I think everone's forgetting- CSHD doesn't have an MM...if there's no MM - doesn't it go to the grey sheets? I no likey that.... Even if the judge says CSHD can immediately go to the big board - what happens? We don't have an MM? ...unless if the judge says everything looks ok & that entices the MM's to sign up but I hope Mike A. doesn't allow trading just yet....

Chart- what did you mean by this - court is tomorrow?
???
I was talking about when this will be lifted by SEC as stated... "and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 6, 2006.
This is why I was questioning last week about the court date being on the 7th. It kind of put CSHD over the barrel, what with the prospect of openning for trading while the court proceedings were still hanging over our heads.
I think this also is resolved by the negotiated settlement and we won't trade until the smoke settles.
I'm a long holder of CSHD. I would NOT recommend CSHD if I were being paid to make recommendations. If I knew nothing about CSHD, which was probably the case with the Merrill Lynch broker, I would see that its been suspended by the SEC and say "red flags" too. Put it this way, would you recommend a suspended stock to your best friend? Probably not. All that said, I still believe we are looking at a favorable ruling from court. If this was fraud we would be in SEC receivership by now.

I had him ask the broker about CSHD...he said "stay away from it - red flags everywhere". Of course, most anyone might say that given the current situation, but I was surprised that there was no "IF" statements added on to that based on how Rufus appeared to be very connected with them...
Thoughts?
Agreed 100% - what I am really curious about is to hear the reply if and when the ruling is favorable and we start trading again. Does anyone feel we can move to a big board pronto, assuming the ruling is good?
The beautiful thing about CSHD is that there are endless possibilities of what might happen.
Nas is possible and grey is possible.
We should have a better feel by tues. P.M.
Should we start praying...

If we have to pray for real bonds, we are in trouble. Why is it so difficult to prove we have them without a shadow of a doubt? If we do have them how were they paid for? No one seens to have any assets other then the so called bonds that I can see.

The short time I have been onboard, I have seen one excuse after another as to why things were not as they were reported to be. What is that evangelicals name, "it is a total lie", "well I bought meth but didn't use it", "yes I had sex with him but only once".

The true value of the bonds is the ability to create profit. 50% of the profit generated goes to those we got the bonds from.
OK you can go back to bed now young man. Maybe when you wake up you will decide to go look at what you are talking about before posting. You will look a bit smarter then.

It happens when you reply or post something under the full post screen...it's quite annoying...it is attached to that stupid little add at the bottom of the screen...

This is a post from ConCarne on HSM. If you have not read his post before I highly recommend you go to HSM and read through them.
ConCarne:
CSHD has just told you everything about the outcome...
1) CSHD remains as a legal entity (it won't be forced to SEC receivership or scuttle the merger). It has a biz model, the core people, and likely NSS forensics [which is worth 3X BV with the proper "development" of this asset]. It is merged and in a state prior to recapitalization (threshold reset / share grants). So, CSHD feels SEC discovery around corporate malfeasance will likely end and they want to play the game like every other public company. Best news you could hear IMO.
2) The SEC just got Rufus / CFO removed from CSHD. Fact. Rufus / CFO just parted paths with CSHD and the dogs have every right to continue that chase if the scent is strong. I too believe in being "innocent until proven guilty" but guilt is now established by the investigation not the verdict. Welcome to DC. Federal lawyers show up everyday and are paid regularly and from the same systems as the mailman. They don't tire. Godspeed.
Rufus's path forward is now independent of CSHD.
I believe events handicap that the dogs will follow Rufus.
And, yes, the SEC need not tell you what is happening even when the stock trades. __________________ I get it ConCarne

At this kind of party it's polite to let the host speak first.
Especially since you don't want to show them up.
We hear from the SEC before we hear anything from CSHD.
And that would be the best news as it shows we finally understand how the game works.
After you Sir... I know that you've not heard that from us before.... but the New Management (with the bonds, people, and NSS forensics) insists. __________________ I get it ConCarne

I'm considering leveling the RICO suit myself once I get my hands on the forensics. __________________ I get it ConCarne

The corporate entity remains merged and operates pre-threshold price reset waiting for the date of recapitalization to be set.
They have the biz model, people, and NSS forensics.
House was cleaned, not leveled. __________________ I get it ConCarne

Rufus needs to be concerned about the potential for the SEC to bring criminal charges post-discovery.
Mike needs to shield the operating entity of CSHD from Rufus's fate. The 8K is a model for a corporate house cleaning.
That seems like a viable strategy.
Shareholders have empathy for Rufus but equity in Mike. __________________ I get it ConCarne

Allthough the SEC may not have to say anything about the case as to outcome, etc., there is a court case for which the judge will have to enter something to close the case. IMO, just about anything other than cloing down CSHD is a victory for the "investors".
