Again, IMO, the "investors" want to trade. Trading is business. No trades, no commissions ... Brokerages like commissions. Bottom line, brokerages will find mm's to trade.
MM's need business too ... how much potential profit would they turn away by not participating? Again, business is business! IMO

Because the SEC halt expires at midnight tonight which means it could trade tomorrow but we do not have an MM signed on anymore so it would have to trade on the greys....

Do we no that we don't have an MM? I have'nt heard anything official. But there is'nt much that we do know right now. The only thing I think I know right now is that it seems like the sec has the process of looking out for shareholders bass ackwards.IMO.

You more or less take it, at this phase I can give it to you. Option (c), what it does, is under reorganization, the financials of the corporation are newly incorporated. If you go to the link that I sent to, which is the IRS link, okay and you read down and it talks about assets, and the stock...the distribution of it...what happens is, is we take the new book value of the new consolidated corporation. 111 million outstanding shares. We have 48, 62 on FHAL. The combined totals are 111. What happens is, we take the new book value of the new, consolidated corporation. 111 Million outstanding shares. We have 48, 62 on FHAL. The combined totals of 111 divided into your number and that gives you your book value, $7.21. You take your $7.21 value, and you either start trading at your book, or you can go 2 to 3 times.
In an IPO, you give an explanation as to how you come to your figure. You set your figure til your 3 times. It's just common in any market. Anyone says different, they don't know what they're talkin about. Two (2) times the book is the $15 number that we chose.
We will halt trading, on the day, at the completion of the merger. After the 10K is filed, we will halt trading, and come back out the next day under the new symbol, and at $15 a share.

Jenna ~ Uncharted waters for me here. What I do know is watch your sources carefully on the "Grey Sheet" line of questioning. Not many have a whole lot of experience especially around the pennies. I usually lose interest in a stock as soon as the SEC gains interest.
Anything beyond the bonds, numbers, graphs, PRs, and filings would be pure speculation at this point.
Currently there are no PRs, no filings, the bonds are good, the numbers??? Hmmm I don't know. As far as the graph... very hard ceiling at $2.00 and major... major resitance at $1.98. LOL

Just talked with Mark at Scottrade (800 #) .. I asked for an update on CSHD ... I mentioned the SEC suspension, the expiration of which is tonite ... he said when it resumes trading, they will participate and find a MM to trade it. . .
