Hey, since I'm bored I decided to reveal a few facts I have found about Our-Street. Did you know that apparently there is a connection between him and the basher/naked short seller Elgindy that went to jail?
Well thats what this report says:
Elgindy was also one of those named in the EagleTech Communications (OTC: EATC) court proceedings as a major naked shortseller, along with Jonathan Curshen, who was charged by the SEC for fraud and corruption for a deal developed by Timothy Miles, the proprietor of the discredited Our-Street.com, and another participant in “bashing” FinancialWire, who court proceedings last week revealed has apparently fled to Slovenia ahead of the SEC trial. Curshen is also reportedly out of the country."

Our-street requests tips from interested parties. Obviously an interested party suggested USGA, a startup. A defense related contractor. Are there other defense or Homeland Security related companies in a similar position as USGA? ADZR Adzone research in NY comes to my mind. Our-street didn't mention them. That I know of. But I don't contribute.
Synopsis:
Our-street uses the specter of the SEC to create incidents that it's coconspirators can profit from by either selling or shorting a stock because they are given advance notice of the incident "to happen".

Wait till you see this one Glass, its my favorite. Forbes calls him a crook basically and talks about his trial!! It also explains how his basher buddies work together.
But it turns out that scribe Nick Tracy of London was, in fact, a former stockbroker in Oregon named Timothy Miles--and Miles himself faces SEC charges that he took part in a pump-and-dumpstock scheme in 2000. He was tried in June and awaits a verdict.
Didn't he tell Rufus he was never indicted? And yet Forbes reports a TRIAL....weird.

actually doni? what i find really wierd is all the posters over at ihub that defend him....
they defend him a litte too much IMO...
especially if you check his profile there? it shows he has no other "picks"... no one there has "benefited" from his posts at all... but they defend him... strange...
and his web-site? it's only running a couple of the pages.. a lot of them show error when you try to load...
i tell ya, there is something really not right in this play...

Jenna, thats not as outlandish as you might think. Look up that Elgindy dude. They traded insider information on a members only site. One of the posters from Ihub (petermic) was actually a witness in that case. He ratted out his buddy Elgindy and some cop for insider trading.

How much of the company is owned in the float, and how much does Rufus own? If the bonds are proven real I think shareholders should unite and toss him out. He really let us down in this investigation, from the moment he turned down the SEC's initial request for info and called them idiots and told them to take him to court.

if the bonds are real and Rufus gets in trouble? somebody else w/should be able take the CEO position...
i happen to agree with you about Rufufs doing a lot of things he shouldn't have...
it has seemed to me that he did this stuff on purpose, all along.. he has actually invited trouble IMO... i've said so many times in the past and i stand by that statement.. does he have a plan? i dunno, but i do know i hear alot of people talking just like him down here in the deep south and i know they ain't all hillbilly's..

You guys who don't believe in shorter bashers, keep an eye on LFZA. It has been having one heck of a run. I'm sure the shorters are moving in. Soon you will see some subtle bashing. People saying "Gee somethings not right". If it continues to go up you'll start hearing about "the SEC should investigate this soon". LOL
