I think we are still in good shape. I think there will be a PR shortly explaining the delay - I say we give them an honest chance. As far as what I have read it still looks solid! Go Rufus!
Sure would have been a nice flip on this though.

Heh, come on...he didnt make any cash off of this. He knows squat about CSHD so if he traded it then he was stupid and got lucky for not doing his DD before buying in. My guess is he doesnt usually get that lucky and has developed an attitude against people that actually own stock for its future potential value....sort of jealous if you will. He hopes like crazy it crashes on Monday so he can get in and have a piece of the action thats partially shown in the recent 8k. Unfortunately for him, hes probably not going to get the entry pps he wants and will chase it Monday morning crying POS all the while. He just thinks hes special because thats what they all called him while he was growing up.
Its unfortunate our board has attracted such a snake but its the internet, theyre all over the place.

OT...just got off the phone with TDA (they called me twice after the email that I sent yesterday threatening them with a lawsuit) First call was trying to get me to stay on as a client...I told them that if they fund my account with the money that I would have made from buying CSHD two days ago and selling it earlier today, that I would stay with them. They just called me back and offered to do just that based on the cash that I had available in my account at the time. She said that with cash that I had available, that I could have made $140.00 on the low end and $700.00 on the high end, so she offered me $100.00 cash and free trades for two months. I decined their offer and explained that I am a big boy and able to make my own investment decisions. I also explained that had I been afforded the opportunity to make my own decisions, that I would have sold some of my other positions and that I would have made upwards of 20k profit on what I was willing to put into this stock two days ago. She sounded quite let down that I didn't accept her offer. TDA has blundered big time here and I believe that they are losing a sh!tload of clients as we speak...Oh they also offered me free trades to close out all of my positions if I decided to move to another broker...now why would they do that? I think they are in serious legal trouble here...One more thing...she would not disclose why they had made the decision to halt buying of CSHD...just said that the reasons were public knowledge...

This is an example of how to lie and bash by any means possible. I would like to see where your info came on a reverse split (even though I know it is a straight up Lie).

Hey dollar13. No one is trying to be mean to you or anything. You just don't understand. Good ol' NakedShortMyth has been dogging on us all day. What he doesn't understand is that he's wasting his time here and one has to wonder why. It's not that he's a day trader. It's that he's a bit pompous, arrogant and generally unwelcome.

This is absolutley unbelievable! One hour ago I was pulling my hair out in frustration and posting my madness...
I come back here to see who has committed suicide, and lo and behold I find an AUDITED 8K with CONCRETE PROOF we are worth $7 per share - and the other BILLIONS haven't even been factored in yet.
I am truly speechless. So know we know WHY the 10K was delayed.
So my question: Does the pps go up or down Monday? I am pretty much boggled at this point - but when I see audited financials showing a worth of close to a billion, with about 100 million O/S that tells me we are worth $7 per share.
Ladies and Gents; this is one for the history books. We will all trade long after this finally gets settled, but not one person here will ever forget the name Rufus Paul Harris or CSHD, that I'm positive on.
Thank God I came back one last time as I usually don't check in until Monday mornings. I will sleep alot better this weekend, that's for damn sure.

Ok folks tut said to hold on something was coming after the extension... now everyone saw the 8k and he also said he was in a meeting now and would be back soon with something else on h s m so lets see what he says..... i was over there when tut said as everyone was po'ed about the extension... he came on and said wait something is coming and lo and behold the darn 8k came out so go figure? How the heck did he know???
