NITE just moved up to join SCHB on the bid at .045! Lets see if that signals a move coming.

I love this consolidation at .045-.046, this will help us form the bottom of the new cup. The charts for PGHI are just beautiful!

Everyone-

The Cup and Handle pattern is a corrective pattern after a powerful advance. Generally the price will increase in a powerful manner over 2 to 4 months, then go through a market correction. The price then will sell off into the correction in a downward trend from 20 to 35 percent from the old high. As the price comes back up to test the old high, it meets sellers that bought from the old high. The price will drift into a sideways pattern with a bias to the downside, for about 4 days to three weeks. The handle is then formed 5 percent below the old high point.
It appears PGHI is trying to form a third Cup & Handle, one after another.

First C&H runs from October 28 through December 2, 2003.

Second C&H runs from December 2, 2003 through January 2, 2004.

Third C&H now appears forming beginning January 2, 2004 through today, January 12, 2004.

I have never owned a stock that formed three C&H in succession. If PGHI does that, and forms the third C&H as it appears to be doing – the future of PGHI is very bright.

I don't claim to be a TA expert by any right. I just learned a little about it recently, but I was noticing how it looks like we're going into another cup-and-handle.

Hi board,
Does anyone knows if there's a minimum of shares to be hold before one can participate in the PPM. I have a relative that wants to go for it but he's not yet shareholder. He's not an active trader so this would be an extremely good oportunity to get them cheap and hold, right?

Thanks for everything.....

ws, I don't think you have to be a current shareholder to buy into PPM. The minimum purchase is $2,500.00 and you will get your shares at 50% of the average close of the last 5 trading days, but not less than .02 per share. When you purchase them they are restricted shares. They cannot be traded for at least one year.
I think you need to email John Fleming at ceo@pghi.biz for more information. There's a lot more information you need to know before you make the decision.

Yes, thank you ignorantbliss,
I have the confidential sheet here and I own a few 100K but I didn't know about a minimum to hold or not. I think maybe it is for them to know where to deposit the PPM shares in. I'll ask the main man himself today.
Thanks again..

Great continuing consolidation from last Friday, I like this behavior, it will allow us to form a strong base at this level. Don't worry too much, great things are coming up for sure, we just need a little patience that's all!

Would someone please confirm something for me and maybe elaborate on it. John Fleming holds some insider shares of Ford (F). I draw the conclusion that he is a former Vice President. Thanks in advance, I read 69 pages of messages this weekend and didn't see anything mentioned about it.

JF has not been a VP for ford, although he has been ceo of other companies I believe. Check out Flemming and Assoc.

I remember when it trade sideways at the 0.02 level for 3 weeks, it was so boring and intolerable! I guess that we might hit that sideways trading again for a few more days. I guess that patience is a life-long learning experience!

Just thought I would check in and let you know that I am still around and holding long and strong.
I have been burried at work and not to much time to post much when we are tradeing sideways.

Keep up the good work

Guys, I'm taking a break from this stock. I still have my 2M shares and I will be back when the new site is up or the symbol change takes place. I need to concentrate a bit more on my other positions. Don't worry I'll come back once in a while to read the thread, I'll just be lurking!

You guys are awesome, a lot of you newbies learned a lot and it's now your turn to take the reins of this stock.

tommy you said you were taking a break last week too! admit it, you are a pghi addict just like the rest of us! I have backed off a little from this board recently just to see what would take shape. It seems like a lot of new names are popping up, which is good. I'll try and lay out the techs once we are in a distingished pattern once again-

As for now, looks like we are sliding into another cup, look for support @ 20 day EMA and strong support @.037

MACD neg divergence shouldn't last more than 4-6 days, and we'll be right back at stokes 20- yeee haaa

I got in today decided to join the party. I've been doing a lot of research and I can't find any real negatives about this company looks like it could be a big winner. I'm in for the long run. It doesn't look like a dollar is out of reach for this company. I expect to see it in a little over a years time.

Welcome to the club all the newbies....looks like we will finally be able to see who you all are.

This wait might be for a couple of days. I am not expecting news for atleast a week...but anything can happen.

For now it looks like the MM's are saying you can sell, but your going have to pay a high price to get in.

I remember on a friday it started out slow and then out of no where CRWN raised his bid, next thing you know we were off to the races.

All the trading going on right now is just between the MM's....so hold strong and you will be rewarded.

Ok all, I feel the need to post what I am thinking for all the Newbies out there, cause I am one.
I have been so burned in the stock market over the years. Especially in the penny market. My wife about shoots me every time I get back in. I have been resisting my emotions since I bought in at .048 to jump. (I invested my only savings of 5000.00) especially when it went to .027 like a day or two after I bought. But I have reminded myself that every penny stock that I have been in in the past has had a huge float, has had a questionable product, has had a questionable CEO, has had bashers that actually made sense, and the MM's could do anything they wanted. They were all a 100% gamble. I lost on most every one of them.
Having said all that, My logic and knowledge because of this board has kept me in. We have a relatively small float, we have a GREAT product mirrored after an incredible business plan (NETFLIX) Our CEO is VERY above board, any bashers that show up are stupid, and the MM's hands are virtually tied because of the only law to protect us here, they can't naked short due to the symbol change coming up. DONT LET YOUR HEART WORK ON YOU HERE. Don't let a few slow days and a few dumb investors selling make you question your decision. Your decision is a VERY sound one as well as mine. I am so excited here because it is actually going to happen and SOON!

Matt, sometimes you do need to sell for a loss, PGHI is not one of those times.

For myself, I put very tight stops on all my trades. If the trade doesnt go my way, I sell for a small loss. The trick to winning in pennys is conservation of capital.
