Very smart post of Gamecockfan on RB...

The LOI is about a DVD firm and this would indeed mean that they will have a third distribution centre in the country. That news coming out would be huge...

Tommy, here is an idea, next time , whenever you send email of Fleming's to anyone in our board. Use some key words, which Fleming did not use. We can find out exactly, who posted it, cos u know, to whom u sent with waht kew word.

Now, do you understand why it's upsetting to us longs who witnesses all this already in the past? That's why I asked everyone not to post it here or on ANY board!

It talked to John on the phone about the time this email was floating around and told him I was impressed that no one was posting it on any of the boards. He told me that's because in the past people starting posting things he told them, even quoting him (such as this), so he decided to stop providing the information. That's why everyone knew better.

Well apparently everyone doesn't know better. Obviously this email was so widespread without any consideration of who it was sent to that it got into the hands of someone who either didn't care or didn't know of the potential repurcussions.

Hopefully John will continue to provide info to those of us who ask and/or subscribe to his list.

In the future I suggest we all should direct anyone who wants any private information to John.

IMO -- This stuff will go on forever, be it this message board, your hometown coffee shop, my wife's hair salon. You can't expect people to keep secrets. Never. John knows this. It is human nature. We need to accept the reality of that. I agree you, want info...go to John. Not that you will get as much info as you might have before these nitwits posted this stuff. Be honest though, you are all very smart people. Are you honestly suprised that this has happened. I am going to ride this ride, keep my mouth shut for the most part and make some serious money. GAMEZNFLIX is the real deal and that is good enough for me.

The charts look good but since last week we experienced a break in the last trend, we have to wait 1-2 more days before we can draw any conclusion as to what the next trend is.

Personally I think that last week we got rid of the short term and day traders who were expecting a PR or the new site. That didn't happen so they sold.

We are now in oversold territory and the accumulation phase is here once again in anticipation of the things to come as outlined in John Fleming's email.

PGHI will get more customers over time because of the free advertisement that they will get from the shareholders and public exposure. That's one of the main advantage of being a public company, along with getting more fundings from the PPM and other investment sources.

Not only that, but gamefly is not ahead of us on many levels. We both have about the same amount game titles....when are new website is out, hopefully soon, then we will both have good websites...

We have about the same delivery time...

but where we win is being a publicy traded company....easier to raise money.

Besides, if you had participated in the PPM, you would have info that points to a VERY bright future. With in a year we are going to be on fire, I just hate how long its taking for things to get done, but John doesn't seem worried, so neither am I

Gamefly is our #1 competitor, however they are a privately owned company with only one distro center as I posted a couple days ago.

Their one distro center is in Santa Monica, CA and their customer service told me it takes about 5 days to ship to the east coast.

VeeGeez is the only online game rental company with multiple distro centers. Huge advantage and as far as I know the only one publicly traded, another huge advantage.

Personally I'm not worried about any other game rental company. Especially after the new site is released. I'm more worried about how we're going to take over the DVD market too

Here's to GameZNflix ruling the world!!!

There is no comparison between privately and publically owned companies as to what their growth rate can compare to each other.

Our company is in their start up stages and when we are up and running with the web site and futrher into the marketing plan then Gamefly will not be able to compete.

Private and public companies are two different animals. Privately owned companies cannot compete with the rate of growth which a public company can preform.

Cash flow is the main reason and the cash needed to preform on a nation wide scale is nearly impossiable for a privatly owned company in this type of a market.

Great summary Magoo, public companies have much more options for financing and growth. Also, VG does not need to be number 1, they just need to grow to increase shareholder value.

Will the DVD's and games become a joint subscription?

ie:

People have to pay 35$ and can have 2 games and 2 DVD's out at the same time. This way many kids could persuade their parents to take a subscription... This could be the big advantage of GamezNflix imo...

Great board everyone. I've been buying since .018. I read the 57 pages on the last thread and all on this new one.
I emailed JF and asked for info on the PPM. I also asked him if they had considered Music Downloads for the new web site.

I believe that Music downloads could drive people to the website. Imagine Games, Movies and Music all on one site.

Any thoughts on the Music part of it?

Thanks again for all the great DD.

Hehe it's less than 1 hour into the trading session, relax and take it easy, we have a higher low and a higher high already today compared to Friday!

Don't look at your account every single second or you will go crazy with the ups and downs. Why should you care if it goes up and down daily when you say that you're long?

Anyway, that was my two cents, I just REALLY hate it when people say that they're long and they fear every single second of trading, doesn't make any sense to me!

whenever i see it drop i just wish i had some more funds to buy more. b4 the bid/ask started rising this morning i thought we would slide down to about .042 or .043 and then walk back up to .047 or .048 at the close. but day to day doesnt matter, i kind of want it to stay in the low 4s until i can put some more money in it.

its back upto .042x.044

earlier in the day i saw a trade of 700 shares. does that signal anything? i know of the 1-500 signals

Love seeing so many new faces continually showing up here! The word is getting around. As word spreads.....investor demand will increase!

Looks like they tried another pathetic attempt at a shake today. Wish I could have bought more like I did on Friday! The buyers pushed it right back up today...that is a nice sign of support. I hope to see that continue. The MM's know what is coming and will continually try to scare out shares. But, the buyers also know what is coming and should provide plenty of support.

Hold strong....pick up on the dips if you have the cash.....don't give the MM's your shares now when we are on the brink of so many good things!
