I would like to second this statement by ranger6922:

//////I think the best thing we can do as investors is spread the word. I’m going to buy my brother in law a membership when the new website comes out, and he is already excited about it, and he has a ton of friends that are all into video games as well. So I’m pretty sure he will get several of his friends to sign up as well. And it just goes on and on.////////

Giving this subscription as a gift to a younger relative (or actually anyone) is a top notch idea. Word of mouth advertising will be exponentially huge when this thing gets rolling.

The porno Market is bigger than video dvd ,vhs, combined. Americans spend more money on "adult entertainment" each year then is spent on sports. Its the largest selling item on the internet and is still what keeps small video rental shops in busines. Women make up half the demand but most hesitate to rent in public. Morals are personel, and would object more to my kids viewing some of the extreme violence and warped hereo worship, in todays games and movies.
PGHI allready has the Channell systems, "fixed assets" to market rent and disrtibute another product under a companion
adult site with wery little additional fixed cost any variable cost would be instantly covered by the rental. Yahoo allmost did. This is the quickest way to blue chipsville. Just think our EX President will be the biggest customer.

If VeeGeez started renting porn, I'd be out as fast as I got in. Porn is sleezy and makes a company below sleezy.

"US" STOCKHOLDERS "OWN" THE COMPANY.

IF PORN MAKES MONEY AND LOTS OF IT, HENCE A GREAT RISE IN STOCK PRICE, THEN YOU SELL/RENT IT.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, THEN TAKE YOUR EXTRA % OF PROFITS FROM PORN RENTALS AND GIVE IT TO CHURCH.

A 30% SHARE HOLDER COULD FORCE PORN SALES AND FOR DAMN GOOD REASON.

Just for anyone else waffling about the PPM. DO IT NOW. Get shares at approximate average of .025. Not a bad days work. Email John and he will send you forms. Takes about 5-10 mins to fill out. Wire the funds, fax the forms, and sit back and enjoy the ride. The rocket is about ready to launch.

I have a feeling it will make a run between now and then though. Just a hunch. I will still triple my position on a dip then

Regarding the porn thing: Is there a scintilla, an iota, or even the smallest trace of evidence to suggest that the reformulated, and soon to be immensely successful, VeeGeez will rent adult videos? I haven't read of any. The combined venture of such a "toy" company and porn purveyor sounds absurd to me. Perhaps the parent company, GamezNflix, will choose to sport an independent video rental service of adult material, but I don't think VeeGeez will do it. This is just an intuitive opinion.

Here's to the success of our company.

It's off to the airport for me for the long flight to the east coast.

I see the porn thing is still being talked about. That is always going to be a debated issue much like several other subjects like it.

Renting game viedos to kids and porn viedos will not mix as most of the customers will be getting their games by way of the membership being paid by the parents. No parent in their right mind would sign up for membership for their sons and daughters when the company is linked to the porn industry.

I believe that this is not even worth talking about as John Flemming has not even given the slightest indication of this.

I will get off my soap box and this will go away on it's own.

Good luck to all this week and I will check in from time to time when I can plug in my laptop on my trip.

Speaking of PPM...just thought I would let you all know that I talked to John yesterday and he informed me that he already has about 24 non-qualified investors in the PPM. So if any of you guys that don't have $1M in equity want to get in you better do so ASAP.

Because, as most of you know, he can only accept 35 non-qualified investors in the PPM.

Update...

They have atleast $60,000 dollars (24 investors @ minimum $2,500). They most likely have more then that. I am sure some invested more then $2,500.

Magoo is on his way to talk to JF about investing a large amount in the PPM.

MM's most likely were raising price of PPS to aquire shares the last two trading days.

Looks like we have a new slogan.

I cannot wait till they start releasing PR's about all the great news

It's not the number of shares that counts, it's the respect and confidence that you have in the company. PGHI cares about their shareholders and that is something very rare in the OTCBB world!

ranger6922, as soon as they receive your wire and your fax with the signed documents, it's a done deal. Now it only depends on how long it take for your money to clear your trading account.

Personally I don't recommend selling the common shares to buy the PPM. Add some PPM to your position but don't sell one to buy the other! JMO

Tommy's right ranger. IMO this stock will double within the next week or two so you'll be losing out if you sell now to buy PPM.

By the way, the reason he cannot except more than 35 non-qualified investors is because it's a huge risk to investors because your money is tied up in a penny stock for at least one year. However, in reality we all know that this stock is performing like a listed stock (actually more like a blue chip). As Tommy pointed out to me earlier, the charts for PGHI look like the major indices. Check it out for yourself.

Also Bet, your estimate is in fact the minimum. I have personnaly invested $7500 in the PPM and I know several other folks invested when the minimum was $5000.

PIG The PPM will be sold for 50% of the previous 5 day average bid at the end of trading day. Right now that is approx. .025. Don't expect it to ever be any less than that as the average can only be expected to go up. Email John and he will send you the forms. I have them also and I could email them to you. He personally takes care of the PPM so once he has received your money (best bet is a wire transfer and the forms explain how) you are set up. Don't miss out on this. This is a no brainer investment. Any questions, you can email me at m c d e r m o t t s e a t t l e @ y a h o o. c o m obviously no spaces in the email address. Good luck, McD

Yes, you are correct. The minimum sell price is set at .02 per share.

You are also correct about the paperwork. There is a Term Sheet and a Subscription Agreement that you will need to complete and either fax or mail it in.

As far as you money goes, you can either mail a check or wire the money to the PGHI account. You shares will be issued as soon as John recieves the paperwork and the money.

If you want the lowest possible price I recommend faxing the paperwork and wiring the money. Email John Fleming at ceo@pghi.biz to get all the information.

This is sick.....I cannot sleep, all I can think about is PGHI. I was thinking about quiting my job and moveing to Mexico. My licsence plate on my new mustang would say "VeeGeez".

I would trade stocks and.....well, and whatever the heck else I wanted to do.

Now I know why some of the longs have stepped away for a while. After this week I too will be stepping away from the "GamezNFlix" chat board to concentrate on other investments.

I think this week will be huge just on the anticipation factor alone...not to mention if we get a great PR....
