Thanks for attending and sharing your experience and what he was saying to the crowd. After looking at the pictures, it definitely looks like there is a smart group of people that have invested in this stock. I hate to judge a book by its cover, but Rufus just doesn't look like the CEO type that would put together a multi billion dollar deal. Is this just me? After looking him in the eye and listening to his presentation, is your intuition that he's for real - iron clad? I don't want to come across as negative, I am a believer. I have just been prety jolted by the whole thing and want to buy any piece of positive news.

This is to everyone out there. Listen to me...Say what you want about Rufus' appearance. I gotta tell you, when he walked in, he had a black trench coat and a cowboy hat on. I was a little worried about that, but thought..."oh yes, this is Rufus". But the man is sharp as a tack. He talked for an hour and a half without missing a beat. He knows he chit better than several CEO's I have met with when I was in the staffing business or at seminars. He understands the law, he understands the shareholder rights, he understands the SEC, NASDAQ, BONDS, and international business...you name it. The man did not flinch once. All this while drinking some sort of mixed drink all night...they really kept them coming.

Another bit of info for you guys. One of the reasons that I wanted to go to this was that I wanted to watch his wife. I wanted to check out her demeanor and that of those close to him. He sat at a table of about 12-15 people who seemed to be in the "know-boat". They were no more than 10 feet from me. There is a picture of Rufus standing there talking and behind him, you see a guy with a recorder taping the whole thing. I was sitting next to him. They were all extremely confident, comfortable and happy. There was no sign of distress what-so-ever. I have no doubt that this is real and going to happen. We have somehow stumbled onto something very special and something that will change the way investing is done in the future.

St. Matt...

You are very astute about that table that RPH and his wife sat at.

Who do you all think I talk to daily? 10 knows [Wink]

Yes, Dog taped the whole thing right in front of RPH.

I would have been there but I am under the weather. I will be posting some very important information in a bit...watch for it.

Give me a few hours.

One note...the 4B is a line of credit...I do not think that is an asset.

Please send your name, address, phone number, and the number of CSHD shares you currently own to dogmando*hotmail.com. He is drafting the formal, legal share holder committee documentation, as per the request of Rufus Paul Harris, and needs at least 10% of the share holders to join before it can be submitted.

Rufus requested this for the primary purpose of showing share holder unity to the SEC, the board, and any outsider looking into the situation. This is not, as some have asserted, because he thinks this will take longer than November 7th. To the contrary, he said Saturday night that the SEC has already approached him to settle, he doesn’t want to the put share holders through any more stress, so it’s highly likely to end in our favor early this week.

If we sign up for the legal share holder committee .
Will our shares be verified, to make sure we have real shares and not air shares ???

rufus and ben either "the real deal" or "not much cotton" - no middle ground on this ! i don't know either but advise against judging by looks.

they are placing blame on the sec cuz that's what stockholders want to hear. if i were in the sec and were getting lots of calls, i would work harder on the case to make sure i won, but that's just my opinion. the more publicity there is, the less able the sec is to fold their case or grant concessions. stockholders are the same as rufus or ben - all or nothing. i would give anything to be able to be in atlanta on the 7th and get the real story. looked like a great party last night. thanks for the report and the dd st matt.

NO!, thank you Falconed...
i'm glad you have been entertained with this, no matter how it turns out? we have seen a true-life drama unfold here...

one that doesn't involve physical danger such as you face every day..

i think alot of the "arguers" on both side of this play have lost perspective about the true meaing of stress....

there is nothing like a good adrenalin rush huh?

I agree with you to a point...but with all that is being "said about the SEC"? Not just with this stock but many of them...seems the SEC may have a little more to justify and proove than what us little people know...lots of accusations towards them(SEC)...BUT that's all they are at this point are accusations...

No, they are placing blame on the SEC due to their inept abilities to adequately investigate prior to placing blame...the depositions tell the story, and the story is they failed to uncover all the stones before the accusations.

St. Matt thanks for taking a nacho for the team. LOL

Sounds like we got another crazy week of scanning and watching and digging. Like we would have it any other way.

By the way... when it was said that a Female basher accosted Rufas outside when he was on the phone. Who else got a picture in their mind that it was Texas Princess??? HA HA!!! Too funny... man this has been the craziest play ever. I just want to know when I can scream the inevitable... To Da Moon!

Have a good remaining weekend I am watching some football and carving pumpkins for the kids. Really tempting to make a CSHD pumpkin... [Cool]

tomorrow was supposed to be our big payday. all i can say is let's get this over with asap. no more excuses, no more big talk, just action! the judge is supposed to be impartial. if the sec came empty handed he had a duty to stop the action right there and let the stock trade but he didn't. maybe if rufus had taken an attorney with him.....

Exactly....

You see the only way to come to the conclusion you commented on is for that person to not understand the difference between the Bloomberg and Euroclear systems.

It is currently reported that the Enforcement Division has more than one item to be concerned about at this time and I am not talking about he cases they are chasing right now.

The openness of this case does not make the SEC have a more difficult time retreating. The number of outside entities now watching makes it harder for them to pull a fast one.

The initial evidence provided was weak on merit. It appears the SEC requested dissolution of the company in Summary Judgement that day and it was not granted. Look at what was requested and what the judge did...That should paint a very good picture for you.

Can this still go badly... yes. As a precaution against that you should join the Shareholders Committee by sending the requested information to Dog. That committee is designed to guard against this very effort by the SEC and insure the continuation of the company and therefore a protection of your very assets in this company.

So, if you have not sent that email to dog please do so today. The Shareholders committee needs formed by Tuesday with 10% of shares accounted for.

More to come...

what the judge did was cut us shareholders a big break - put off the action until 11/7 and send rufus to get an attorney. a corporation can't represent itself before a circuit judge. i agree that the shareholder's committee is a great idea and will join. i am counting on chsd winning this ! even have my "take this job and shove it" cd dusted off just in case !

Yeah right? He cut the shareholders a break? If that was true then ending a "Pump and Dump" quickly and efficiently would have been the best for the shareholders. Fact is he saw that the SEC was trying to move too quickly and saw that the Defendants had not even had the chance to defend themselves against weak evidence. The judge did the right thing at the expense of the shareholders by stretching this out.

They really do not care for the shareholders at all until the case is settled.

Just calm down a bit and put that CD in the player... This will be done when they say it is and then the fun starts.
