Just got home and all I have to say is we are going to be rich and more importantly, we are going to be a part of History. There is no way this isn’t real and this is bigger than we all know. I shook his hand and said we're going to be rich and famous aren't we and he said "we've already been contacted about a movie deal. There was such confidence in the room from all of the people in the "know-boat" who were sitting at his table it just oozed throughout the restaurant.

He said our letters and phone calls have made such a huge difference in things that the SEC wants to meet early next week to discuss a settlement. He wants us to keep sending the letters. He has received 3 phones calls from very high up / important people who are watching this very closely. Said there will be so many investigations on the inner works of the SEC as a result of us sending letters.

He said that someday we will have to replace the 20 or so million "air shares" that were purchased by shareholders, and that might affect the share price by $2 bucks or so, but he said we just might say "who cares...just give it to them". He said he would honor all shares if they could prove that they held them by the 16th...even if they were "air shares".

The rich nephew seems to be that of the Prince of Dubai and they have so many assets that they want CSHD to manage "it's not even funny". They have a deal that they just signed with the Port of Panama.

He talked for almost 2 hours...there is no way to remember it all. There were guys with tape recorders who will probably post it all on HSM tomorrow. What I can tell you is that this was their plan all along...from the very beginning...he just never thought it would play out so well because of us holding our shares so tight. There was a 78% hold rate from Oct. 3rd to the latest report they got last week. He could not believe how low the volumn got last week. This essentuially started the short squeeze and they feared if we moved to Nasdaq it was over for them, so they got the SEC involved. He felt sorry for the attorney that got stuck with filing this case. He said "it was almost like they just ran out to her desk and said go file this complaint".

He said that they want to meet as early as Monday to discuss a settlement. He said that he has not decided what to do about the shorts. He does not want to put us through any more of this so he will most likely settle, but he will do it in a way where we (shareholders) win. He will not just let them off the hook. The wheels are already in motion for the house of cards to fold (SEC). Keep writing those letters and making those calls.

He said that they are getting death threats from the shorts. Someone called his wife this week and said "I know what classroom your daughter is in and if you want her to come home, tell your husband to stop what he is doing". He talked for quit a bit about how these same people were involved the first time he went through this (with his old company). These are the same people that were shorting Fronthal and it was a hard decision to make when he decided to do it again. Except this time he knew it would work. He knew they would not verify the bonds.
