Can you guys imagine if someone came over to your house and was going through your computers history and seen all the guy and lesbian sites and searches that we have all been looking up for DD. They would think we were Guy for sure. Even with the expanation of Qtv they would probably still question us....lol The Q is strong in us all!!! IP: Logged |

Diana, I'm honored. Glad to do my part for the Q Crew. I very rarely have any intelligent input, but if I can add some humor while we all watch the pretty flashing red and green lights, then I'll just consider the million bucks next year reward enough. We definitely have some creative looney tunes on this team, don't we? This is a blast. What a way to spend the day! (But for now, I'm sure glad my wife's got a real job) quote: IP: Logged |

WE ARE STILL AT STAGE 1. IMHO.. THE LAST STATEMENT SAYS IT ALL. CHARTS. EXPLAINATION IS NOT MY STRONG POINT. THERE ARE CASES WHEN A STOCK IS -IMHO- OUTSIDE THE BOX. IT'S CONTROLED BY THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAPPINGS OF THE MARKET. Stage 1 - Accumulation. Stock is quiet, trading sideways and without a lot of volatility. Most everyone ignores the stock because it has no sizzle. Insiders hold large blocks of stock and quietly gear up for the distribution. Stage 2 - Breakout. Volume jumps up, psychological barriers are broken. Insiders begin to tell their friends of upcoming significant fundamental change. Pros take notice and buy the stock on the coat tails of the well informed. The public ignores it because they have not read about the company in the paper yet. It must be a scam. Stage 3 - Uptrend. As a larger audience learns of the company and its promise, more buying comes in to the stock and it begins to climb. Pros begin to sell, but slowly. Average investor begins to buy. Stage 4 - Pullback. The stock has gone up too fast, and some profit taking arrives. The jumpy investor who got the entry timing right but lacks confidence in his or her decision sells the stock with a small profit, and smiles in the mirror. The Pro holds on, Average Investor looks through the newspaper to find justification for ownership of the shares. Stage 5 - Resumption of the Uptrend. The pull back is short lived, and the stock bounces and continues higher. The wannabe regrets the sell, but provides self counsel on the merit of making a profit, albeit a small one. The Pro might sell a little bit more, but still holds the majority of the original position. The Average Investor is getting excited now, and thinks about what could have been if only he had bought when he first noticed the stock. Stage 6 - Exhaustion of the Uptrend. The media takes notice, and communicates the company's merits to the masses. The masses buy the stock, and it goes up sharply with strong volume. The Pros sell with enthusiasm. The Average Investor owns it now, and is telling everyone who will listen. The wannabe Pro jumps back on, after all, he was smart enough to buy it when the trend started, so he knows the stock well. Will hope make it go higher? Stage 7 - Gravity Works. Pro selling begins to weigh on the uptrend, and the stock fails to go higher despite high volumes. The stock starts to go down instead of up, and the Pro is almost sold out. The Average Investor continues to cheer lead, hoping to rally support. The wannabe ignores what the market is telling him, taking a loss is too painful to consider. The company is featured on the cover of a magazine. Stage 8 - The Second Guess. The stock bounces and starts to go back up. The wannabe Pro averages down while the Average Investor gets back to advising friends of his stock picking acumen. Pros sell their remaining holdings and begin to look for another deal to play, or perhaps start short selling the stock. Stage 9 - Out of Gas. The bounce is a fake out, and the stock moves lower again. The public own this stock, and they have no more power to buy. The Pro are making money on the short sales now, but are despised by the masses. Calls for short selling to be made illegal are made by the Average Investor, after all, the short sellers are the demons causing the sell off. Stage 10 - Dead Cat Bounce. The Average Investor and the wannabe Pro have no pain tolerance left, and finally sell for a big loss. The short selling Pros are the only buyers to take the share off their hands, and provide the needed liquidity. The stock bounces, and some short term traders make a quick profit. The Average Investor either swears to never buy a stock again, or tells lively stories over drinks about the one that could have been. Stage 11 - Post Mortem. Pros have forgot about the stock and are considering carpet samples for their new home in Florida. Average Investor continues to follow the company and buys loads of cheap stock to try and overcome the regrettable loss. The stock market is mean. You can be a good analyst, but if you can't overcome the psychological traps of trading, you will do what the crowd does. To be successful, you have be one step ahead of the crowd, and trade with unemotional discipline. There are strategies to take advantage of each stage of the market cycle that can be applied just by looking at a stock chart. They just require a bit of knowledge. ------------------ IP: Logged |

WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH--THE TOUGH GET GOING. THROW OUT SOME E-MAILS. I STAND LETTER IN SUPPORT OF THE Q. Subject: More than 24 Cities to Join Marriage Rights Protests on Tax Day! "TAX us? Then MARRY us!" Highlighting the fact that marriage is a civil contract issued by the government which should be available to all consenting adults, more than 24 cities will be demonstrating for equal marriage rights at post offices around the country on Tax Day, Thursday, April 15th. "No Taxation with Discrimination" is the central theme for the day. A list of the cities organizing protests and the locations and times of the protests is at the bottom of this message. Those who want to support the protests are encouraged to go to the DontAmend.com website to download posters and flyers and help spread the word in their cities. Those interested in organizing an event in their city are encouraged to send a message to RTDontAmend@aol.com right away, including your name, telephone number(s) and the city you live in or near. The National Tax Day protests were called by DontAmend.com as a warm up to a larger national day of actions that DontAmend.com has called for May 17, the day the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (MSJC) has ordered that state to begin issuing marriage licenses to same-xxx couples. The aim of the protests is to mobilize our community and allies so as to create the political climate necessary so that the fantastic MSJC decision will actually be IMPLEMENTED. In 1954, 50 years ago on May 17th, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its landmark Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas decision outlawing segregation. That great decision remained but a piece of paper for several years because there was not a large movement which could FORCE the government to put its words into practice. It was only when the Civil Rights Movement was much larger and stronger, in the early 1960s, that segregation began to crumble. Today there is a huge danger that the great MSJC decision will, like the 1954 Brown decision, be in effect nullified by bigots in both parties of Massachusetts state government. Within Massachusetts, it is critical that our movement is loudly and vocally DEMANDING equality in the law actually be implemented on May 17th. Outside of Massachusetts, it is critical that our movement demand that same equality in OUR local areas, and that we loudly express our solidarity with pro-equality activists in Massachusetts, and against the bigots who are attempting to nullify the fantastic decisions of the MSJC. What we do, or don't do, in the next few weeks could very well determine which way our struggle will go. Either forward to full legal equality, or backwards into increased gay-bashing and discrmination. On April 15th and May 17th, please help make history by demanding that the politicians of all parties begin treating us as equal human beings. All the best, Robin Tyler Andy Thayer ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Here is the current list of cities planning actions on Tax Day, April 15th:
Don't see your city listed? Want to organize a protest there? Send a message to RTDontAmend@aol.com right away, including your name, telephone number(s) and the city (please include state) you live in or near. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'll be right behind you buying them up nice and cheap. As far as I'm concerned this stock is a hold till the end of the summer. The hard launch is all that matters. everything else is just gravy along the way. I have talked with alot of people gay and straight and many have still not heard of Qtv so we are still in the growing process. I think the end of the summer is the teller. If we don'tlaunch by then I think it would be time to sell. Just my $2..... quote: IP: Logged |

If a succesful soft launch occurs and there is no significant gain to the pps., then QBID will see a massive sell off I think. Not bashing just thinking out loud. Besides, the important point I was making was not me selling my 3+ mil. shares, it was the smell of those sticky notes. Come on people, everyone knows that smell. IP: Logged |

New question. Anyone who KNOWS can answer. Why do stocks like BIBO trade at .021 and stocks such as QBID trade at .0128? Why not get rid of the 4th position behind the decimal and gain or lose in larger increments? IP: Logged |

Dear XXXX: Enjoyed speaking with you and remember it well. I did as you asked and followed up with Mr. Olson. He is quite a character! He was interested in the Blade and the markets my company represent. That is my job. I sell advertising and I can help QTelevision take their message to the street. I also went to my publisher with Mr. Olson's contact. I then forwarded Mr. Olson's contact info to the editorial staff of the Washington Blade. I do not write stories. I cannot promise stories. But everyone at the Blade is aware of the QTelevision launch and Mr. Olson knows each of us. So, you did well to hook us all up. I have every hope this will be a newsworthy story soon. Thanks...
