Good evening everyone. Thank you for the massive emails on your request to be on the shareholders committee. It was a daunting task to get this together this fast. We are now ready for the nominations. Please repost this link everywhere. We decided to post this on the boards first before the mass email as to not overload our site. The mass email will go out tomorrow. I would like to give a personal thanks to CEOHNUSA, NEW2MARKET, AND PORTMAN for their designing of the web page. We have worked very hard on this to put it together this fast. The company will be able to use our help. This is for SERIOUS NOMINATIONS ONLY.
As part of the procedure you will be asked to enter your email address. The only way you will be allowed to enter a nomination is to enter the exact email that you used. For instances where you sent me information on multiple people please get with them and as a group decide on your two nominations.
Phil has asked to not be nominated as he said he could not devote the proper time to the committee.
Please do not critique our work as we have tried our best to put this together as fast as possible and are working on very little sleep.
READ THE FIRST PAGE FULLY PRIOR TO PRESSING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON
Once the nominations have been made I will post a list of the nominations. I ask at that time the nominees please contact me to give your consent to be on the committee.
Please forward all email to dogman*cshdshareholdercommittee.com

Mr.Catia ~ Sound advice but hardly viable. So the people in the company who have been digging stop, sharing new information and be quiet. While Repo hangs around a just pokes fun at us for a week while we share nothing that someof us may have found.
I don't mind Repo, but if I don't have new information for sink my teeth into, I may go insane.

I'm going to get hit for this comment though....and ashamed I am saying it....but I don't think putting a woman in as CEO is best for this stage of the company. Women are making a play for these top spots, and many deserve them, but when you are trying to get something going, the traditional American with the money to invest wants a "suit-and-tie" not "dress-and-heels"
Let the slander begin....
(Edit: sorry - I started typing this post a while ago, and got stuck actually working...I see similar thoughts about the shares were posted above)
At least this came from a woman...

on the other hand, if they are going to promote Sabra to CEO, why not just announce it at the same time??? Maybe they are planning on bringing in a new "big gun"... Just guessing at this point anyway.
BB good to see you back, hope all is well with you and your new pup!

on the contrary i think manly bravado & machismo is what has further complicated this entire issue.
take the testosterone outta the picture and it becomes about the company, not about the man.

Another possible scenario ... CSHD receives indication from the SEC that they cannot find any problems with the bond ownership, but, they do have a problem with RPH and some statements made ... probably a "grey" area with alot of interpretation to unwind. If Rufus is not the forward CEO then the SEC will consider the issue resolved.
Why would Rufus not just step down voluntarily? I believe it was thought to be best perceived as a CSHD does to Rufus instead of Rufus does to Rufus. Just a thought.
This all could be setting up for news coming.

I will agree with you on that. What DOESN'T it complicate?
I still think women will make great Presidents one day, just not sure the public is ready for them yet. Do the big guns like GE and Exxon and Berkshire Hathaway have women at the top? Nope, and that was my only point in saying it.

Cowboy hat, swagger, blue jeans, trench coat talking stocks and billions in bonds with a Georgia accent and an aw-chucks attitude, playing the SEC and shorts to the hilt. Wow! I would go to that movie no matter the ending. BUT, the price of admission and a box of popcorn is all I'd pay.

I have another question for the board . Lets assume that CSHD does in fact owns these bonds . We all agree that the profit made off of them is not 100% CSHD's .I think Rufus even went into that on SPR.
Now , where else is CSHD generating income from ? Do they even have any customers ?

Look I am not trying to be negative but sometimes you need to look at things objectively. Anyone who believes that Rufus getting fired and the SEC investigating the company for fraud was Rufus' plan, probably needs to take a break themselves.
I want to see the company get themselves out of this and back in black. But I will not turn a blind eye on the truth.

Point taken. I agree Sabra would be a good choice, particularly with the hearing coming up Tuesday...unless they have been doing a LOT of interviewing prior to all of this happening. Hopefully all part of a master plan.
Personally, I would like to skip chapters like I did in high school, read the end, and buy the cliff notes for the highpoints after the fact....after I am at the bank, that is.

On the good news front, it seems like IHUB is going down. Maybe the CSHD thread is crashing

Does anyone remember this, or am I mistaken? TIA
Yes, it was when he and Sabra came on during Tut's first interview- was just listening to it, he said it after Sabra suggested that Tut send her his resume.

I honestly don't think it will be Sabra, although she is most likely qualified.
My guess is that a CEO will come from a co. already trading on AMEX that we will eventually merge with.

Donniboy -
RPH was to lead us to Wall-Street, but he is NOT the face Wall-Street would accept. Call it spin, but you know that to be true. This was going to happen, it needed to happen, and it happened at the right time for the right reasons.

He was meant to be a MOUTHPIECE right from the beginning....
Think about it...
You Don't use Peewee Herman to sell a new War Machine to the Military....
RUFAS was perfect for the job....A real cowboy with a lot of FLASH and attitude...
He was needed to pull off the massive campaign of P.R's that brought light to the MM's and there short game not to mention all the waves and sparks this has created for OurStreet Stock L emon.....and others ...
The SEC is all over it and the Bashers have been working overtime....
Big Govt is interested too....
All GOOD in my book....
They could not have even come close to the notoriety they have achieved using a Mousey little wimp for a Figure Head....
Rufas, with his black Duster and Cowboy Hat..Did the trick nicely...His 'I Don't Give a Chit' approach and overall stonelike stance on ALL things is what built the confidence in all of us for this company..
Hell, he even started to use his much more colorful middle name instead of Paul....I just don't think that this would have gone as far as it did if we were listening to a guy named Paul.....RUFAS carries a hell of a lot more flair....Paul???? not .....RUFAS!!...That has character....Sticks to your mind...Rufas......I liked it, and so did all of you..IT WORKED!!!!
NICE JOB RUFAS!!!!
This was just a very well orchestrated initial phase for this company...
Can't wait to see what they pull next...
I also don't believe that Sabra is the next choice for the Captains chair....I think it will be someone with a bit more $$$. More than likely from over seas... I too believe that the big decisions are being made over there and explains the 3:00a/m PR's...
I'm just gunna kick back and watch the show....should get good here soon...
GLTA
And
THANK AGAIN RUFAS!!!!
I have a feeling we'll see ya around..

I think Sabra will run the company (she has been pretty much for 2 weeks) in the interim. I think they have somebody much bigger and better known up their sleeve. JMHO
Personally, I would like to see us merge with Berkshire Hathaway and receive a 1 for 1 share swap.
