That's my thought TAX..BUT he also said that if people need the funds now ...they could "settle" for the a smaller cash in and let some stay...or something to that effect...

Rufus is in Texas and is meeting with some shareholders right now...he gave a little "talk and those were some of the things that the people at the meeting are relaying back to HSM...

I firmly believe you will come away from the meeting knowing that all of you will be just fine and you will get your victory. Remember, there was one "sealed court exhibit" presented by Rufus, and the judge allowed it to be sealed from the public because of the power in it. Only the judge and the SEC attorney were allowed to view it. That exhibit holds the key to the success of this company and no matter if you ask the question you will not know what is in it. It is only in highly unusual circumstances that a judge would ever allow evidence to be sealed from the public if the evidence itself presented a much "higher authority" and demanded secrecy.

Yes 10, I have read and caught up, understand that everyone who could is in a SHM in Allen TX just questioning the text of asurfers since he didn't really preceed it with anything and i am not looking at HSM right now.

ya, I posted to you I was hearing that a web cam was setup at the Dallas (area) meeting, in Allen, which is only 20-30 minutes from Rockwall.

I am reading over at HSM right now too... WOW that is some interesting stuff happening in TX.
