Portman ~ It isn't about the belief of whether the bonds are real or not. I for one am thouroughly convinced, even before sifting through the websites of the world. It is more about the "thrill of the dig" for me. One more piece to the puzzle. One more checkbox checked on my investment.

You are 100% correct on that ........ I've learned to take PR's and comments from the company with a grain of salt . Be ready to pull the trigger at any time and show ZERO loyalty to to the company that you are trading in (basically keep the emotions out of it and treat it like a business). Take your money and run . If there's an opportunity to jump back in to flip it or make more money , go for it but know that you could get burned in the process .
and there you have it.

the source,
I wish that I could "help" with your question...I can't...AND? the answers you will get from most anyone on any of these message boards will be all speculation..."he has connections"....".he says he knows so and so"...
Most of my searches on him have lead me to "court cases and unfavorable press releases"...NOTHING concrete...
MY point is? I didn't care enough to worry myself sick...I have protected my capital and made good profit off of this...I only settled in with funds that I was comfortale with loosing...unfortunately..not everyone was able to do this...AND? that is where all the stress and frustration is coming from...

This all sucks and there is really nothing that anyone can do...but wait...
CSHD owns the bonds and all is good..or they don't...
Where Rufus was before this? I don't know...AND I am not going to worry about it...it will be wasted time searching for an answer that you probably won't like anyways...GLTY!

Trust me seeing the "Eddy" signed off on the $500 Million Venezeulan bond had me asking a question or two.

Sounded like the guy fencing T.V.'s out behind the Rent-A-Center to me.

I cant make out the full name of the Treasury Manager A-1287, Mr. Espinoza or I may have had some information on him too.

I'm confused. What is your purpoise in posting a warning from the bank that has zero relevance with the bonds held by conversion solutions.

Have you been to gsccca.org to view cshd's bonds? Wrong guy, and wrong bond type.

Septor ~ BCV (Banco Central De Venezeula) has their name all over the Certificate of Ownership of the $500 million bond. I think it is very relevant.
Read my post properly, it shows the correct format for a cert of ownership for a Banco de Venezuela bond which matches the one on the Georgia court filing!

You talking to me?

I read and saw the link. Not worried about the format. Looking at what it says. I just said it was relevant because it was the proper bank sending out a warning. Unrelated to our bond because it doesn't match the format of the fakes.

The point you missed was the name of the guy, not the bank. Plus the type of bond. Both of which were the basis for the banks warning, both of which are not found on cshd's bond.

It's the details.
BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA WOULD LIKE TO WARN THE NATIONAL AND THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMUNITY ABOUT THE FALSIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES OF OWNERSHIP OF BRADY BONDS, SUPPOSEDLY SIGNED BY MR. EGIDIO COELHO, THE MANAGER OF THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT OF THIS INSTITUTE, AS SHOWN IN THE ANNEXED FORMAT.

BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CLARIFY THAT THE ONLY BRADY BONDS IT ISSUES ARE THE SO-CALLED NEW MONEY BONDS

Tax like I said before. Surf and myself pulled all those contracts at least a month ago. Seeing those signatures from the central bank of ven. Is probably what kept me in during one of our previous rough patches. I just like everyone else just want this to be over and done with. I was hoping that if Euroclear said CSHD owns the bonds now take a hike it would've just made it a little easier for everyone.

Have you went to gsccca.org yet? Or is $5 just a bit too much for you to know who owns them?

you questioning whether they own the bonds only futhers the ignorance surrounding this company. You could easily pay $5 examine the bond in question and know exactly whether they own them or not. It's really that easy. Although I do agree that posting without fact is easier.

Ya'all wanna know what helps me sleep at night? Its the fact that the bashers (specifically those of IHUB) have been saying all along that this will get called out as a scam, suspended, delisted and so on along with the CEO going to prison. Well, here we are suspended and balancing on a delist ledge and...not that i suggest it but...you can see over at i hub those same people are STILL posting the same crap all day and night. For what? In their words all along this should be over now, finished. No one can sell their shares so no need to protect anyone aymore. There is noooo reason for them to be even following CSHD anymore...but of course they do.

They sipped the kooliade folks. It was bitter but they sipped it. They know very well that this isnt over and are STILL spending their lives trying to convince us that it is. Honestly, not once have i ever believed that people actually get paid to come into these boards and post, not once. Well it sure seems plain as day right now. They either exist or there are a few sociopaths locked onto this stock and will not let it go...for whatever reason. Probably a little of both if you know what im sayin. And for the record, im referring to the "official" bashers that post connnstantly all day. In no way am i referring to our local "in your face" posters...they are different. They are just people that need to go read Repos rule 11 before posting. Just so they know who they are. [Smile]

Anyway, i was just thinkin that on my way home and thought id share it with you. Unless some big news comes out soon im gonna back away for a bit. I have a lot of things that need my attention around here. Try not to break anything while im gone k?

Sceptor?
I wasn't aware that "I" questioned or brought a civil suit against CSHD...
You would better "serve" the company and this situation if you would stop with your belittling of others and their knowledge...you come to this board and start your insults at the very people that are supporting this stock...
It is posters like you that put such a bad taste in others mouths...relax would ya?

All the Spanish I know is:

Una cerveza, por favor. = A beer please.

and

Una mas! = One more!

It usually works best if you politely say the first sentence. And then say the second sentence every ten minutes till either they say "No" or you can't say it anymore. LOL!

All this arguing and speculation is running through me like crap through a goose. We can beat each other up all day long, but the reality of it is we're all puppets on a string until the judge makes his decision. Thanks to all who have posted usefull info on this site. Can anyone explain to me why our fearless leader has a criminal lawyer representing him instead of a lawyer more familiar with the SEC?? This is making me pretty nervous.

Ihub is a joke right now. Just a bunch of bashers celebrating. Some have posted thousands of times since the suspension. THOUSANDS OF TIMES. You are correct, either these people are psychotic or else they are afraid of something. My thought is that they are hoping to never have to cover.

While I think checking someones background is a good thing, from the perspective of finding out if someone has been in jail before, it doesn't hold a lot with what they are capable of in the future. Someone with a finance background with an entreprenurial spirit develops a multi $Million dollar corp.?

Sounds possible.

A friend of mine spent 2 years living on my couch after high school and is now worth millions in the advertising field. It happens.

Worry about how RPH is now, not 20 years ago. Quit begging others to do you DD for you, then end with the rejoinder to sell. It gets stale after a while.

This committee is not about boards it is about one family of CSHD shareholders.

The next step will be an email that you will receive that will direct you to a web page that will allow you to make 2 nominations. You will be given a temporary password. This web page is temporary while we design the real page. I am using the temporary page so that we can get nominations in place while the permanant page is designed.

Please be patient and dont get upset if you do not receive the email as I can add you in at any time. When you nominate people please take time and fill in the reason that you want this person nominated.

We as shareholders need to stand strong in the battle against the market manipulation that is going on and not fight with each other. We are all family and in this together. Please stay focused on the fight. Send your emails, make your phone calls and send your faxes. THEY ARE WORKING.

During the Subpenny Radio show the night of the suspension I had asked a question about the bonds and Simon asked it. However, he never got to the second part of my question which was "How did Rufus learn about bonds? Who was it who trained him or taught him?"

So I was interested in his past to a point as well. However, I don't find anything sinister in the fact that I can't find him on Google. As I said before, he is not famous.

OT:

over here? a game we play is to make rhymes in Spanish and in English... or both in same sentence.

for instance: "Una otra cerveza, para este mesa."

"Another beer, for this table here."

A child wanted desert, but they were out:

"Este guy quiere pie, pero no hay."

Lol, not exactly Nobel Prize stuff... but it beats Chinese finger puzzles for giggles.
