Does a ruling have to be made on the 7th to begin trading or at this point does it not even matter because were delisted?

I have no clue...i know that the suspension States that it can be up to 10 days...Rufus doesn't want for it to trade until this is completely through...sooo..it may be a while...

Others have gitten DTCC lists and compared the numbers (to NOBO) and are seeing they don't add up...

R: Yes anything you want, you get it to the three individuals. They do not hear back until after the board vote.

How long can a court case like this go on? It's not like a criminal case that you have to raise doubt in the prosecutors case. I would think you either do have ownership of the bonds or you dont. So what can the SEC do to draw this out? The only thing I could really think of is if there is some sort of appeal after an infavorable judgement. I really dont have a clue but the way Rufus is talking it doesnt sound like this is an "open and shut" case that will be done next week.

Why do you guys think RPH is always appearing on SPR? im listening now, and hes just answering questions...what a drag it must feel like for him. thats the vibe i get from his laughs...but anyway this is cool that hes consistant with these interviews, its like our own personal press room lol
