IM from listener saying if only 1 of the bonds are real we should be OK.

Simon: Originally it was about the bonds: But there were 2 bonds in question. Hypothetically speaking, if both bonds are real is everything OK? If the merger agreement was violated then it is possible that the merger could be called. Well the merger agreement stated that the $15 per share could be called off. That is Simons concern.

A: Rufus has not done anything illegal at this point. Rufus stepped out of the way to protect the company.

Listening to Simon tonight, it when through my head that eveyone has been totally thrown by what has gone on the last few days.

The Ben-Anthony connection has been tested before, acording to Rufus and several others they are not the same person. I agree with that statement FWIW.

Anthony is trying to explain to Simon that the only way Mike A. could effect a 51% shareholder take over is if the merger existed. If he disolves the merger now then his shares are not considered CSHD shares. I don't know if that is true. I think he was given CSHD shares in the merger deal. I will have to go look.
