Hey Chart, I'm not a big sports fan but the Badger's beat Penn State this weekend! I was in Madison with my family to attend a taping of "What'd Ya Know?". The tickets were a birthday present for my husband's 40th. Unfortunately my husband did not get on the air but my kids did, so now they think it was cool they were on the radio.
I am still holding out for a positive outcome of ALL of this only one more day for some definitive news.

I don't how we can see a pr until after the court proceedings. I think we trade on the gray sheets until ALL issues are resolved. This needs to happen before we can move on. Chart you present a lot of good questions that need to be addressed. Have a great day.

isn't the suspension lifted tonight at 11:59 pm? So, couldn't we theoretically trade tomorrow?

At least my SD Chargers won yesterday so I am in a good mood. Actually I have two teams, one in AFC (SD) and one in NFC, Seattle Seahawks, who play tonight, so I got a chance of being more happy tomorrow morning. But I won't be REALLY happy until we get good news about CSHD. Now let me see, where did I put my pom-poms...
Your pom poms are out in the garage next to your running shoes...
djg7, yeah, the ruling I'm sure will hold back the $4 B bond PR, but they could slide a PR out about the other stuff IMO, they did whip out a 8k pretty quick...
I to would hope for SOMETHING before we start trading.

Don't you think Mike A. has to put out the amended 10K BEFORE court tomorrow?
I hate it when the company is this quiet,,,but I know they're probably workin' their tails off...
Mike A., you said you would keep the shareholders informed of every move along the way....we'd love to hear from you today.....
Let's make it a great day!!!
By the way, I hope to high heaven we DO NOT start trading tomorrow!!!! This needs to be resolved first! I don't think we have am MM yet so that would mean grey's & we don't want to go there!!!
Port- What's going on with the shareholders' committee?

So is it in agreeance that we "could" begin trading again tomorrow on the grey sheets since the suspension ends at 11:59 PM EST? Key word being "could".

--well, the last PR did state "as soon as possible."
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Company file an amended Annual 10-KSB and the September 30, 2006 Quarterly 10-QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as possible.
All they have done so far is put out a 8k, logic would dictate that this should be done BEFORE trading begins I would think...
A HUGE 10Q after the SEC rulling would make us fly! IMO ~

I expect at least the revised 10k to be out this week. They did say that they were going to file the 10QSB ASAP as well.

One questions...was the quarter always ending on Sept. 30th or did this change somehow. We're not late on our 10Q yet are we?

CSHD puts out their 10Q a little early?...
Already have the 10k, so just add a couple more of those bonds we saw, -like that 5 Billion dollar one and let's start trading! UPWARD!!
I'm not so sure that would be the best thing until the court makes its ruling...unless there was a big move to a big board to go with it. We need a blessing from the court/SEC and to get out of pennyland....IMHO

Oh, and something else of note. My hubby's partner uses Merrill Lynch, and has a sizeable portfolio/uses the full-service side. I had him ask the broker about CSHD...he said "stay away from it - red flags everywhere". Of course, most anyone might say that given the current situation, but I was surprised that there was no "IF" statements added on to that based on how Rufus appeared to be very connected with them...
Thoughts?

opps, that's what I meant of course, don't want to shake the SEC bee nest anymore...
Hopefully ruling will be out today, SEC stated till midnight tonight.....

Rufus also said the 10Q was ready before he exited - wonder if it has to be revised (much, if at all) or if it is still ready for release?

IMO, the new revised 10-KSB and the 10-QSB are part of the negotiated settlement w/SEC. Maybe they are to be presented before the judge so he can give his 'blessing' and resolve the case between CSHD and the SEC? Just my thoughts on this.
I'm a long holder of CSHD. I would NOT recommend CSHD if I were being paid to make recommendations. If I knew nothing about CSHD, which was probably the case with the Merrill Lynch broker, I would see that its been suspended by the SEC and say "red flags" too. Put it this way, would you recommend a suspended stock to your best friend? Probably not. All that said, I still believe we are looking at a favorable ruling from court. If this was fraud we would be in SEC receivership by now.

Agreed 100% - what I am really curious about is to hear the reply if and when the ruling is favorable and we start trading again. Does anyone feel we can move to a big board pronto, assuming the ruling is good?
