Hi gang

I have got a little time on my hotel guest room computer. Looks like we have had some unexpected news stiring the emotions today.

I do find it interesting how some of us get all worked up when we get the day to day events causeing the price to change both dramatically up and down and then back again.

If you are in this for the long run or even for a couple of weeks then you will be greatly rewarded.

John Flemming is going to be releaseing the proper news when the time comes. He has struck me as a person who reports on what has been done and not what is to be.

We have an excellent marketing plan to learn from with Netflex. The advantage which our company has is that there is a proven footprint to learn from. You do not have to invent the wheel but just need to reshape it to your own needs.

I will be going to Chicago tomorrow and then on to Kentucky in a couple of days.

Good Luck to all

If you ever have any doubt on where PGHI can be in 5 years....just go to the NetFlix website and start reading through their press releases. Start at the begining, in order to get a good idea of how they started out.

When NetFlix started out you had to pay more then three dollars per movie rental, and you could only have it for less then a week....See where they are now.

NetFlix became huge by some great advertising with DVD player makers, and circuit city. When NetFlix began to be noticed, a group of investors came along and invested $80 million dollars.

There is no reason the PGHI cannot do the same. Its all in the management. We just need to be noticed, and the rest will fall in line.

When you read NetFlix press release, watch how fast there sub # increased.

The video game field is wide open, and we have the advantage being a public traded company. A few years down the line, we could all be extremely well off financially for just a small investment. Tuck those shares under your pillow for a while...or better yet, buy into the PPM

Once we begin to get moving, we will flyyyyyy

NetFlix is able to set up a distributuin center for $60,000.....

We could go from a couple hundred subs in 2003 to tens of thousands by the end of 2004 or 2005.

Just a thousand subs brings us 20,000 in revenue a month

10,000 subs would bring us $200,000 revenue a month...then we flyyyy

Funny how PGHI gets in your blood. Here I am trying to get some contracts signed which would be a couple of the largest which my company has had for years and I am more interest in seeing what PGHI is doing.

PGHI is more fun

*IMPORTANT PPM QUESTION*

I was just about to invest in the PPM tonight (well tomorrow) and then I came across one little snag in the offering document. Maybe this is standard in all PPMs, but I'm looking for a little explanation. What will happen if in a year I want to sell some of my PPM-acquired shares?

Here's what I'm referring to:

quote:
...the transferability of the Shares is substantially restricted; investors in the Company have no rights to require the Shares
to be registered under the Act; there will likely be no public market for the Shares; and, accordingly, it may not be possible for him to liquidate his or her investment in the Company;

Here's the projection for tomorrow, if we break the 2nd level of resistance at .065 it could run right to the 80% 14 day RSI at .0905!

I had the same question.....JF told me that -There your shares and you can sell them in a year if you desire to do so-

But commmon sence tells you that if the comapny fails and is taken off the OTCC then there would be no market for them

Like the documents say, there is a substanial risk involved in the PPM.

Almost doubled their sub #'s yearly...We just have to get going.. And that means building up our inventory and opening distribution centers..... Not haveing enough games, and the ones you have takeing 5 days to get to your customers are not a good start.

They will build their inventory....open dist center....start a mass advertising campaign.

We will see our biggest gains (sub #'s---increased revenue) towards the end of 2004

It all begins with the new website. First and most importantly. And we know that is just around the corner. I wonder what the Netflix site looked like back in 1998?

Just saw an ad on T.V. for a vending machine, that dispenses DVD's and Video Games. It was from a company that wants you to invest in the machine, and make your own money from "The >BEST< locations"....lol These type of ads seem to pop up for a few months, and then fade away. Just thought it was ironic to see it, while I was catching up on the thread. GLTA tomorrow....IMO the chart says we go up tomorrow.

its now making sense. after checking e-mail tonight i see that i did not receive an "alert" from cbs marketwatch til late in the afternoon after market closed which is very unusual them. They're usually right on top of any pr releases.

what happened? why the delay?

oh well . not worried and tomorrows another day and the news will still be very exciting for all to see.

sure hope some lucky buyers had an opportunity to buy today!

Hmmm this is interesting... looks like they rereleased the news (hopefully more successfully) so could we some good GREEN today?!

The aim of the joint venture is to contribute Legend's expertise in

advertising and stored value programs to the launch of Point Group
Holdings' new online movie and game rental service to be known as
GameZnFlix.com.

"I am excited to work with PGHI on this project. We look forward to

cards. Legend has worked with a range of world-recognized brands and

Sorry, I can't give advice on that. Too many factors involved. However, if you really want to get in and don't mind holding for a while then you can't lose if you buy at .056

I consider this stock an investment, not a trade. And most advisors will tell you that if you're investing in a company just get in now. Don't try to time the market.

But looking at the charts adn the fact that the news is everywhere now, I wil predict that we will close above .055 today.

Come on lets be realistic, isn't this flirting with insider information? Why make a statement like this, knowing you cannot disclose the information? All this does is get people worked up with frustrations.

If you privileged to some "confidential" information maybe next time you should keep the entire notion 100% confidential, right?

Just my thoughts this am, - Marty
