NoWhen, i'm jazzed to say the least. This is kind of like winning the lottery, or at least part of it. Any bank balance thats bigger is better. I'm looking forward to this stock going up more.

"The total merged enterprise value is currently estimated at USD $1.25 billion, representing approximately $2.20 per Nord Oil International shares post merger."
....is it me or you that needs to learn how to read?

The way I take it is that we get 41% of the value of the new company. NDOL is valued at $2.2 pre-merger, so the new company will be worth more than that.

Will you people quit posting this crap? Don't you know how to read and do math... we get 41% of the 1.25b company divided by the total shares of NDOL. The PR specificly says value is now approx $2.20 pps

the share price should be 2.20 a share after the merger. Nord shareholders will own 41% of the company after the merger while the shareholders of north-west will own 59%.

Maybe we get 41% of NDOL at $2.20 then we get 59% of Northwest worth much much more than $2.20!

I am selling loser stocks at a small loss just to reinvest more in this. I have made more off of NDOL than anything so far.

It sounds to me like Nord and North-west along with the major shareholders have already decided which way this is going to go!
