is there a list of who is on the current board of directors of CSHD? Also, does anyone know where i might be able to see the corporate by laws pertaining to the board structure and voting rights for the company? Just wanting to check something.

How about just stopping so that one of you doesn't get banned by accident. We got a heck of a week comming up, depending on how the negotiations/depositions go. We need you both around to help decipher the info to come.
You have both been around a while, and both provide plenty. Doni is obviously getting a bit stressed but with the new baby, I doubt he is getting much sleep. Is it an excuse no... Let's find some info... the day is a waisting and all I got today is that the NY Post isn't worth the paper it is printed on, and the OTCBB is following protocol whether we like it or not.

LOL taxback. I agree that this little feud is pointless, but lets not blame it on my baby. I simply asked a question that wasn't all bright and flowery and trade took offense. Then I said that waiting sucked and trade took offense. I think that perhaps it is trade who is a tad stressed. Its certainly understandable given the circumstances.

If anyone is getting stressed out...stop and take a break from all this. Nothing is going to happen for a while. DD has been done to the point that some people are digging up old DD just for the conversation of it. Take a break and go spend some quality time with your families until this resumes next week. FWIW IMO

If they are willing to print the thoughts of Mr. Boyd then thay are not worth reading in my book. No matter what their circulation numbers look like.
Additionally, Carol Redmond got her crap published on the AP wire... It does not mean it is anymore true just means that people are putting their weak reputations on the line and column editors around the country are taking the bait.
If Boyd had kept his words strickly too the facts as Redmond attempted too, it would have carried more merrit. If it turns out the connections to Rudi and Leyman Bros. are there and as real as the bonds. He needs to pay restitution for the slander.

The CEO claims that in the initial hearing he asked the SEC "Did you call the Ambassador to Venezuela like I recommended you to? Did you Contact the US Treasury to verify the Bonds, like I recommended? Did you go out to the Georgia Supreme Court Website and verify the documents that I had certified there, like I recommended?" to which he claims they replied with something along the lines of "No we did not, I'm sure its all very pretty but we are the SEC and we know what we are doing."
The outcome of that evidentiary hearing was this order: http://www.digitalislandsinc.com/misc/order.pdf Which basically directs the CEO not to break any SEC laws, cooperated with the SEC in their further investigations, and that they would be back in court on Nov 7. to settle the issue.
The CEO also recently claims that he has heard from the SEC and they want to make this little problem go away. Please get a better quote from him, I'm paraphrasing there.
Now, the way I see this we have two possible outcomes from this situation:
1) The SEC proves their case and the CEO get hauled off in handcuffs.
Or
2) The company is vindicated and the SEC gets more egg on its face (I am sure you are aware of some of their other recent issues)
Either way it plays out, it certainly qualifies as news. Please look into it, I believe this is going to be one hell of a story.

I dont know about you guys but i find it ANNOYING and UNNECESSARY to post negative vibes while we are halted...
Like I said before, Doniboy is one of the few individuals on allstocks I would trust with my OWN money. He's a great guy and he brings some of the best humor to an otherwise stressful situation. He is just saying what we are all thinking, this DOES suck to have to wait. If we are innocent (IMO we are) of all accusations, it sucks that instead of enjoying a nice steady climb in our PPS, we have to wait for the SEC to catch up on DD that should have been done long before they halted us. Trade, I have nothing against you, but go back and look at the respect many others have for Doni. NOW, lets all just chill. GLTA
