Simon was just asked what the "latest" is on CSHD:
Simon just said that Rufus was supposed to announce yesterday who his representation will be on the 7th, & he hasn't done that yet...
Tut- just posted Euroclear didn't show because Euroclear was asked by the SEC to state that Rufus wasn't the owner of the bond & they couldn't do that....Simon just said he doesn't know how Tut gets his information though...

There are several people working on this. Dog is certainly doing the heavy and confidential side of the work.
There are people paying for web/server space, domain names, and developing the pages and databases.
You will not know who all of them are until after this is all done.
Yes, 644 people sent dog information. There are a lot of people who never post but lurk. We have seen several post here I think over the last few days.
We will soon be a group of shareholders that has a good number of the shares in this company. Hopefully one day all shareholders will join.
I know some have not joined because they did not want to send personal information to someone they do not know. Hopefully once this group is known that will subside.
I have known Dog for a while now and I do implicitly trust him.

Portman - when we are able to Nominate people to represent the Shareholder's Comittee are they going to have their real names along with their posting names? Just wondering because I'm sure "officially" we would need their real name....Do you know anything about that?

I just can't understand why anyone would be so negative about a stock they own. Nothing can be done about the questions he has. We have to wait till the 7th. Does it make him feel better saying this stuff? He probably is a very nice person, but it makes some people uneasy. He is entitled to his opinion. I accept that, but maybe a little lighter since nothing can be done.

It is my understanding that you may nominate using either real or "board" name. At this time Board name is what I understand to be the preference.
Obviously you will eventually know people's real names.
I do expect to be posting here later all the information you need to nominate. Once Dog says to release it.
For those who do not know I do wish to be nominated.

Caller said regarding SEC: They should have made sure they had bullets in their gun before they fired! ----hurting the shareholders----could have been looking into this BEFORE suspending trade----they've got to know by now if it's a scam or legit & if it's a scam put his but behind bars if not clear it up! It's the SEC's job to protect us & they know the answer right now they should do something now either way, they are hurting the shareholders.........

it seems to me that alot of people are getting realy stressed out over this deal. it kind of seems people are falling apart and going at each other. you know thats what all the CSHD bashers including the SEC want, just to see this thing fall apart. we need to stand strong keep a pos. attitude. if we make it we make it, if not we just keep on keepin. ROCK-ROLL CSHD!!!!!

Portman? didn't know you were wanting to...Of these 3 names I would go with Portman and Dogman... Sorry Sceptor...I understand that you are "Phil" at HSM..but your way with people..at least here? Not the best... I am not on this committee...but those would be my choices...Good luck Port...you've done alot over at paltalk...perhaps it will help!

I would like for people to decide on two out these three people. I trust each of these people with their knowledge and their ability to research anything. I have spoken to these three people and believe in their knowledge.
I am humbled by everyone asking me to lead this committee. I would gladly accept the position.

What is that? 2 out of those 3? We are supposed to pick 3 people....& I thought we could nominate whoever we wanted? I would nominate St. Matt & Portman....there are a few others but they don't have time or feel they don't live close enough....

Thanks... I had meant to look into the Certificate of Ownership document a few days ago, but never got around to it. Additionally, I do not think I have reached the end of the trail just yet. Digging around the Banco Central De Venezeula I found a few paths that led to hundreds of dated documents. I went through about 5 months of BOD meetings looking for any mention of the company, and I think there were at least 4 years of stuff available.
