You're right. I have no compassion...I don't care at all for anyone who will lose much of their investments on this stock (you are very wrong if you believe this). Nep ~ Where did you expect the privately held company of Conversion Solutions to file these confidential documents publicly? You are talking out of perspective. Recently (When they merged with a public company...) they filed them with the Governing body SEC.
On a side note... they must have had knowledge of your concerns in advance. Because the privately held company Conversion Solutions filed ALL their confidential documents with the GA court system long before you asked for them to be public. They must have known the ESP to have read your mind, or maybe, just maybe... Rufus and Ben have been through this snake pit before.

Glass, you got it all wrong. I own a 1,000 shares at $2.95, so I am not a short. I sold all my first shares (2000) at almost $4 when I had .88 in them. Then, like a d u m b a s s, I bought 1,000 more believing the hype from the company. The agenda I have is that I am mad as hell and I am not going to believe DD done on company-issued data w/o the proper back-up. What the man, and I use that loosely, said was one thing, but when he put the pen to it then he better have back-up. As a stockholder for whatever reason I chose to be a stockholder, I have that right to the back-up documentation.
Who gives a crap if he won the battle of words with Saul (why ITF are we calling these people by their first names like family. That's as stupid as saying "we" when talking about our favorite sports teams)? It's the battle on paper and in the courts that count.
Yes, I'll wait. Yes, I'll hold the shares until I can (if ever) trade them. But, no I won't keep my mouth shut. I will give you my opinions based on my DD of facts not fiction. So stick the supension up your you know what!!!

Glass...or anyone? IF this stock is truly shorted...AND it doesn't return to trading? does that mean the peeps that did the legal short are off the hook? They do not have to repay the "shares"? OR? does that mean that they have to keep paying margin calls for there is no way for them to cover? How would that work?

whay are you furious? i've read maybe 20,000 pages of 10Qs and 10Ks over the last three years.... i haven't seen that many truly honest ones... what makes this play differnt is the attention that RUFUS himself has called on it...

WHy should a board become saturated with owners of a stock? If you ask me, if this happened, you would all convince some newbies to buy your shares when you sold them the second the halt got lifted, and they would hold their shares all the way to the bottom. You have to admit that holders of any stock always have some bias when posting on boards. A healthy discussion needs both sides. I don't own the stock, but have flipped on an off, especially recently and I have been here for a while...on and off.

Not sure about legal shorts, but NSS would be off the hook. This situation is what they hope for, because, although they rarely are forced to cover, those FTDs do represent a liability. If the co. goes tu, the FTDs are wiped out. That would be hard to take ....IMO.

"They" would love to shut Rufus down and yes, IMO, that would make everything go away for them. Trouble is Rufus has a strong asset management portfolio that is Billions strong and isn't about to give in.

I am not in the 10s of thousands, but I guarantee you, the majority of people invested here invested everything they felt they could lose because of the risk vs. reward.
