wow...thats quite the e-mail...So much information...

I always believed in the way John Fleming does business, so I'm happy to see he is sticking to it and doing things his way...

Slow is the way to go, better to get things done right then to have to backtrack to fix things you've flow by.

Thanks again.

BetNitAll, that's what I said, that domain hosting company belongs to a guy named "domainmast" on the RB, go check him out there.

He's a shareholder and offered to host the GamezNFlix website for PGHI when the name change is finalized. He will also do internet consulting for them.

He is now in some sort working for PGHI as a consultant and is awaiting the legal paperworks do be finalized. Per the contract with PGHI he won't be able to post on message boards much anymore because he will an insider now.

He originally registered the domain before PGHI did but he can't resell it to them because not only that would be cyber-squatting but since he's a shareholder, it would be illegal for him to do that. So instead he proposed to host it for them and to work for them as a consultant. So PGHI owns the right but he's the technical contact and the domain is hosted by his own company anyway.

Allright I believe that it was clear enough, let's move on shall we?

GLTA!

Guys,

This is directed to nobody in particular but I think we should stop sending round JF email ! The email was generated by JF for his shareholders only and believe me he knows who his shareholders are.He gets a list every week of who bought.

Some people requesting the email may not even be investors.I believe if we just let JF have the time he requires eveyone here will benifit from it.Veegeez has a great future ahead of it.who cares if the site is a bit late we know its coming so no worries

That would be great to reach that point. I enjoy hearing ideas about marketing from people. I thought about something a couple of weeks ago and wonder if it's reasonable? I'd love to see a hook-up with say Kelloggs to be advertised on the back of cereal boxes. I can picture that cool looking spinning disc logo catching, namely the 8-15 year old range kids attention, for let's say 1 additional game for the first month with a paid subscription. Think of how many households we would reach! I don't know anything about marketing however so I have no clue what that would cost. I know I always used to read whatever was on the back of the box when I was that age.
Any thoughts or other marketing ideas?

MM's may want to know the timing of any PR's...knowing that the new site or other information will not be out for X number of days/weeks could permit the MM to take advantage of this information to bring the price down in the meantime so they can pick up shares....

I agree. I never asked for the email in the first place. Just look at all of the DD here. If a shareholder wants an email from the CEO he/she should go to the source. Now we have lower priced shares and weak hands possibly freaking out... and the MM's love it.

Can I ask what the big deal is about people viewing the email? I have not seen the letter posted anywhere, which would have been way out of line for the poster. Mr.Fleming I am sure figured in, this "getting around"!

So be it, read the email. There is allot of very good forward looking information in the email. Mr.Fleming generated this to supply an update for the shareholders. Even prospective shareholders should view it. -

Yes, if you have done your DD you know the PPS will rise once again. Weak hands are what they are weak, good riddance. People who are selling will be S.O.L. when the news starts to roll-out.

Please, have patients and stop bitching about the email floating around, the PPS will rise once again. -

Im not bitching, I like the new trading range, and I have bought more and will buy more in the future.

My point about sharing the email, is that people are talking about the email on the messageboard. No, people arent posting it, but people are making references to what it contains. This is wrong. The MM's do read RB and other boards, and use it to their advantage. All I'm saying is for everyone here to be more careful with sensitive information in the future.

I see GVRC and FRAN moving to the top of the bid, even know their ask's are very high.

My question is, is this because they need shares bad?

Could this be the sign of a run? I remember seeing this thing happen before it ran like...30%

I don't think anyone is really "bitching" it's a valid point to be examined by a group who are in this together... we want to build up. People will do what they want. I think it's prudent to throw these opinions into the mix though.

Have a GREAT day!

Agree completely with Cabbage, Chrissy, Sopclod, COOL, JEB, etc..... John Fleming can verify if you are a shareholder. Let him be the source of the email. Too many references were made here. It has a snowball effect on the MM's and weak hands.

I have bought more today too. Take advantage of the dips!

Just my opinion,
PSU

If there was any information "sensitive" it never made it in that email. -

Its because they know its oversold. They know we wont be in this range very long, so they are bidding for the shares, and not selling any.

m_h, I agree with you, I don't see the big deal in the letter being sent to others....it started out as a mass e-mail. This will all be a mute poit in a matter of weeks....just my opinion

Snowball effect is what appears to have happened....remember when we dropped from .049 to .028...we rebounded.

So this isn't that bad....
Stock is oversold, great news on the horizon, what a great combination for a big run....

I'm glad we can have differences of opinion without arguing, that's what makes this board stand out from all the rest.

Bet I agree with you, it is a moot point. IMO we will crawl back up into the 5's before any news comes out, and will just give us a stronger base to launch off.

MM SIGNAL 200 @ .0391

100 > I need shares
200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get em
300 > Take the price down to get shares....
400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction
of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.

IMO. The TA of chart is better today. We are bouncing off of the 32day Moving average and the lower trend line. This is normal price action. Sure we all want it to go up fast, but, this is much more healthy for a stock with real substance to their business plan. Not only do they have a plan, but, they will have the finances to carry it out.
And to add, the MM's want this price to go up as much as we do, they just want all the shares they can get, it means more money in their pocket. If you look at Time and Sales this morning, see how many buys and sales went through at the same # of shares back to back, with only .001 difference in price. They want us to think the share holders are unloading shares with this tactic, they may get a few more. Hold strong, our day will come. Thanks Ken

Thanks Ken
