Following everything on the HSM board, 8K is revised, confirms 830million good for $7.21 share value prior to June 30, 2006... this does not include the latest 6Billion bonds etc....
Many think 10K will still come on or befor e Monday. I feel better, anyone else?

Am I wrong or is this 8k, with audited financials A really good thing? I mean it basically proves that the company is what Rufus said it was on July 30th. So that is where the $15 reset came from before the annoucement of the new bonds. So we have what we need for the reset now. And then any additional SEC fillings will show the new bonds to be just as valid.

Some thought the extension notice was sent due to a possible insider at the SEC. Thus they would bring it down to the bitter end today (which they did). Monday will be a very interesting day indeed.

The 8K is based on 830 million and we have 6billion now... (7.22 x 830milion value) 7.21 could turn into 52.12 for book value, 2 x book 104.24, 3 x 156.36, 4 x 208.48... well you get the picture.

On August 18, 2006, subsequent to our audit period and not audited or reviewed as part of these financial statements, Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. entered into a Global Funding Agreement #252455779-08122006-LBH with the Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation, LTD., a Georgia LTD Foundation.
The funding agreement brings a Four-Hundred and Fifty Million Euro ($579,149,833 USD converted) denominated Note on Lehman Brothers Holdings PLC with a 6 1/8% coupon to the Company's Assets. The MTN holds an S&P, Fitch, and Composite A+ rating with a Moody's A1 rating.
Then is this another bond CONVERSION SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS CORP. (A DEVELOPMENT STAGE COMPANY) NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Effective August 22, 2006, Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. and the Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation, LTD., a Georgia LTD Foundation increased the Deposit under Global Funding Agreement #252455779-08122006-LBH, with the addition of the following bonds; Republic of Finland $749,000,000 Million Euro with a 6% coupon

I was told that Rufus was going to be on Live on a new radio show. I am awaiting the PM on IHUB... I believe its going to be held at 11:00am eastern time.. I will post the link if I am not banned first. I wonder what this lier (rufus) will say.

Ok you are now the number 1 fool on this thread. You think everyone wants to see an 8k? People want to see what was promised. 10q and reset. I can assure you will be waiting years for a re-set. Just as everyone is waiting for CMKX and QBID to run.
Whatever, this is audited financials...do you have any idea when I bought this stock? This is the reason right here, now I have proof of the audited value when I bought the stock...enough said..
