Actually that is what the hearing this tuesday is all about, they have to show just cause to not be shut down. If they arent shut down, then they are vindicated and have proven the bonds are theirs.

When and how have Rufus, Mike Alexander, Sabra Dabbs, and Ben Stanley benefited financially from this purporte fraud? It's only one question and its a pretty simple one.
Good luck answering it and be careful not to embarass yourself
You do realize I'm not a basher right?
I'm not sure why I picked out your name. Feel free to copy and paste the question to the appropriate person(s). Its one that drives them insane!

Texas ... I think Sceptor was saying positive things about CSHD.
I was. I need to post in greater depth I guess. Texas, go look at my post to him now. I included the ticker symbol of the stock he pumped in here this morning. That should clear it up for you.

The latest story posted by Webb. Take the story paragraph by paragraph since it seems it is a chronological sequence of events. Is it inaccurate -- not because the site is a rag or the reporter is a known basher -- but is it inaccurate?
If the answer is yes, then what evidence is there to refute those statements -- remember opinions of the rag and reporter aside? Also, individual ideas, speculation, conjecture and conspiracy theories to spin a yarn good enough for soap opera tv cannot be considered "good" dd. It is trying to turn a negative into a positive w/o fact.
So, in reality, you are left with company-filed documents -- unaudited and audited (which is questionable) -- statements made in public, on radio and over the telephone (I have noticed -- although I may have missed them if so please repost) -- that not once did anyone post an official email from one of the officers, and the internal belief that these are true.
RPH had a checkered past but for some reason(s) many on this board overlooked those events and explained them away. My bad for not doing that dd. Like 3403 I failed in that area.
So, sceptor, I assume you did dd on the company assets. I would assume you believed the company-produced documents. That's all anyone could do if you have the internal need or belief that they were true. With the amount of back pedaling on these posts, a number here are starting to question the 8k and 10k validity as well. I can see by the number of speculations on this board on how this will play out -- many are now attempting to pave the way for a longer battle with a positive spin.
The one thing I can say positive on many on this board is that you have missed your calling -- you could be best-selling fiction novelists.
V-Ger, A standard in any industry that requires any sort of research is that, once a source of information is found to be biased or flawed, it is no longer used as a resource. You don't continue sifting for the few bits of truth in the lie. You leave yourself open to consistantly being challenged, and, in most cases, just plan being wrong.

REPOST: Lets take a break from the character assassination and look at something interesting. Some of you may have already seen this, but I think its worth revisiting. Remember Penn, Davis and McFarland? An asset mamangement co. with $300 million in big board stocks. Check out out the holdings report list and who do you see?
Now, I don't know about you guys, but it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling that an institution that NEVER buys penny stocks, has bought CSHD. Comments?[/quote]
First time poster.
One interesting point, is that they just bought the stock recently; it doesn't show up on their previous ownership report. So it's not like they're a leftover FrontHaul shareholder or anything like tht.

JOHN S. MCFARLAND was CEO of Peppertree, one of those vacation condo companies. merged with http://www.equivest.com/ and appears to subsequently have become Cendant Timeshare Resort Group, Inc. (CTRG) which changed its name to Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc.
not a bad end merger, nice new parent company, nice 200mil a year earnings.

could be or not, SSTY was suspended and the suspension was lifted, that was months ago and it is still not being quoted, only trades on grey sheets. same with GRYF suspension was lifted MANY moths ago,( of course THAT pos WAS a scam, no doubt about it! ) not quoted - trades on grey sheets, BCIT also the same i think?. if MM`s issue quotes on this after the suspension is lifted THEN i will be EXTREMELY happy with this. THAT to me would indicate that our worst fears are false and all IS well and good. if that happens LOAD UP!!!

Simon is confused by the shareholders erasing the BOD. That Mike currently is the only member of the board and can elect as he see's fit. Is Ben in the picture? Is Sabre in the Picture?
Lots of interesting questions...
