Its a private placement....You send the company money and they send you stock certificates. You can not sell the stocks for one year....but you get the stocks for 50% off the last 5 closing bids.

The last few days dip's lowers the PPM price to probablly around
mid .02's per share. $2,500 would get you around 100,000 shares with the PPM

There is always a chance it could drop.

I am willing to bet we picked up some day and swing traders today...but news is just around the corner.

They could release a PR anytime now......if my memory servs me corect, they released a PR about buying VeeGeez on a friday, so you never know.

Thanks. You guys are so great! Trying to get in the game but Ameritrade stalled me a little from getting into the octbb they are saying I have to have my account for 5 business days. Tried putting in orders at .041 Tuesday and they canceled them. Looking to get in low if you know what I mean. Thanks again

Brada,

All you can do is try at .042. The MM's like to try shake out shares. They frequently drop the price down on low volume. The risk you take is that the price moves the other way while you're waiting at .042. That is where Level 2 comes in handy.

I was waiting at .041 today and didn't get more. I ended up putting my unused funds elsewhere (ISYN), but if that doesn't move tomorrow, I'll most likely pull them out and use them on PGHI if the price dips that low again. I KNOW that PGHI is going to move soon!

There are 5 MM's before .042
There was buying going into the close.
Charts are looking great.
One MM at left until .051

In my opinion: I don't think we are going down tomorow. Wouldn't be suprised if we gapped up.

The paper work says that you have to invest a minimum of $5000 and have equity of 1 million dollars.

From my understanding, both of those are not current.

The current minimum is $2500. This is a fact. Unless JF changed it with in the last couple fo days.

The $1M equity is for authorized purchasers. Anyone who has less than that is unauthorized but according to Rule 144 the company can allow up to 35 individuals to purchase 144 stock (PPM). Therefore, if you are worth less than that and plan on purchasing PPM then you better do it before he gets 35 individuals.

Brada, from all of the stock holders of the company: thank you!

You help the company by providing it with funds.

It feels great when you finally receive your stock certificates.

I just got mine today....we are truely providing the comapny with much needed resources.

Hopefully Magoo will come to an agreement with JF to invest a large amount of money. If PGHI reaches its goal of 1.5 million they will be in great shape. Are advertising campaign and dist centers will be fully funded for a while.

Are you sure about that. It has been a while since I read the papers, but I thought it was the company that decided what a qualified investor is...and they can change it at any time. I will look at the paper work again!

On page 21, it also says that if your an individual that you have to be an officer of the company. Which none of us are. So I don't think the papers are up to date.

This is just an assumption, but it appears tht the new website is different from the older new website. This new site appears to be Roy's newest final product...if the company is satisfied then we will be off to the races.

Roy only does the site design, so thats why there would be no links attached to the buttons. All the programming is done in house by the wiseman brothers.

Remember that the delays in the new website have been due to Roy...so if the website we saw this week is accepted by the comapny then it would go into programming phase. This phase probably takes two weeks.

Yes, John confirmed this to me over the phone last week. Only 35 investers who do not meet the requirements are allowed to purchase the PPM shares. And those are the actual requirements. The only thing he changed was the minimum investment of $2500.

I don't doubt you, but I just read Rule 144 and I cannot find anything that deals with the qaulified investor.
Could it possibly be a company policy?

It's actually a funny story, I misread a post someone made about the screen name, and thought it was just some other person with a coincidentally similar name. So I started talking to him jokingly about the company and asking him questions, then I find out afterwards that it was the CEO- confirmed by his aol email address on a recent PR! I felt like an ass, but yes it was him.

I'm not sure what to expect- the float (179MM) has turned over at least 2 1/2 times in the past two days above 1 cent, which puts it in a new trading range. I think the MM's shorted today- and prob covered late in the day. The last hour was good- I think it will bounce around 1-1.5 for a while, but your guess is as good as mine, not much TA to work off of.
