The only thing we should be concerned about is whether or not it is a restricted stocks merger.

How about an EOD run here.As we know NDOL has even put out PR's earlier than we expeft,so do't get caught in a flip like people did last week.

Most interesting, yes. Clearly there is "politburo" involvement and hints of manipulation for profit, by the "ruling class" in good favor with Putin.
There is suggestion this North-West organization is a political body created to grab interests being taken away from Yukos.
The article author writes,
"As for SZNG, all that is known is that the company was incorporated in 2004 and has ambitious plans, but its ownership structure and economic results are still unknown."
That is quite the indictment. This is a company which would not be allowed to exist in America.
NDOL is making some wild claims and is becoming involved with a secretive profit seeking politburo connected "company."
With NDOL flopping around like a fish on shore and North-West an unknown, I am challenged to rationalize these claims of coming large profits.
Clearly, if problems develop, this is an outfit, North-West, beyond the effective reach of the SEC.

It's actually been so quiet in here today that I welcome a visit by basher bit*h.
Brains may run in your family slightly more than boobs do, but somebody forgot to teach little purl how to be a nice little girl who didnt steal from others.
Can you imagine being married to this? I'd be scared to death to leave a dime laying around. Go home and kiss your wives or girlfriends tonight and be thankful.
for the very first time. He states the Russian government has dealt with both AURC and NDOL with "open arms." He states they're "nothing but helpful."
He states the PR (to be issued by Friday) will explain much more about North - West and their tremendous assets, etc. and will cover the details of the agreement between both parties. For now, they're in a quiet period. He states the best deal IS being made for NDOL shareholders and nothing less.

What is the point to complaining about Purl or anyone else here? I mean, seriously, if you feel strong on a stock, stick with it, if you feel less confident, sell. You shouldn't need other people here to tell you what to do.
If NDOL goes to .50, does that make Purl and the others right? Maybe? If it goes to .05, does that then make them right? What if it goes to $5, or $10? Unless you believe that someone on this board has true insider information, don't stress over those who express minority opinions. This is a stock discussion board, and not all individuals will share the same opinion or forecast for a given subject.
Lastly, let us assume that NDOL jumps to $2.xx by EOW (assume, not saying it will, not saying it won't) - did Purl or anyone else on here make that happen?
Make your own decisions, and if you disagree with what people say refute it with facts or evidence. There is no reason anyone here should resort to name calling or childish behavior over a message board posting about a stock about oil that no one here has seen, touched, or confirmed.
Oh, and for what its worth, I am long right now on free shares - so don't think I'm trying to bash. Just tired of the BS.

I don't think we'll see a whole lot of movement out of the PPS the rest of the afternoon and tomorrow. Thursday, IMO, is when things will pick up, especially Thurs. afternoon.
