Good job with the recap St. Matt, much appreciated...

Has anyone seen or read where someone has a video or mp3 posted of the discussion last night? Something like youtube or google video? I believe I saw that dogman had a video camera...ya'll know if he plans on posting it?

That would be nice CRab, but I have not heard of any videos being posted as of yet. Has anyone submitted their personal info to dog who is organizing the share holders committee? I am a little leery to email someone I don't know my personal info, so I'm trying to find out if anyone knows or trusts dog from HSM...

I'm not trying to put a damper on anyone's party here, but to address this question you need to step back and look at a bigger picture for a second. Let us assume for this argument that everything goes the way we all hope and dream that it will, SEC gives up and we are vidicated in the court system. The stock rockets to around the $11.78 book value (this value is after the dilution of the stock by the 6 for 1 issuance). Hell, lets say we move up to either the NASDAQ or AMEX board too... YAY!!! The company begins the process of distributing the new shares...

Now we know that there are more shares out in the market than were ever released by the company. We can safely assume that at least some people are basically just holding IOU's for their stocks.

When the company actually gets around to handing out the shares, they are going to require proof from the brokers who claim they have shares that they have real shares and not just IOUs before they issue the extra shares to them. Which means that there is a decent chance that, at least initially, there will be some shareholders who will get a "gee, we are sorry... looks like you are out of luck" response from their brokers. Obviously those who requested certificates are not part of this scenerio.

Now, in my opinion, people who fall in this S.O.L. category still have a decent chance of getting what is coming to them. I believe there will be alot of visibility and that there will be a lot of pressure to force the brokers to stand up and do what is right. It has been said that even if they cant provide you with the actual shares that they are legaly required to at least provide you with something of equivilent value. Then there is the posibility that CSHD may honor your right and issue the shares to you anyway (someone said, that they said, that they might do this... who knows, it could happen).

So IMHO the answer is still.. time will tell.

not sure CRab, the only reason I'm even considering it is because I believe it will help in the CSHD vs SEC battle. And I would assume you are correct about joining in the future because once we recieve our 6:1 shares they will have to re-tally everyones share count

Right...very nice guy. He is starting the shareholder committee that Rufus wants, so go over to HSM and send him your e-mail address to get signed up.
This is from St. Matt saying dogman was a very nice guy.

I have sent him the info. for me and my father. Including our physical adresses.

If you feel uncomfortable sending your physical adress then at least send him your E-mail adress # of shares and a cell or home phone number.

For God sakes do this for CSHD.

This is for the shareholders benefit!!!

You think dogman is going to type all this info. and then give it to spammers. HAVE FAITH!!

rufus summary last night:10/28/06

-the SEC wants this case to go away and has already been in touch with Rufus to settle
-all of us shareholders, by being proactive, have helped enormously because it has gotten the attention of very high government officials
-a number of investigations are under way of the SEC
-Rufus wants to gets this finished as quickly as possible and move forward, he hopes to have the new shares in our accounts within 2 weeks, hopefully sooner
-Rufus REALLY wants the shareholders committee formed as quickly as possible because there are many benefits for both the company and the shareholders
-CSHD will be announcing a $4B credit line with a bank of Panama for the hypothecation of the Venezuelan bonds
-two bank presidents, both CSHD shareholders, validated all the assets this week and are interested in merging with CSHD
-several other government officials, also CSHD shareholders, have been in touch with Rufus regarding support and assistance
-many of the very powerful people that helped Rufus put together this deal are doing depositions regarding the company, something Rufus did not expect or thought that he would need but it is acceleratng the process
-the Judge's ruling last week was a big win for CSHD because the SEC was asking for immediate replacement of the officers and putting the company in receivership and all they got was a TRO so Rufus could not do anything illegal.
-Rufus will be updating us on events in the next 3-4 days as they occur, he will hold nothing back.

No, they are placing blame on the SEC due to their inept abilities to adequately investigate prior to placing blame...the depositions tell the story, and the story is they failed to uncover all the stones before the accusations.
Exactly....

You see the only way to come to the conclusion you commented on is for that person to not understand the difference between the Bloomberg and Euroclear systems.

It is currently reported that the Enforcement Division has more than one item to be concerned about at this time and I am not talking about he cases they are chasing right now.

The openness of this case does not make the SEC have a more difficult time retreating. The number of outside entities now watching makes it harder for them to pull a fast one.

The initial evidence provided was weak on merit. It appears the SEC requested dissolution of the company in Summary Judgement that day and it was not granted. Look at what was requested and what the judge did...That should paint a very good picture for you.

Can this still go badly... yes. As a precaution against that you should join the Shareholders Committee by sending the requested information to Dog. That committee is designed to guard against this very effort by the SEC and insure the continuation of the company and therefore a protection of your very assets in this company.

So, if you have not sent that email to dog please do so today. The Shareholders committee needs formed by Tuesday with 10% of shares accounted for.

More to come...

Great post Port...I can't stress this enough. Although things are looking very good for us right now, the fat lady has not sung yet...but she is rehersing the CSHD theme song. The SEC is a big monster (similar to the IRS). They can make things happen when they don't really happen and they look the other way when things that are not supposed to happen actually happen. We must keep sending the letters and faxes. And join the shareholder committee ASAP.

Who ARE you talking to? Dogman?

I wanted to share a response that I just sent to a member in response to a question about last night. I know he won't mind.

I was so happy and confident when I left there last night, that I actually walked to my car and then walked back into the restaurant because I wanted to thank Rufus and his wife first hand. I didn't want to leave but I was exhausted from being sick. I felt I owed it to them for doing this for us when they were probably just wanting to get out of Atlanta for a few quiet days. They are having death threats over this...it's crazy.

You just had to hear him speak...he is the real deal times ten or one hell of an actor going to hell of an extreme. At the end of the meeting, he asked a shareholder who happens to be a shareholder to lead us in a prayer to close out the night. Every single person in the room bowed their head in prayer. In this day and age, that's saying something. There is also a lot of church money in this. Rufus is a religious family man. He would not screw with that. After watching him chat with shareholders and pose for pictures for 90 minutes before he even sat down to eat (everyone else was done eating)...only to wolf it down so he could talk to us for another 90 minutes, I'm completely confident that he is doing this for us and every investor that ever lost money from the short sellers. He is a man of conviction and class.

Thanks to all for the well wishes and appreciation for last night. I did it for you guys as much as for me...honestly, I did. We needed to have someone from Allstocks there...and yes, I told them that I mainly post over here.

Now...I'm off to kiss my babies on the forehead and tuck them in...then, it's time to drink several beers and watch the Cowboy's linebackers bury their helmets into the Carolina RB's and WR's chest. The 'Boys are in Carolina and I'm sure Tony Romo will get his head ripped off...LOL. Not so sure about that one Bill. Feel free to give me chit about it tomorrow...later.

I have been there a couple of times with my current job. I really like it there also. But I gotta go with my Boys. I used to be babysat by Dan Reeves because they lived right accross the street. I played with Chuck Howley and Bob Lilly's kids. My left ring finger was broken as a result of cathing a Roger Staubach pass in the neighborhood. I have no choice. [Razz]
