Well I'll chime in. I was in NDOL at .20 and would have held long on mondays shake. Except I actually started thinking about the negative posts here. That the sudden drop was maybe due to this stock being a scam. So I chased a sell down to .65. I still made a profit, but if I had not been discouraged, I probably would have held on through the shake, and watched my profits jump back up to 5x by end of day. Even if NDOL never moves off of a dollar, it was and is still where I wish I'd held for. I'd have been better off not to second guess my own gut based on those posts. At least I learned a little and it won't happen again. And thanks for speaking up for us all HoldEm.

vaquero, very good post...

No problem with honest posting...

But the gangbang insults are over the top and only raise suspicions about the posters.

Either way it goes, buy out or merge, the PPS is going up......they will put out a pR with some numbers, like our shares being worth $3 per share if the merge goes thru and that will generate some nice MOMO up and should settle the price to a new level and with other PRs following, and oil going up, it will be nice to see a more gradual steady climb out of this once the dust settles....will there be a dip.....yes of course, sometimes after the PR.....there always is a dip when gains are that great.....correction is healtyh for a stock......but if tomorrow a pR hits giving us good numbers, which I fully expect, look for this to hit the $1.30's and beyond IMO.........if it's an official buy out done deal, this will go to $1.80 - $2 pretty fast, like in a couple days.....either way, I see this running.....it won't get to the merge value price, but such a PR will have investors hoping on the NDOL train.......GL tomorrow

Just got off the road. I had a long drive. I open this thread up and wtf is going on? I agree with Holdem. If you can't bring hard facts and numbers to the table just stay away. I invite a good discussion showing the pros and cons. Just bring on the numbers and facts and not just worthless jargon. I really don't give a **** what purgurl says about NDOL. I have the right to disagree with her. She was blowing smoke up a lot of people's asses and unfortunately some of you have fell for it. It's OK if you made a profit, but if you sold based on what she said I really feel sorry for you. Don't get me wrong she has a right to her opinion and you can take her opinion for what it's worth. Take a look at what's happened. The scam rumors and NDOL is still holding strong. Guys we could be wrong about this but I doubt it. I'm riding free shares long on NDOL. We WILL get the last laugh. IMO

Nord Oil International`s Offer Turns to Merger Talks

MONTREAL -- May 8, 2006 -- Nord Oil International Inc. (Other OTC:NDOL.PK - News) announced today that the board of directors of both Nord Oil and North-West Oil Group have worked through the last weekend and have signed a letter of intent for the benefit of all shareholders to merge the companies and create a truly dynamic oil and gas company.

The negotiated merger value was based on the recent unsolicited offer made by the North-West Oil Group and therefore providing a guideline on total value of the new entity.

Management expects to finalize and or agree on merger terms on or before May 12, 2006. "The combined entities will quickly exceed revenue expectations and profit," said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc. "We were always hoping that the North-West Oil Group would agree to discuss a merger as oppose to an acquisition and if completed this will truly create substantial shareholder value from the great synergies existing between our companies," further added Mr. Makarov.

If North-West will go for it glycine, that is what NORD wants. So, if they can agree on terms, yes..IMO, we will have a merger. PR supposedly coming tomorrow.

GLTA and enjoy your riches..:-)

I loaded up today on my shares, been looking at posts and companies,my opion stands as this. NDOL the company is not at all different than most pinksheets! But what is different is the oil, where the oil is russia, the cost is less to produce and sell ect,,,this stock has had dip,s highs and lows just as others have had! The difference on NDOL is the potential of money to be made here is far greater than most in a very shorttime. I really don't see how anyone here can say it's a scam, because the pr's have driven this and every other stock up and down. In our case we just witnessed PANIC selling by those who just did not see the significance in our last pr. So NDOL did not -DO- anthing wrong here ,just those who started mass selling did this. If the sell's would not of happened we would be at 1.50$ right now and would of helped NDOL to negotiate an even higher price for us. Allthough in the skope of things we still will lookback on this dip and laugh(in the long position)and the shorts and new and old will never catch up because we'll be at 10.00$--------------------------------------------------------------------this is my best opinion on what has and will happen---oil in the next two years should sell for 120$ to 200$ a barrel .and how many barrels do we have?,june production this is all great, this is so positive there is no need to worry about the uncertainty ,think positive ,and great things will happen, all we have to do is go long!!!!!!!!NDOL

the selloff monday was WAY overdone! people who bought for the buyout stepped out and somewhere i understand...if it is smart that is another questions because imo we go much higher with this merger than the buyout and i think we will not have to wait more than 3 weeks for that from now...I also admit i had my finger on the trigger to sell but i would have sold in a panic reaction and that is always a bad decision...i am glad i did not sell and bought some more...this company is a good company and follows a business plan and their mission is to create shareholders value and if the merger makes us more money, they have to take the merger... a merger with north west makes from this baby a teenager and it is on its way then to become an adult! with a pr today we go over 1,5 IMO... Good luck to all the ndol investors

Good morning all. IMO I don't think we will see all that much gain today. I think PR will come out tomorrow at the earliest. Let's stick to stocks and the great posting that got me involved. No more B...S..t
Let's have a great day. I'm off to the road, will check in later.

You stated " But what is different is the oil, where to Oil is russia the cost is " less to produce and sell etc.....

" compared to what, Oil Sands? Other countries? Off Shore Drilling?

Do you believe Opec will sit idly by and let Russia Flood the Market with cheap Oil?

Do you understand that $200.00 per barrel would slow the World wide economy and lessen the demand for oil?

You State " No need to worry about uncertainty "

Oh really, I think thats what Jones said before he started handing out the Kool-Aid..LMAO
