How would you do that? Even if you put a limit order in at .08, wouldn't it just get executed at the ask?

I know that we could have broke .061 if all had the release. Then when it came time for the short timers to sell, we would have not retraced so far back.

Anyway any input would greatly be appreciated. -

Although this is a very big PR, it was something that nobody was expecting. Personaly, I am not worried about what happened today. Dont get me wrong, I would have loved to see this break its 52 week high, but it didn't. We have many more expected PR's on the way that will make this really move. Hold strong because the potential for huge gains is right here. I think this will move higher in the next couple days once evryone realizes how big this news is. Having celebrities endorsing Gameznflix would be HUGE!
Dont worry abot the day by day price change.....get excited about your future LARGE bankroll.

It wouldn't happen...you could but in a buy @ 1.00 and it would fill @ .055.

Buy 100 shares at 0.10 and sell them back at 0.001, that'll screw up the techs big time!

On a serious note, I think that many people will only see the news this evening and tomorrow we should see a better trading day. Damn Market Wire, PGHI should kick them to the curb!

I personally am not disapointed with todays trading. we once again had higher highs and lower lows. Thers's great news out. Even if it wasn't distribtued properly its still great news. DVD's !!!!!!!!!!!!! need I say more. This alone makes me as an investor very happy even I didn't get rich today I atleast know JF and this company are headed in the right direction and it's just a matter of time before we can all be looking forward to being of of Uncle Milty's neighbors in Mexico.

Does anyone know if PGHI plans on selling or just closing its other subsidaries AMCorp and Naturally Safe. Or will they continue to market these services/products?

They will retain the other 2 subsidiaries but will concentrate mostly on the Games and DVD rental.

Now that Legend Mobile is on board, maybe they will get into the Mobile Gaming area too... something to think about!

Merger anyone?

At the very least, GamezNFlix should carry portable games, such as GBA (Game Boy Advanced), possibly even ngage. (sp?) GBA has BY FAR the most market penetration of any "console" and the titles are relatively cheap. But I'm sure JF has already thought of expanding to different gaming platforms. We'll just have to wait and see....

Fellow PGHI investors.
This is how I see it.
PGHI is just setting up the targets for a big hit, I believe JF is an amazing man and has his gameplan set out well inadvance.
we have coming
1:name change /new web site (may happen together imo)
2:kick off our marketing campagin
3:utilize one of the celebs on legend mobiles books
4:release the PPM success
5:new acquisition of company

So imagine once our new sleek looking webpage is out and a kick ass marketing campaign initiated.Maybe Christina Agulaera or Hillary Duff promotiong Veegeez on TV and Website....We will all look back and laugh and say remember when we were at .05 ;-)

All the above is JMHO

I like what I see...

I see LGMB as haveing a real ruff time rainsing money the last couple of years. Wouldn't want to invest in them personally.

However, what I LOVE seeing is that even though LGMB had some serious issues with cash flow they were still able to get celeb contracts.

I think someone in this company mut have some friends in hollywood or they are extremely lucky.

Which is probablly why PGHI chose them. PGHI can give $500,000 credit to LGMB and set them lose to get those celeb contracts.

LGMB may have failed at raising money with the Micheal Jordan deal, BUT, they were able to get him. And, Hillary Duff, Chritina Agulara (sp?), Rusty Wallace etc, etc..

We only need one celeb, and a lot of exposure. Internet and some adds in Game Magazines. TV commercials will probablly wait because it costs so much money....

Christina Agulara says: "Late fee's Sssssuck"

Wow, its HOT!

Think more in lines with gaming...NASCAR RACING maybe...or some new and up and coming hot star...

On a more private note: Really glad I was not home today....not sure If I could have handled watching the pps go down after this PR.

The correction is over and the stock is starting a new rally. It is again time for bulls. You may make hefty profits if you buy this stock now and hold it until the next sell signal. Long-term trend is also bullish.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Hang in there all newbies , this is not a ththf or afrr, this is the real deal. Lots of long term support. Can't wait for .50, maybe 6 months with bumps in the road but thats how strong support works. Cheers.

I disagree with you! (your wrong )
From my understanding: LGMB has negotiated contracts with Micheal Jordan and Hillary Duff, in the form of revenue sharing. They don't have to, and shouldn't offer Christina Agulara $500,000 up front.....JF has looked into revenue sharing and from my understanding, thats part of the long term goal...just like netflix does.

I use Christina Agulara as an example...it could be anyone...in fact I think Joe Black would be great for it....But it doesn't have to be a up and comer...

And Nascar is a terrible place to advertise VeeGeez....its not our target audience at all. I lived in the south, and believe me, the majority of Nascar fans do not play video games. They are blue colar workers who drink Budwieser.

But regardless, don't sell us short (no pun intended ) We don't have to offer anyone that much money up front.

Although no stock can be predicted on what it will do on a day to day basis....I belive, in my opinion, that PGHI will go up tomorrow. Just my opinion though.

I am curious as to what affect the rerelease of the PR will do. By tommorow morning I would imagine most would already know about it.

If I were you, I would buy tommorow and hold for a couple of weeks. Even if you buy, and it goes down a little..it will eventually go back up....IMO

I was thinking the same thing. That would be great, since we all know this current news.

However, JF said he does not like to release PR's on forward looking things, that is, things that have not come to pass.

So, I think there is no chance of releasing anything thats upcoming.

Too hard to predict.....Hopefully JF is all the man we think he is.

We could be .30 to 1.00

The reason I do not think we wil be over a dollar is because the amount of dilution of the shares.

We could do a reverse split, but I don't think thats at the top of JF's list.

I would be happy with .50 to .80 in a year, as long as we saw sub # growth and additional distribution centers.

JF said he plays the buissness plan, not the stock market. Therefore, reaching a dollar will be addressed when JF wants to address it...which I think will be addressed in 2005 or beyond.

There is a lot on the plate for this year. Distribution centers, new online DVD rental....celeb endorsments, inventory build up..

A dollar will come when it comes....

Remember NetFlix's first couple of years...they had a rough start, but they kept building those sub numbers...then rest just fell in line...

Most of this is speculation on my part...who the heck really knows where we will be in a year. But I am not predicting a dollar with in a year.

Let me give you an example, then you can see why PGHI has a good future.
In the begining Burger King never spent money doing research on where to put their resteraunts. They just put one where ever a McDonalds put one...See where they are now!

Before I invested in the PPM, I talked to JF about Netflix. He assured me that they have studdied NetFlix and are going to use some of their model in our buissness plan. That gives you a vote of confidence. He is not jumping into this head first. He is taking his time, learning from similar things

NetFlix started out as a private company....GamezNflix is starting out as a public company...

ALL NEWBIES, and some old timers too!

If you ever have any doubt on where PGHI can be in 5 years....just go to the NetFlix website and start reading through their press releases. Start at the begining, in order to get a good idea of how they started out.

When NetFlix started out you had to pay more then three dollars per movie rental, and you could only have it for less then a week....See where they are now.

NetFlix became huge by some great advertising with DVD player makers, and circuit city. When NetFlix began to be noticed, a group of investors came along and invested $80 million dollars.

There is no reason the PGHI cannot do the same. Its all in the management. We just need to be noticed, and the rest will fall in line.

When you read NetFlix press release, watch how fast there sub # increased.

The video game field is wide open, and we have the advantage being a public traded company. A few years down the line, we could all be extremely well off financially for just a small investment. Tuck those shares under your pillow for a while...or better yet, buy into the PPM

Once we begin to get moving, we will flyyyyyy

NetFlix is able to set up a distributuin center for $60,000.....

We could go from a couple hundred subs in 2003 to tens of thousands by the end of 2004 or 2005.

Just a thousand subs brings us 20,000 in revenue a month

10,000 subs would bring us $200,000 revenue a month...then we flyyyy
