Hey guys! Been lurking for quite some time. New to posting. Not PGHI news, but a solid boost for the industry. A well timed PR with this would be great!

LAKELAND - Someone found Nemo, and he's in a warehouse in Lakeland. But he won't stay long.
The popular DVD of Disney's animated film ``Finding Nemo'' is among thousands of movies coming and going each day from a nondescript warehouse that serves as the newest distribution center for Netflix Inc., an online movie rental company that is shaking up the industry.

The distribution center, tucked away in rural Lakeland, has operated for about two months and will serve Central Florida, from Sarasota to Daytona. It joins 21 other Netflix movie distribution centers nationwide, including another Florida site in Fort Lauderdale.

Thousands of movies come into the building every morning - and many others are mailed every night to Netflix customers in Florida who have ordered them.

``The target market is people who love movies and hate Blockbuster,'' said Reed Hastings, chief executive officer of the Los Gatos, Calif.-based company.

Netflix is a subscription service that allows people to make an online list of movies they want to see. For $19.95 a month, they get three DVDs at a time by mail. There are no due dates or late fees.

When a customer is done with a movie, he or she mails it back in the postage-paid envelope, and a new one arrives in the mail from their list. The company sends an e-mail notification when it receives returned DVDs and when it sends out new ones.

Netflix has 1.5 million subscribers nationwide - nearly twice as many as a year ago, Hastings said.

Netflix is growing quickly, tapping 3 percent of the video rental market, which is dominated by Blockbuster Inc., Hastings said.

In 2003, consumers spent $4.5 billion renting DVDs, up 55 percent from the previous year, according to the Digital Entertainment Group, which tracks industry information.

``Just the thought of going to a video store that, No. 1, takes time and effort to get to; No. 2, is crowded; No. 3, may not have the movie I'm looking for; and No. 4, I have to go back to and return the movie on time or I get charged a late fee - there is little appealing about that,'' said Derek Brown, an analyst with San Francisco's Pacific Growth Equities, a market maker for Netflix.

Netflix has 15,000 movies and television series - about 10 times the number of titles at the average video rental store.

When a Netflix subscriber in Tampa orders a movie, chances are it would come from the new Lakeland office, and it would be delivered the next day.

``If somebody wanted `Casablanca,' and I didn't have it, it would probably come from Fort Lauderdale or Atlanta,'' said Lance Love, operations manager for Netflix in Lakeland. ``So you don't have to wait for it to come from California.''

About 80 percent of DVDs are delivered next day; most of the rest arrive in two days, Love said.

He wouldn't say how many DVDs the Lakeland operation stocks, but said that the average distribution center receives 5,000 to 30,000 DVDs a day in the mail and ships an equal number.

The operation is kept lean, employing about a dozen people. Hastings said the Lakeland office is similar in size to the Netflix distribution warehouse in Los Angeles. After being open for two years, that office has 50 workers.

As subscribers have flocked to the young company, so have investors. Shares of Netflix have more than tripled in value over the past two years, closing Wednesday at $65.10.

``It's the big new thing in movie rental,'' Hastings said. ``It is steadily transforming the movie business.''

From the Tampa Tribune January 15th, 2004.

I just confirmed.....
The PPM shares ARE included in these numbers. The difference between the "Issued" and the "Float" does include the private placement. This does not mean that the whole difference is the PPM, its just included. But 239 million is a big number. Hopefully a large percent of that is the PPM.

Future is looking good

I called the number on the bottom of the stats you posted. The lady walked me through what all the numbers meant (The actual number for the float has to be retrieved from PGHI). The difference between the "Issued" and the "Float" is all restricted shares. Including the PPM.

It most likely includes things like the 14 million shars the wiseman brothers have.

Thats not too bad. Less then 500 million shares issued. And under 300 million on the float. Some comapnies have 1 billion or more Issued. We are in great shape guys!

The news about the PPM is HUGE. Financing is the single most important aspect of getting this company off the ground (and thus the stock)....

Also, this recent pull-back has really confirmed the strength of the stock. There has been absolutely no news (when many expected news) which caused a pull back, but we did not crash. Instead, it was a healthy retracement and we established very strong support levels. In other words, the day-traders left, but the big money did not....
What does that tell you about the future?

My son just called and asked when the password protection was put on the new site? I told him last night and he said thats big! That means they are uploading the real site and checking for bugs. He said he could be wrong, but it appears the site will be up anytime.
Could be today????

From the looks of the site yesterday, they are not anywhere near being done if in fact that was the complete package. None of the links were operational and pretty much all that was completed is the main layout.

Unless Roy Vella is working with a team of people (seems he's solo), I would still give it a few weeks. Even the company gave such a timeline.

I believe the real reason they password protected the site was to keep the public from viewing what was really a "work in progress". Plus, they password protected the development domain, not the real one. So they are not uploading any production or final copies yet...

January may be a slow month, but February looks very good

Roy is a designer, he does the graphics and the layout. Lance and other developers are working on the backend DB's and software to tie Roy's design with the system's backbone.

I believe that the development site was not password protected for a few hours to allow some people, maybe private investors and advertisers, to get a glimpse of what's to come.

Yes, the page was not tied to any functionality or backend service. I'm in the web development world too and it's what we call a mock-up.

Again I believe that they are showing it to some private investors or advertisers.

Absolutely beautiful. Been out for a day. I see the new site is being tested/worked on. GREAT! Still hanging on. And will for quite some time. They got that t-shirt! I want one too... or three... or four.

Those cups and handles seem to show strong/steady growth... not some quick-fix one shot up. This is BIG!

Will try to get more funds to buy more before the BIG dance! I hope those funds come to me soon to be wired on over! I see PROFIT and GROWTH and vice-versa!

I think I would like to participate in the PPM. Does anyone know if it is too late or if there is a deadline? Took me awhile to make up my mind.

I feel lucky that I was able to get more yesterday at .043 and .044! Just like the .02's are and the trading symbol will be, soon the .04's will be a part of history.

Yes, good things are coming soon!

I recently contacted John Fleming and received the PPM paperwork. I read over everything but I am still confused about why a company would choose this method of issueing shares. Why not put the 75m shares on the market at the current price? This way they would get more money. Did they choose PPM because they have the option of deeming the shares worthless?? Is the aim to get current PGHI investors to basically hand money over to help the company get a jump start, thus making the pps rise which would inturn put money back into the investors pocket??Any help on this subject would be appreciated.
TIA

Delt, A private placement can be mutually beneficial to both the company and the investor...it raises working capital for the company and gives the investor the opportunity to buy stock a great discount.

I brought the ****PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR PGHI***** chat topic to the top. Has some great info.

If you need anymore contact Jeff at ceo@pghi.biz

When you are participating in the PPM, you get some great info about the company. Really opens your eyes to where this company is going. The info is supplied to people that participate in the PPM. I am sure there are some here who have it, and thats why there are so many longs...

This is the easiest money you will ever make. The closest thing you can get to a for sure thing. It won't be too long before these current levels are gone.......Do the PPM......futures soooo bright.

Also, PPM has restrictions.....so the stock can't be sold for a year, better then throwing 300 million on the open market, that would dilute the stock.......

Plus the PPM allows for a person to sell only 1% of the total value of the company with in a 90 day period, when the restrictions are lifted.

So if someone happens to own 100 million of those resricted stocks they could only sell 4 million (assuming the issued shares was at 400 million) with in any 90 day period. Stops the stock from crashing...plus less dilution to attract investors....PPM is a great idea for the company...
