Morning everyone . Damn I go to bed and the CEO gets fired . They must have read my comments last night . LOL . They are saving face at this point and realize that Rufus is like a turd that attracts flies . I pm'd a post listed on another board to Asurfer a few days ago . In this post , another member of the CSHD sounded annoyed with Rufus going on SPR and running his mouth . Here's the post if anyone cares to read it :

bearishbull on marketmillionares on 10/26/06:

okay, i was hesitant to post this, but I just got off the phone with mitch. called just to see if anyone was answering the phone, got the receptionist, asked for IR, and got mitch. it was interesting. i don't want to attempt to quote him as he made it clear he thinks the boards are a bit ridiculous. i asked about spr, i asked about rufus posting on hsm and i asked about tut. bottom line, there's two parallel stories playing out here.

the real one, where there's a company with a crazy ceo that reverse merged into a struggling penny stock claiming to have big money bonds and a future as bright as a star. ceo asked for some documentation, he gave it to them.

the alternative one, written by people with computers, keyboards, and mice. guys what's happening at hsm and ihub is lunacy. it's actually part of the problem. playing on peoples emotions and manipulating stock price. we are not part of the solution, we are part of the problem. bashers, pumpers, level headed logic players, all constructing a story based on each others posts.

i wish i had never found ihub or hsm. i like this board, more just for entertainment and some insight into the market. but the others are CRAZY and are ruining the penny market. how many of your invesment decsinons have been made based on something you read? i could be wrong, and maybe that's it, but my talk with mitch was rather sobering. he said that unless it's on the companies website or in a pr, he would assume it is false. a 99.999995 chance it's false. worth contemplating. i'm closing my hsm browser.

And the next post :

the conversation was sobering. made me realize that i'm getting my info on how to invest lot's and lot's of money from people in their underwear, drinking dr. pepper and eating dorritos. he told me that they were waiting to hear from the court and would PR the results immediately. I said will that be soon, and he said they expected it to be yesterday. look, i don't know if tut has an in, i don't know if rufus is really posting on hsm, i asked mitch and he said, "i really hope not". bottom line is we shouldn't care. we bought what the ceo was telling us and can only trust info through pr's and the companies website. i would expect everything else to be tainted. fwiw, the bear is tired.

****bearishbull , if you are here and want me to remove this post , please let me know .****

Rufus is the band leader of CSHD , without him , this business will end up just like BBAN. With him , this business will probably end up on the greys and worth nothing anyways .

Anyone still want my shares ???

Nice - they throw the Captain overboard to try and save the ship. That's a pretty good sign that the company does not like the short term outcome of these court hearings. Whenever someone states "to protect the shareholders", from past experience, that usually means the shareholders are about to get screwed. I'm ready for some good news for a change.

Over the last few weeks, I have witnessed some truly impressive spin on questionable events. I've seen a lot o very rude people go out of their way to tell me what is best for me. I have also seen some good people struggling to be helpful to each other in this turbulent journey that many of us have found ourselves together on. And here is more turbulence:

OMG - this happened

OMG - that happened

Well, guess what. We are still in the same little life raft that we were in when trading was suspended. We can't shout "Stop the ride I want to get off". So I say, lets just weather the storm and see where we are when it is over.

Spooky, true, but remember, some of the people here who claim to have shares actually do not. They are running recon. They are part of a larger scale company attack. If this thing opens, even on the pink sheets, they want to make sure that it dumps. They don't want any more positivity pushing this any higher before they cover.

It sounds like a conspiracy but it isn't. Its just your plain old "Short and Distort" at work.

Graham was Jenna's earlier pick for who TUT is. So far her guess is as good as anyone's. I think it would be great if her guess was right, but I get the feeling she was just joking.

Perspective.... keep things in perspective.

What do we know... I think we know this is best for the company as a whole, and may have been part of the plan as a whole.

From our perspective haveing the reset deal written into the 10KSB is huge.

From our perspective Rufas was at the end of his tenure anyway.

From our perspective we do not know what the SEC is doing and this could be the major outcome of a settlement agreement.

Who knows from our perspective... LOL

I'm just wondering out loud here ...... who the heck puts out a PR at 3:00 in the morning ? This company is strange to say the least .

I wonder if Rufus gave up his position to run for President in 08 ? I've seen lots of people mention Rufus for president . And I wonder if he can still qualify as CEO of the year ?

Ha ~~ whoa would that be a kicker if we find out who Tut is by him becoming our CEO! lol ~~

NOT saying that will happen.....

This sure would be a Hollywood hit I think!

I do believe we'll be fine, because "CSHD" gets it's value from the bond$, not Rufus...

I don't think I have formed an opinion on this one way or another yet....I'm still long and strong on CSHD (and no jokes about having a choice in the matter, please). I believe the company has what they say they have, and I tend to lean toward the argument that Rufus is becoming a martyr here. If this stock wants to do well on the big boards, it does need a "suit-and-tie" front for the big banks and investment houses. Good time for this quote:

Here is just a thought-

What if, taking all that Rufus has said outright and also what he has inferred (making a list, etc.), that all that has transpired with CSHD (and the SEC) is just a vehicle for him to get a congressional hearing going to look into NSSing?

Maybe now Rufus is detaching himself from the company so it can go on without him and he can do his thing? If the bonds are really 'for real' then we shouldn't have anything to worry about.

I don't know, just a speculation on my part.

I guess this news may have been what prompted "A Lady in the house" to post as she did last night on HSM...
The source? Does this mean you might stop the digging on Rufus? (j/k)I guess he can retire at 38...
Good move on the Company's part?...but I was not expecting this...no wait...this is CSHD...can't be anything that one would expect!

-about the 3 am PR's...

There have been alot of posts from Tut as well that are "late night" -at least late night for "US."

I think there is a governing body that is over seas, all the Euro talk, all the connections and bank platforms that are over seas seem to point very clearly to this.

The "Big Connections" haven't been revealed yet, maybe now they will be with the coming of the next CEO.... "?"

And, more truth be told, Rufus is more appreciated by us than Wall Street. He knew it was getting time for a "suit and tie" guy and he knew it wasn't going to be him. I really appreciate what RPH has done, but this is the right move at the right time.

If anyone here is a therapist, please rush to the HSM board. We've hit another time zone and there are more lemmings and emotionally challenged people rolling out of bed that need your help. Or, they need Tut to post so they can stare at more lines to read between. HSM is a mess!

When I invest in companies with the real money, I always make visit by the corporate offices.
If they meet you want to take you to eat at another location or something else to redirect you, then I make my decision really fast.
You have to do this with companies especially with small ones ( especially if there is no raw product or factory to observe).
I have invested a small amount but even with what has happened would buy more AFTER news and visit their office or suite.
Conversion Solutions, Inc.

Kennesaw, GA 30144

I see the nice shiny building in the website.
If you have actually visited the corporate office/suite, would you post a reply please..
Thanks

Yeah ... LOL . I guess digging into Rufus's past is pointless now . If the company can finish taking out the trash by getting rid of Ben and John , maybe they can regroup and pull this thing off if the bonds are real .

As for Rufus being retired , I think he's pretty much got his wish . I'd say he's pretty much done for as a CEO in this country after all this crap. Good luck to his family .

Guys, sorry I have not been around much. I am very busy at work and we are in the middle of moving to another building. I will not be able to be on much until sometime next week.

As far as the latest on Rufus...From what I'm gathering from sniffing around, this is most likely part of the grand plan (Rufus had said he wanted to retire in November) and that his replacement will be a very good thing for the company. Keep your heads up and look for more news coming today or tomorrow. I will check in from time to time.

Once again, I think that the real reason behind this was the extend the length of the screen play so that there can be a sequel [Big Grin] .

I'm not real sure how to take the PR. Like Ryan, I would have liked for it to have said that Rufus stepped down.

I'm leery of this either way, but right now it doesn't change much for us. We'll have to wait and see what comes of it all.

Jenna...thanks for remembering me for the committee!
