Mr Magoo, please let it drop so we can all get more at a decent price. Pushing it to form a base a 0.05 is not the time now. The web site is horrible and no news yet. Keep some fuel for the real race. We will all be winner.

Cheers.

Here is my theory on why the stock took a nosedive today... I believe a considerable amount may have to do with this board which spread the JF e-mail out to a lot more people.

John Fleming sends an e-mail. Key thing to come out of it: Website is not done and there may not be any new news and PRs for weeks. So, all the short-term traders looking to profit off a big pop when the new website hits or the next PR is release now realize nothing may happen for the next 2 weeks. So why hold the stock? If anything, it wasn't going to get much higher than 5-6 cents, so sell it and trade something else.

Also, what a perfect time to get in the PPS. You know the share price is going to pretty much stay flat or go a little lower on the announcement of "no news", so why not sell common and buy into that.

All in all, sure I don't like to see such a big drop... but in reality, I should've expected it. I almost considered selling temporarily for the above reasons. Would've gotten some more shares, but too late now.

Things are still looking good in the long-term and from a long perspective, everything John said in the e-mail sounds good. So don't worry... keep holding on.

.04 will almost definitely be a bottom due to the PPS... so if you want to buy, buy now!

I drove them back to .05 and then canceled my orders. I will not push them up until noon tomorrow so everyone can load up if they would like.

Tomorrow we will see a sharp spike up and if we do not by noon then I will put in large orders to buy an take them back up tomorrow for a good close.

I do not understand the concept of wanting the share price to not drop if this is a long term investment.

If everyone is waiting on the PR for the next BIG run.

Why not let it drop back down a bit and pick up some more shares?

OR

Sell some of your shares at a temporary high,
then pick them back up.

If the company is that solid (I am not questioning the stability of PGHI) then the price of the stock will follow the performance of the company, RIGHT?

Why hassle w/ the MM's over shakes?

It would seem that there is some short term money and some long term money to be made here.

Just my thoughts...

I am trying to learn so I question everything.

Tommy do you really think that is the raeson for this price drop? I don't.
Also, when I requested the count I only asked for # of shares , never requested anything about price, some folks gave it and some didn't.I never bothered with that info.
As long as we hold our shares there's no worries.Sell and the price may spike and one could end up paying a lot more for the same # of shares.
Thanks for all your work on this thread.

Let's say that I'm an MM and I know that 20 people bought in at .054+ and that news will not come for two weeks or something, I'm just making it up here. Then I would push down the price pass .05 and scare them into selling since the news is not coming anytime soon.

You see the importance of keeping your mouth shut now?

No worries, the future is very bright here!

I agree with Red Bullish, with no news coming out for a while, some will sell. I would be willing to bet that towards the end of this month we will be sitting pretty, even if its just the people buying back in for the news. Remeber we will be getting sevral PR's in the next couple of months, all with positive news.

Besides, I have spoken to a couple of people that want to invest a large amount of money in this comapny....but are waiting for some of the dust to settle. I would not be suprised if we didn't get some PR about millions being invested within the year.

Magoo himself is one who wants to invest a large amount of money.

After the new website and name change, I would venture to say that we will never see 4 cents again.....just my opinion..

what I am I saying......tuck some of those shares under your pillow, and see where we end up in a year. WERE NOT ALL GOING TO BE RICH IN A MONTH. It took NetFlix about a year to go from about $4 to about $60.

Thats like us going from .04 to .60 in a year.
I WOULD BE MORE THEN HAPPY WITH .60 IN A YEAR

RELAX At these levels we will more then double our money in a year.

The long-term outlook for PGHI/VeeGeez is GREAT. Some people hang on because sometimes it's easy to sell, but more difficult to buy back into. Especially if a PR is due out but no one is certain of exact release date... or website release date etc.. A BIG run should/will happen (IMO) but some are afraid to miss that run. And it's also freaky when it's YOUR money. I've heard of holders dipping into retirement savings for this... so the caution factor is a good deterent to "trading" this.

Also behind closed doors we really don't know what each of us is doing. Some could be selling and accumulating more... and just not broadcasting it.

It's a world of sharks... but this message board and all here are GREAT at helping eachother out.

P.S. I also know that PGHI isn't your typical OTCBB stock. It has sooooo much potential. That is another reason why others hang on tightly

I would also like to say that one of my buys into this comapany was at .049 the first time. In then fell to .028.......mach convinced me to hold, I even averaged down...because of all this I am still up on this stock ready for the next run.

I am not trying to be a cheerleader for this stock, I am just trying to pass on some good will that machtabow gave me when we retracted a little. If mach didn't convince me to hold this stock I would have sold it for a loss.....now I am up, even after the fall today......trust me......BUY MORE.

When we start getting those PR's about the good things that PGHI is doing, were going to fly.....

By the way, with my large amount of shares from the PPM......I AM WAY UP.......and I don't have to worry about panic selling At least not until next year. Great chance for everyone to buy a stock a .02. Conatact John at ceo@pghi.com

Plus it helps the company......

Has anyone done the PPM besides me?

Hi Bet,

Yeah I just emailed John and he emailed me the forms... on were to send the money. I also have a group of people that want to buy some PPM in groups. Spoke to John about it and this is what he wrote :

Please review the attached documents, complete them as needed, follow the wire instructions on the Term Sheet. As group please provide me complete name, mailing address of each member.

I think we can handle a group if we keep the group together when providing the information under the key member of the group.

You have very keen eyes PSU. Today's move does fit the pattern, and was the reason I bought more at .041 (I was pretty lucky, after I bought, 1MM shares went through at the ask in only 2 minutes!).

We also touched on the 20 day EMA (.04), which has shown to be a great support level. IMO I dont see this dropping tomorrow, I see it coming back from oversold to form an M type top such as last time.

I'll see what I can do for a chart later, I need to go eat some food!

If you look at the chart http://www.stockta.com/cgi-bin/analysis.pl?symb=PGHI&num1=1&cobrand=&mode=stock you can see that we are experiencing the same scenario like after the run ups on Oct 28th, Dec 2nd, and Dec 8th.

Seriously people, we joke around about the PPS tanking but we're just messing with the newbies a bit. The stock was overbought and it's been correcting, look at the chart, you will understand it better!

Today's candlesick is indeed bearish, that analysis is on a day per day basis. A white candle stick is bullish and a red one is bearish. You can't look that per day analysis, you have to look at the overall trend and it's still very Bullish.

Man I can't believe I'm still doing this on Allstock now, I used to babysit the newbies on RB too! lol (not talking about you stockguy04, just in general)

I'm gonna sit back a bit and let you guys post. I've been too active here. To the newbies, I know that you are afraid to post but you gotta participate too, I'm handing it off to you now, you are the new generation of investors here, I'm part of the dinosaurs now.

Still here but lurking for a while.

GLTA!

lol, tommy, how many times haven we seen this stock do this? Every single time it bounces back higher. Fact, we needed this retracement for the next leg up....lol...i seem to keep repeating myself every single time we retrace. Funny thing is that every time I say it we are sitting much higher than we were the time before. This stock trades more like a listed stock and less like an otcbb stock. We should be thankful for that. I'm betting that the next time I write this same post, we will be around .20...hehehehehehe QUOTE]Originally posted by tommy:

Thought I would post this here as well for the folks that don't see it on the PGHI PPM thread...

Here's the deal with PPM shares.

First of all the shares will come from the authorized shares. Right now the company has 900,000,000 authorized shares. 414,000,000+ are outstanding.

The share certificate will be issued to you as restricted under Rule 144. That means you cannot trade it for a minimum of 1 year. After the year you will need to either mail your certificate back to PGHI, who will take care of unrestricting it and mail you back your unrestricted shares or you can check with your brokerage firm to see if they can handle it. Once you get the unrestricted shares you mail them to your brokerage firm and you can then trade them.

Yes, this does mean that there will be some dilution when the shares become unrestricted. However, the benefit to the company and the stockholders of investing in PPM is far greater.

With this money the company will be able to finance future acquisitions and expansion.
