say that I own 20,000 shares and in fact only own 500.

Well, i emailed Dogmando about this specifically. If we are to unite we better do it as a whole or this will crash before getting off the ground. HSM probably has the most shareholders so its a good start but they need to think this through before making a decision like that.

Share holders committee? pros and cons...
As glass said...an ONLINE PERSONA?
We are suppose to vote for this person?
They may seem very smart and a great person on the thread...but be a real dirtball other wise..
Rufus indicated that the 3 Reps would be more involved in the Company, the individuals that "we" are voting on? Do they have the time that it may take?
What are the consequences of being on the committee versus not?
Are there Bennies?
Drawbacks?
For instance is there more chances of being liable for certain actions if you are on the committee rather than being a simple shareholder?
Does the committee get to have the whole say? What if I am a shareholder and don't agree? LOTS of Questions that I am unaware of the answers...
Cat i emailed Dogmando also and have heard nothing back...No I didn't give my specifics, I was asking questions...first.

AND? Where's "our" Dog at? Is he around? Are you reading? you are heavily invested in this...I would like to know your thoughts...

Wally what about you? I kinda get the feeling that you are in this more on the level that I am...what are your thoughts?

I would recommend forming one for allstocks and then having a vote-off for the final comittee. There is no way you will get a fair vote for people from allstocks on HSM. They simply have no exposure to them here.

Agreed! The formation of the shareholder committee appears to have been developed too informal in order for it to be beyond reproach. I question if we can submit it without verification of shareholder name and number of shares.

All that said, if Rufus thinks it can and it will help then I am all for it.

Tax, the thing about Rufus (and i'm sure you heard him say it last night)"i like to make people happy, i dont know if you've noticed (to simon) simon: oh mm hm yea
r: i want shareholders to be happy

the thing is hes all ears always for all suggestions even ones like the shareholder commitee. if he would've said no, thats uneccessary, he would be bashed across the boards and wouldve left a bitter taste in everyones mouth...Rufus needs to toughen up imo...

A true site would have the ability for a CSHD staffer to double check the user share declaration versus the NOBO list. Or better yet a system that uses the NOBO list as entry to the site. Yeah now I am thinking. The entire known shareholder population, and registering with the site gives you secure login, and your share declaration is on the list. Personal information is cross checked and verified on registration.

that could be pretty slick, but it would not be a one day job. Hmmmmm.

I don't remember a page, but I remember the names being associated with the Ecowood press releases in terms of working with them on this project - not that they were, but that they would like to hear from them. Pres. Clinton, Leonardo DiCaprio, and a couple of others. Not entirely sure about Trump being in that list, but if you can find the Ecowood PR, you will have it in there....

I actually e-mailed several of the officers of CSHD when we were concerned about sharing personal information with dogmando in general. Asked if we could simply give him a name and e-mail and possibly have a staffer verify shares and that end of the committee. No response from anyone.

That is sad...so now we also have to worry about people being registered with both shareholder groups

seriously? i think a shareholder group is a good thing...

but you guys really do need to look at RESUMEs and make sure you aren't putting people in charge that Rufus or other insiders have already been working with...

and i am just joking about voting for me in case you didn't get that joke already...
