GLTA!

I am going to be meeting with John Flemming by the end of the month and talk to him about investing a good amount of money.

I am one of ten in my group of investors and there are some questions to be asked and answered in order that these funds are put into place and controls are also put into place.

My corporate lawyer will be setting all this up depending as to how and when the funds will be needed to acomplish the goals set forth by the PGHI group..

This much money needs checks and balances set forth as per schedualed events take place.

I am not sure at this point if this will be under the terms of the PPM stocks or otherwise. I had suggested before that my fundung would be by way of the PPM stocks but it was the only point of reference I had.

I might not be putting in the entire amount all at once but do have the funds available to do so over the period of time nessary.

All this really depends on what John Flemming has for the projection of the company in the way of growth and other factors.

Gets more complicated than I know personally. That is why I have my accountant and legal people take care of how to set this up for the best interest of my group and PGHI.

I will be investing enough cash for the company to meet their needs for their planned growth.

The common stock I hold will be partically sold back and the rest remain after it doubles in value and I can recover the inital investment which is tied up in this 4.8 million shares I hold.

Hope this helps
Magoo

As noted earlier, VeeGeez is not changing their name. It is the parent company Point Group Holdings Inc(PGHI) that is changing their name to Gameznflix, soon also to have a new undetermined OTCBB symbol.

The domain you are referring to is the future corporate site.(see link below)

I hope this clears up the confusion. - Marty

Yes, I like how JF set this up, obviously to let the shareholders know hes not sitting on his hands.

VeeGeez site ranking increases again! 158,457

I recommend the http://www.alexa.com toolbar, it shows the site ranking of every site you visit, and has a built in google search bar. Allstocks ranking is 43,568

i have a question concerning level 2 quotes i just started using level 2 and i noticed that when watching the last trades comming in they have 3 different colors, red (selling) green (buying) and then there is grey, and those trades seem to never effect the price movment. if any one can explain what the "grey" trades are i would appreciate it

green red grey dont mean buy and sell, its just the price movement.

Green is the period closed higher than it opened, red is closed lower than it opened, and grey is open and closed even. It has nothing to do with a buy at the bid or sell at the ask- but they obviously tend to go together

kcbudman, thanks for helping to email PGHI's update, everyone who has the email should do their part and send it around too and the newbies who are not on PGHI's mailing list, please email the CEO (ceo@pghi.biz) and ask to be on the list to receive future updates. Not every development will be released in a PR so be on the list to receive all info.

Today's action is very telling-

There is no selling going on. What does that mean? It means yesterday was indeed a MM shakeout- artificial selling, but we all knew that.

The stock is under accumulation today- look at the 10 day chart and make your assumption where this will be next week, IMO we will be testing highs again.

Yep you're right and yesterday's update from the CEO sure put the confidence nail back on the coffin!

By the time we finish wondering about the price movement, the things listed in the email update will happen and boom there she will go again!

I find it a bit humerous that people get all worked up at the slightest drop. Although I recognize that penny stocks are a greater risk (this too is my first penny stock), no stock goes up non-stop. Nothing could be healthier for a stock to take "steps." A nice rise followed by somewhat level trading and consolidation periods, then another rise, etc., etc.

I remember a few short weeks ago when this stock dropped down to the .02's. Very few people panicked and we are now in the .05-.06 range.

As I said before, I think we can expect this stock to remain in this range for a few days (or possibly weeks) until the release of the new site. My guess is that there is steady accumulation going on, but lots of $$ on the sidelines waiting to see what the new site will look like. When the new site is released, I think we will see a significant jump in PPS. This is just my opinion...

Thanks everyone for the great DD on this board. Great days are ahead!

Another question. Whats the pros and cons of selling my regular shares ot do so and going all in PPS.
Needless to say I have a great feeling about this stock!
