(or some other similar stock)... in the case of CMKX, scottrade said the costs are too high so they only allow sells. You may want to try freetrade or lowtrade for those types of puchases, especially since the fee's are lower/non-existant when compared to the $22 + 1/2% that scottrade charges for pinksheet stocks.
