We can hope that Rufus has the necessay document and the case is dismiised. That would be the best case scenario.

I think you guys are forgetting something, this isn't wrong vs right. When does the SEC lose? They have so much backing, they will do whatever it takes to bring down Rufus. Even if there is proof, they will get him on some other allegation. I am very scared about what is about to take place here. At least i didnt invest more than I could afford.

Heres a question, I'm sure theres been many other scams in the past, but has there ever been such a vendetta against those companies by idiots like 0urstreet or *** trying to "save the investors"? I would doubt it lol.

There are THREE, count em, 3 SEC lawyers on this. They are pulling out the BIG GUNS on this. I said it time and time again, how could Rufus, a man who never headed a profitable company acquire the funds to purchase bonds over $1 Billion?
But...alas, I was a 'basher'. Well, so was Our-Street, M-N-1, and StckLemon. Just believe what you guys want to believe. Throw all logic out of the window. You guys just keep your futile hopes in the air. But I pray you don't fall for something like this again. WAKE UP.
By the way, some said I didnt do enough DD, well all of YOUR DD was based on the bonds which you didnt even understand.
Here's the SEC case: http://www. our-street.com/fhal/sec%20case.pdf
without the space. I QUOTE:
"...statements falsely claimed...Conversion owns or controls the entirety of two separate Venezuelan bond issues..."
THE SEC isn't even expressing doubt of this. They KNOW that it was a false statement to say CSHD owned these bonds wholly. It isn't that hard for the SEC to find this out without a few phonecalls/database records. Like I said, they pulled the big guns on this because THEY ARE CERTAIN that CSHD does NOT OWN THESE BONDS. Rufus can't do a d_a_m_n thing about it unless he invents > 1.2 Billion dollars just like he invented all these claims.
You have fallen for charlatans and ignored assistance from others like stcklemon, our-street, M-N-1, and whoever else you dismissed as bashers. You only chose to hear and think what you saw as appropriate. Well, good day to you and good luck in the future.

If it is a scam I sure hope all of you have protected your capital as I have and are riding free shares into this mess (good or bad).
There will be many things said between now and the opening. Only that day will we find out which way it goes cause talk is cheap now, esp when we are halted.

Our-Street ROCKS! Must Read!
To anyone who says traders can't care about other traders or that anyone who speaks negatively on a stock has ulterior motives, I say this...
I was the guy in school that if I saw a bully push a whimpy kid to the ground, I jumped in the face of the bully even if I didn't know the kid that got pushed to the ground. Why? What did I stand to gain from that? It wasn't my fight and I had nothing personal against the Bully. There were times I knew I stood a chance of getting my butt kicked by the bully but I still did it. Why? Why? Why is the question you pumpers continue to pound me with.
My answer: Because IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
Maybe Our-Street doesn't like bullies and maybe he tries to take up for the whimpy investors who do not have the balls to do it themselves?

Question all - on or around page 42 a link was posted for opinions, etc. from the court, but I noticed it was the 11th District Court of Appeals. I found a couple of other sites for the Northern District, and one looks to be more like where I would expect today's hearing to be. Anyone know for sure if the earlier link is valid?
(Edit: the one I found has its location at the Russell Bldg. in Atlanta....http://www.g and.uscourts.gov/general_information.htm)

No idea what that's about but it's funny as hell. A federal agency states they're praying for a certain action by a court in a formal complaint.
I bet there's a lot of praying on all sides going on about this company lately. LOL!
Its a legal term , do some reasearch on it before you open your mouth . Basically , they are asking something from the court and thats the way you do it in a legal filing .
Hey thank you very much for the education.

Well Neptunetrader, if that be true then you tell me why the hell it took the SEC so damn long to step in.
And lastly, if I've flipped along the way, made money and still have "free" shares what is there to wake up to besides a full breakfast waiting on me by the beachside.

I konw what you are saying but if he explained how to prove ownership of the bond on the air & to Saul he said it would be like us giving our Scottrade Acct. # WITH the pin. I sure as hell wouln't give that out especially to a man that I had just made a fool of!!! Would you?
As far as Rufus owing his shareholders- I'm so glad that he went on subpennyradio last night - he actually did a good thing for us...It made me feel beeter when he was answering ever question of Saul, & Simons..he didn't studder, he didn't falter...BUT Saul did!!!
I think in the end will be ok but he's pissing off a lot of people in high places with a lot of money that's why he's getting all this trouble coming his way...
The only thing we can do now is wait...
Rufus, I just wish you would bring a lawyer next time...please!!!
JMHO....

That really doesnt answer the question at all. And in typical basher style it takes the question, spins it, and answers its on a completely different topic. What a shock, i must say.

I'm not talking to you, who's made and secured your profits. I'm talking about the so-called "longs" who had so much riding on this.
Why didnt the SEC catch this before? Simple, CSHD NEVER filed official SEC documents (ie. the 8k and the 10k) claiming ownership of these bonds until very recently (2-3 weeks ago). If you ask me, the SEC worked pretty quickly.
You and I may have been hearing Rufus' claims on radio for months, but the SEC doesn't listen to these radio stations, they just heard of the bonds 2-3 weeks ago.

uh? i got news for you...they claimed ownership of the bonds in filings a long time ago....
this SEC action is directly because of complaints filed by many people who have bragged about doing it..
including the alias our-street...

Rufus says 2 options will come out of this... He'll be indicted for fraud Or he'll be vindicated... he will be vindicated every thing they have is real/ true He's happy with the halt, It will help the share holders 100%
I have the info and I'll lay it on the table in front of them and say "what else you need" I don't trust anyone so I want a judge.
Rufus we have several SEC specialist attorneys I'll provide everything in court that the SEC needs.

according to EDGAR, it was only two months ago when the filings started on the bonds. The SEC for a gov't agency moved quickly.

cbbush? the stock is suspended? and you are here to?
this is part of the reason that so many people have ignored warnings...
because so many people obviously do have an agenda..
i suggest everybody patiently await the SEC report... there is no trading in this stock..
what people say today has no impact until trading resumes..
if/when trading resumes? then all will be known...
