Source - no disrespect but we've been over all that a long time ago- a long time ago... you sound very uneasy & almost mad at us because we are not....when CSHD starts trading again maybe you should sell right away, then you wouldn't have to feel so uneasy....If you do, I would love to have your shares....I have over 10,000 but I have room for more...I'm sorry you feel this way but there's nothing we can do until the 7th....continue doing your dd though - it may help you feel better when you sell or it may make you decide to hold- but it's your decision....Again I really really mean no disreapect but don't get mad at us for still feeling strong about CSHD...& if you're not taking it out on us great...but either way Good Luck...I think in the end we may all be happy...if not we're still living & breathing...& I'm sure there will be consequences......Good Luck to ALL....

Jenna , if you want my shares . Give me the last traded market value for them and I will sell you all 3300 shares I have right now .I'm willing to take a small lose versus sitting on the sidelines while we watch the Rufus and Ben show . I'm sorry if the info thats been posted is old news or been said before . I asked for info , no one would give me any so I went looking for it .

Source - you know- what you dug up I'm sure made everyone fell uneasy when they read it at first- Rufus has talked about those things publically, when it was explained to me I sure as heck felt better....maybe it would be a good idea if someone could explain what happened in the past to source....I'm not a good canidate for that because some of the things are way over my head but upon first glance I'm sure we all felt like we better look more into... then we felt satisfied...maybe someone could help him out & maybe it would help the other sceptics that read here & don't have the Kyoons to post....what do you guys say ...anyone up for it...seriously??

OK source, here is something for you. It was written by one of the biggest bashers in CSHD since the beginning and it was written TO a guy named Petermic who was a witnes in the Elgindy "Short and Distort" Scandal. This was written about Harris on the BBAN board over at Ihub a month or so before the big FHAL run. The funny thing is that it is in support of Rufus.

it's a long story...suffice to say, BBAN shareholder's are probably regretting they got rid of Harris and company.
that said, i think all of them are pumpers...but i will give Harris and his crew credits, they can move share price.
Harris was removed by a shareholder vote after he recalled the shares of all non-performing officers and fired them all, which, in hindsight, was the right thing to do. Problem is, he ticked some scam artists (the former B.O.D of BBAN) off by doing this. The old B.O.D that were fired by Harris was able to rally the shareholder base with the help of a fella by the name of Holbrook. They ooh'd and awed shareholders with all kind of promises...and shareholders bought into it gleefully, voting Harris and company out at an emergency shareholder's meeting.
I don't care for any of them, BBAN or Harris & Co. but Harris & Co are better at a pump, if that is what your goal is. Whether CVSU/FHAL is a pump or not...i can't say for sure, but i suspect it is the same as your XKEM. You can go with the flow and see what happens, but you ought to be ready to be the first off as well i suppose. What i am amazed about is that Harris has committed to the $15/share price publically on several ocassions now...knowing him, i actually think he may try to pull this off simply to rub it in to those BBAN officer and shareholder's face.

Source -I'm so embarrased to say this but I have only about $1500 left so I'm shoving my foot in my mouth!!!
By the way - I by no means, think that you are a basher, I hope I didn't imply that.....I only think that you are at a different place as far as dd goes & that's ok...People who bought before you should be ahead of you in dd.....I hope you will find things that make you feel comfortable & I hope that on the 7th...you are very happy...make sure you put in your clause that you won't sell your shares if this starts trading again & if it goes to Nasdaq right away that you get to keep your shares!!!

Donniboy , thanks for the post . All this shows me is that Rufus is good at pumping a stock . Thats great if he were the CSHD cheerleader but he's not . He's the CEO and should be on the up and up . Isn't he the very one that stated he wanted real investors and not short term flippers ? Well last time I checked , pumping a stock only helps flippers and short term guys . The long term guys get the shaft .
Jenna - No harm , no foul . If you or anyone else wants them , the offer stands right up to very second we start trading . Of course if we trade higher , they will go for more money on the open market , if they trade lower no one in their right minds will want them at that price .
At this point , Rufus nor anyone else at CSHD has given us anything but a fish story . I hate to admit but I think I held on too long and should have taken my profits when they were there . I bought into the crap like everyone else and am smarter now for it . I wish I could say that my investment has been pulled and I'm riding on free shares . If that were the case , I'd say pass the kool aid and party on !! In the end , I invested out of greed and not from doing any reasearch . Thats my fault and no one else's . I hope Rufus gets what he has coming to him one way or the other . Hopefully its not at the share holders expense though .....
