Thanks. I have signed the petitions you all have worked so hard to create and have emailed my congressmen as well. I have family in politics here in Ga and want to reach out to them as well, but I just want to make sure this is all for real. You all seem pretty confident.

Did not listen to the radio show, tonight, knowing many will be providing excerpts, with their own spin.
Based on my readings, after removing personal spins, Rufus has made a "guarantee" of $15 per share to each share holder even if CSHD never trades again.
Appears Timothy Miles of Our Street prompted Harris to make this comment. I am quite sure Miles recorded the radio show and will forward a copy to the SEC.
My opinion is Harris making a guarantee of $15 per share is a direct violation of the temporary restraining order issued today in court. Based on current financial reports from CSHD, it is impossible for Harris to make good on a guarantee of $15 per share for each share holder. More simply, Harris is perpetrating fraud.
Like you, the reader, I am looking forward to discovery if this guarantee by Harris will lead to a contempt of court charge. If so, Harris might be jailed, immediately.
Playing fair, Harris might be thinking of this forward split / dividend / rufudend share disbursement. In this case, Harris could, maybe, keep his guarantee, this is, if CSHD resumes trading. If trading never resumes, then any shares disbursed are clearly worthless.
Another problem here is if trading resumes, odds are very good CSHD stock will crash, severely. How many shares will Harris have to disburse for each holder to receive an equal value of $15 per share?
Should Harris attempt his "back dating" of the record date in his recent 10K, then he will be violating rule 10b-17 by not reporting required dates ten days in advance, as set in that rule.
I cannot think of any methodology Harris can use to skirt a contempt of court charge, should his comment on radio come to the attention of the SEC.
Not so sure the judge will appreciate Slippery Semantics.
Other notes of interest, a mention of congress being involved and some connection to Dubai, U.A.E.
An important note is Harris mentions calling for a summary judgement, which is much in keeping with my opinion Harris is an ignorant illiterate.
My opinion is the mouth of Harris is working double-time as a shovel digging him a very deep hole.

Hey guys. Been out sick for the last couple of days with a stomach virus, but I am going to the shareholder meeting tonight at La Finca Mexican Restaurant in Allen Texas. It's about 10 miles north of where I live. I am going to take a note pad so I don't miss anything. I will give an update once I get home...if I'm not too drunk to type...LOL

66? Guess that poster should listen to the SPR... I won't go into the detail...since it would be picked apart...BUT The very first couple of sentences...You can not read excerpts that contain spin and then attempt to form and post an opinion by removing the "spin"...

Unfortunately the above referenced individual did not listen to the interview...when asked about the 15 dollar gaurantee they were discussing if the bonds/assets were liquidated then each shareholder would be paid 15 dollars...hence the book value of the company..

mike alexander stays in the background but is he really pulling the strings here? look at the shares he has in chsd. he has more to gain or lose here than the rest of us put together. he needs to put rufus on ice till after the 7th and get an attorney for chsd before it is too late. who is really in charge here? the petition site leads back to mike alexander too.

Allen Texas is about 20-25 miles from Rockwall. Both are suburbs of Dallas on the north / northeast side.

Mike is supposed to be the one introducing Rufus. I will try to talk to both, but it just depends on how many people show up. I believe they will be there with their families, so I will respect that as much as possible.

Posts: 1,093 Yes, as of right now we are held to the 7th, unless it is proven before then that everything checks out.
The rest of the document that I didn't post, states that the court wants everything to be expedited.
The interview by RUFUS has his main points below:
1. If they clear it up tomorrow, they will move forward to get on the NASDAQ and get the additional shares distributed TOMORROW. Shares can't be given til this is cleared up, but the judge can issue the order for Rufus to go ahead with the share distribution and the SEC may come back and say that, "We're sorry, we're dropping everything!"
2. He said he's aggressive in his timeframe. He said his timeframe is based on how fast he gets things done, but the other people are holding it up!
3. He doesn't want a drawn out process. He doesn't want to waste his, his family's or his shareholders time. He doesn't want an expensive legal battle.
4. The company is still operating and there is no need to worry. Stop reading the negativity. THERE'S NO NEED TO WORRY!
5. There are people in the Pentagon in D.C. that will give sworn testimony that they are the ones that introduced CSHD to Venezuela that has given them the bonds!!! SO LET'S GO! LET'S DANCE!
6. If they can't figure this out by the 7th, we have a seriously messed up judicial system.
7. EVERYTHING is there and if they ask him for any document, then he will gladly provide any of it! He said the SEC lawyers in the hearing flat out stated that they had not even done their due diligence, but were going off of information received from the crooks and short sellers. He said they are claiming 100% fraud and no truth in CSHD's claims. But they are going to be shocked at what they find.
8. There's going to be some ground shaking in Washington, D.C. You better believe it! There's going to be some shaking going on!
9. Venezuela said they will come and give depositions if they are required by the federal court to do so!
10. The shareholders are incredible. He is glad to work for us.
11. We will be uplisted without a doubt after the court does their work and sees that we are 100% legitimate! It is not going to drive our stock down...it's getting national and international attention now, so many many many people are going to buy the stock which is going to drive the price up!
12. The stock should not have a problem getting to bookvalue, which is $11.78, but there's no telling where it will go!
13. He will file answers to the complaint himself as he did in broadband wireless because he has nothing to hide.
14. The halt may release before the 7th if everything is cleared up, but it could take til then.
15. He will be in Dallas, this weekend. Then back to Atlanta by Monday.
16. When he is summoned to the court again, either on or before the 7th, he's going to ask the court directly for a move to the NASDAQ and an immediate reset for $1500 / share or whatever they will allow.
17. I want to file everything right now, notify Nasdaq and let it all go! But it's best to wait.
18. Shareholders, just hang in there, it's going to be fine, you'll see!
19. I will not file another 8k until this is all sorted out. I planned on filing it tonight, but have decided not to so the court can see it first and will not have a problem when we do file it.
20. The 8k will relate to an execution of a credit line of a VERY large $4 Billion sum.

Thanks guys...I missed you all the last couple of days. I tried get on a couple of times, but there was just too much negativity. I just didn't have the energy or desire.
Chart and Rich...weren't you guys sick also? Maybe it was this freaking emotional roller coaster ride we've been on. I am guesstimating (is that even a word?) that I will be home by 11:00pm unless he speaks at the beginning. Knowing Rufus, he will speak at 3:00am ...LOL.
