I see that you are "investigating" the shorts Tex. I looked at the site that the guy was talking about and I did find that you can indeed short SLJB. Interesting....

not sure if American's can, but remember what the guy said? He said, "say eh a lot" In other words, pretend you're Canadian. I don't know how you would make a withdrawal though.

recap of what Rufus said last night:10/29/06
-the SEC wants this case to go away and has already been in touch with Rufus to settle -all of us shareholders, by being proactive, have helped enormously because it has gotten the attention of very high government officials -a number of investigations are under way of the SEC -Rufus wants to gets this finished as quickly as possible and move forward, he hopes to have the new shares in our accounts within 2 weeks, hopefully sooner -Rufus REALLY wants the shareholders committee formed as quickly as possible because there are many benefits for both the company and the shareholders -CSHD will be announcing a $4B credit line with a bank of Panama for the hypothecation of the Venezuelan bonds -two bank presidents, both CSHD shareholders, validated all the assets this week and are interested in merging with CSHD -several other government officials, also CSHD shareholders, have been in touch with Rufus regarding support and assistance -many of the very powerful people that helped Rufus put together this deal are doing depositions regarding the company, something Rufus did not expect or thought that he would need but it is acceleratng the process -the Judge's ruling last week was a big win for CSHD because the SEC was asking for immediate replacement of the officers and putting the company in receivership and all they got was a TRO so Rufus could not do anything illegal. -Rufus will be updating us on events in the next 3-4 days as they occur, he will hold nothing back.

FWIW...I did not hear him say this unless he told somebody that in private. This is possible because he was approached by several people before the food came. Who was this posted by?

St. Matthew- Thanks for attending and sharing your experience and what he was saying to the crowd. After looking at the pictures, it definitely looks like there is a smart group of people that have invested in this stock. I hate to judge a book by its cover, but Rufus just doesn't look like the CEO type that would put together a multi billion dollar deal. Is this just me? After looking him in the eye and listening to his presentation, is your intuition that he's for real - iron clad? I don't want to come across as negative, I am a believer. I have just been prety jolted by the whole thing and want to buy any piece of positive news.

St. Matthew again how do we verify with Rufus that we have owned the shares before the 16th. I bought some more shares on October 9th. Do we as shareholders have to do anything or does he have a list of all of the people.

You would have to show the history of your purchase via your e-trade account.

Hi all. I have been reading since july after I missed buying FHAL and bought some 20 other penny stocks instead. I have another portilio of long term stocks that I started 8 years ago for my son's college money. He's a junior at FSU and we haven't needed to touch the stocks so when I received a little extra cash I decided to try being a long-term/daytrader.
While searching for "hot stock tips" I stumbled onto Allstocks and have been here since. I use and try to read all of the links provided and would like to thank any and everyone for the information, either good or bad, they provide.
In response to all the negative posters who are scared that Rufus lost them their money, can you call pennys an investment?,and constantly drone on about it as if they are in mortal anguish I would like to voice my opinion. I am so happy that I purchased a ticket on to the CSHD rollercoaster, that the ride has been so great with each and every high and low, if I am thrown out on my azz, I would say that the three month ride was worth the price of admission. I have bought my tickets 6 different times with my favorite being the one I purchased on the 16th, and with even the small amount that I own my wife and I have been able to dream wonderful things. The risk reward is so great that I'll keep a white bare knuckled hold onto every one of my shares as the carney hacks, shorts,or dour-street yell at me to drop them until the wheels fall off.
Old man rocking chair telling the grandchildren littered about my feet "I didnt just own CSHD, I lived it."
My MM number, Magic Millionare, is only 58 and I wouldnt know what to do with half that. The ferryboat to the beach only costs me 120 a year.
My finanical knowlegde is only as good as the SEC's as I am self trained on internet sites so dont buy anything because of what I whatever post.

I still want this to reach the Wall Street Journal so I can finally tell my husband, he still doesn't know... I couldn't tell him when the SEC thing came down. Great job St. Matt for being there for all of us!

This is to everyone out there. Listen to me...Say what you want about Rufus' appearance. I gotta tell you, when he walked in, he had a black trench coat and a cowboy hat on. I was a little worried about that, but thought..."oh yes, this is Rufus". But the man is sharp as a tack. He talked for an hour and a half without missing a beat. He knows he chit better than several CEO's I have met with when I was in the staffing business or at seminars. He understands the law, he understands the shareholder rights, he understands the SEC, NASDAQ, BONDS, and international business...you name it. The man did not flinch once. All this while drinking some sort of mixed drink all night...they really kept them coming.
Another bit of info for you guys. One of the reasons that I wanted to go to this was that I wanted to watch his wife. I wanted to check out her demeanor and that of those close to him. He sat at a table of about 12-15 people who seemed to be in the "know-boat". They were no more than 10 feet from me. There is a picture of Rufus standing there talking and behind him, you see a guy with a recorder taping the whole thing. I was sitting next to him. They were all extremely confident, comfortable and happy. There was no sign of distress what-so-ever. I have no doubt that this is real and going to happen. We have somehow stumbled onto something very special and something that will change the way investing is done in the future.

I agree Minkybodl- Most of us traders are traders because we like being in control. When the SEC halts a stock and takes that 'control' away, it obviously sends most of us to places we don't care to be...This is my first halted stock. Getting eye witness accounts really helps and I apprecaite St. Matthews account. If there is a hearing on the 7th, I will be there and will report back to all of you.
