thedoctor~ Not sure that you offended anyone and yes the way the bashers have been with this stock, everyone on this board is curious when a new poster comes about. It is confusing that you said you trust glassman? why you would PM anybody and not openly post a question is rather odd in itself. I think that it is more the circumstance and presentation that put "you" in question on this board. Since you claim that you have knowledge in the field of economics and all it is surprising that you would be so heavily invested in a penny stock with so many questionable circumstances surrounding it. perhaps we as a board we can give you the benefit of the doubt and attempt to welcome you again and if you have questions post them as such and be open, do not attempt to go through the back door...that way you will not be viewed as a leopord. If i were you...I would cover my capital in this play, to a level that I am comfortable with, you don't seem to be there... And for the record, this board has no idea if this play is going to be as fruitful as we all hope, but the hope is still there. GLTY!

doctor? i did not ID you yesterday. but you must have noticed the responses i got for posting the info..
i treated you EXACTLY the way you requested... anonymously...
you specifically stated to me that you were aware people might call you a basher...
i presented your request completely so dont try to make me out as a bad guy..
you said you see a whole lot of insider selling, and yet you don't know that F144 is not a notice of a sale by an insider.... insiders file form 4 after a sale.. 144's are not the same form...
look them up...
people were concerned what i was trying to post about.. you had to see them react to my post and know that they were concerned.. yet i did it... because you presented yourself as concerned person... i share your concern too, there's a lot i don't like about his stock play, but 50% of that is the way everybody has behaved.. and i have stated what i don't like publicly on a regular basis.
i didnt like the way you presented a minor portion of the BBAN issue today... too much inuendo, not enough fact..
if you are gonna put out some info? do it..don't half-way suggest it ..
i wish you no ill-will either, but you have to admit that with an 8k out announcing audited finacials bringing up portions of a 3 yr old law suit seemd a little "untimely".. especailly considering the circumstance at the ohter board where i was dealing with another up-state new york person..
if it's a coincidence? we have no way of proving it one way or the other..
i still welcome you to allstocks and encourage you to provid solid DD and LINKS to that DD so we see for ourselves...

You haven't been able to take a look at the bonds yet? So if you don't like 3 of the players and you never took a look at the bond info? why did you buy into this? as long as the info you give is honest and upfront...not sure why you would be given a hard time... and remember..LINKS work best with this board... (don't tell them but they are all alittle wierd here...no one will just take any ones word for it... )

I believe in this stock and as I have said I will until Rufas gives me a reason not too. Friday afternoon was not aticipated, and I honestly thought he was giving me a good reason not to trust his "public comments" of which ther have been many.
If I can't believe Rufas when he says, "the 10K will be filed on time." how can I believe him when he says, "If I were you I would buy the crap out of it."
On that note... I think you saw my post earlier that I am going to try "buying the crap" out of this on Monday. I am still long, and I will be here a while now that I see audited fins. but I will want to see more predictability, stability, and openness following the reset and NASDAQ listing from Rufas if he is going to keep my investment really longterm.

Sorry for bringing that up about yesterday. I want to be one of the supporters here not a foe. Thanks for the reply. I was mainly upset with someone wanting to ask me medical questions and thinking I was bashing CSHD. Please lets stop and start over. Thanks...if you want I will tell you some that know me here. Right now I would rather they weren't connected with me because of what has happened to me over the last day here. I have never bashed this stock here or any other site. I just bought it on Thursday in the $1.80 range. Thanks for listening and sorry for the confusion.

To me, this implies that the officers you spoke of had gone to jail. This could confuse new people on the board into thinking that our officers did jail time. I asked for proof of that jail time and you ever repiled that i can tell.
