& dad it's a nice time to get into LFZA...IMO.. Oh yeah they changed their symbol it's USSE now.
I think LFZA/USSE is the baby brother of CSHD in that several people who regularly post here are there too...

Has anyone thought about the posibility that Euroclear simply gave the SEC whatever they(Euroclear) thought necessary...in doing that not going to the dep...the SEC then simply says Euroclear was a no show and decides not to use that info?
I mean...if the prosecution in the OJ trial found definitive proof that OJ didn't do it...ya think they would have volunteered that info?
Nice point. Either way, I think Euroclear proof is going to end up in court on the 7th, be it from the SEC (if they find any negativity) or from Rufus (more likely)...

I found another over a Fidelity... I am sure this is where the SEC's depo came from. They have it listed as a corporate bond. Does not show it amount issued. And there is a bid and ask and trade button which supports the trading theory.

FWIW....I was viewing HSM postings and saw the post included herein below.....the triple quotes are added by me to give credit to the poster there......... and btw...Taxback04 and Surfer...your postings on the VENEZUELA bond this morning are showing up on HSM, and they have been credited to both of you...good work.....

I haven't had time to post this until now, but earlier today I received a return call from an attorney at the SEC Atlanta District Office. I wish I had made a note of the name, but I was so surprised / excited at the time to have actually received a call. The SEC attorney first told me that he had me on speakerphone with another person in the room. I mainly talked about the concern shared by many shareholders that the SEC may have filed this case without doing an adequate amount of investigation beforehand. As you can imagine, the responses I received were fairly vague but left me with the following impressions (all of which are my own personal opinions):
1. at some point, the SEC became "suspicious" (word used by SEC atty.) of the bond ownership and contracts 2. based on that suspicion, the SEC filed its Complaint 3. their investigation is continuing 4. they are not above admitting they were wrong and dismissing the Complaint if CSHD is found to own the bonds and contracts are legit.
The atty. also asked me the following questions:
1. Had Rufus or any other officer asked me to call? (I answered "no" as I have not spoken to any officer of the company. The atty. mentioned that they had received a lot of calls. I laughed at that point and said that I was not surprised as I knew a ton of people that were calling, writing, emailing and faxing their congressional reps., attorney generals, governors, FBI, Whitehouse, media, etc. I told them that they were just one office on a long list of people being called).
2. How did I first learn about this stock and company? (I actually don't remember but told him it was just dumb luck on my part)..
I then asked the attorney if he was aware of all of the allegations of naked shorting with respect to CSHD. He hesitated and replied to the effect that he had read something about that. I asked him if any investigation was being conducted - I knew upon asking that I would get the standard "we can't comment on that", but I decided to ask anyway..
I will say that the person I talked to was very professional and listened to all of my concerns."""

Nice post Bucky. It sounds like they are trying to see if Rufus is making people call them.

Thats definitely a match!
An interesting point made from HSM, wasn't this supposed to be a 700.00 US (millions) bond, not a 500.00 US (millions) bond?

Doni I posted this last week. No one has commented on it new2 and I tried looking into it. Both of us registering for a password to the euroclear site. Needless to say we never got approved for passwords to the site. So our investigation ended pretty much right where it started.

That is the issue amount only not current $$. Additionally, I have a scanned copy of the Certificate of Ownership from Banco Central De Venezuela that I am pulling the CUSIP, ISIN, and Common code from and it shows the amount of:
USDS 500,000,000.00
So take it FWIW...

Ahh, I saw the "500.00 (millions)", drooled all over my monitor and couldn't see the words "issue amount:"

Ryan? I remember something about that.. Doni...I have know clue... I understand that people are trying to find anything to "grasp" that this will be OK...BUT? Hopefully the 7th or 8th "we" will know where this stands... Rufus claimed that he would be PR'ing about the 4B contract...let's see if he comes through... CSHD is allowed to continue their business even as this SEC investigation goes on...
Can someone clarify for me as to why "we" didn't get the 6:1 as it was suggested we would?

I had nothing to do with this find.
Taxback is the one chart.
O.K. so we have visual proof of the bond other than on the GSCCCA website.
I have no doubt about the Vene. bond.
We own it! PERIOD.
If you look at the stamps-siggys etc. it should confirm this.
How in the world does one get bank signatures from the pres. vice pres and treasury on a bond if it's not real??
Any way to verify and match signatures on the bonds in GSCCCA??
Surf I don't think anybody's been arguing that the bonds exsist including the SEC. I believe what they are arguing is that CSHD owns the bonds. So far any info we can find outside of the contracts at gscca.org doesn't prove that we own it or don't own it.

I believe if you are a journalist you might be able to get a password. I'm not sure why, but I seem to remember that on the online application.

Applications from financial institutions are reviewed by the Euroclear Bank Admission Committee taking into consideration, among other factors, the following:
Financial resources: an applicant must demonstrate its ability to maintain adequate financial strength to support the use of Euroclear Bank's services.
Operational and technical capabilities: an applicant must demonstrate that it has personnel capable of administering the organisation's use of the Euroclear System efficiently and that there are adequate facilities - technological infrastructure, communication systems, books, records and procedures - to meet the operational requirements of the system.
Need for Euroclear Bank's services: an applicant must show that it expects to derive material benefit from direct access to Euroclear Bank and to generate a sufficient volume of depot or transactions to justify admission.
Reputation in the market: an applicant must have a good name in the market; regulatory status may be taken into account when evaluating an applicant's reputation.
Anti-money laudering programme: an applicant must demonstrate that it has an adequate anti-money laudering programme designed to comply with local law on the prevention and detection of money laundering, and to provide sufficient identification, control and reporting procedures.

The last interview that I dictated for , I believe it was Thurs. Rufus had not submitted the paper to Nasd yet for the 6:1. He was waiting to see what his lawyer said about it....he also said he was waiting for this to be over...then he said something about the 8th....then he said he wanted to make sure we had the extra shares before we started trading again....CONFUSED???? So am I.....

At the time I didn't make complete notes as to why... But I have down the 8th for a reason.. Sorry I couldn't be more complete.

Chart I agree. I think Euroclear is the polar opposite of a mickey mouse setup. Euroclear along with I believe one other company are the only clearing houses in Europe. It seems to me they do a ton of business with very high finance.
